@Dean1, I really like using Rapid Rooters. I have no problems with them at all. In fact for me I have noticed increased growth speed with them because they get so much aeration. The key is to use a small dripper ( like the one that comes with pH up or down, or any small dripper or even a feeding sprayer on very low pressure for just a second ) to keep it moist. It works great for hydroponics and soil. I drip or spray them with my feeder 2 times a day. Morning and night. When they are full grown ( adult with thick stem/stalk ) let it dry out. It will RIP some roots but encourage a root growth spurt to recover. I'll post a picture of the rapid rooter and stem base soon so you can see. Check out my OG Diesel Kush autoflower pictures, I'll post one of that and a non diary Silver Poles 91 that's less then 2 weeks old and in soil.

@Dean1, Also I kicked Prince Vegeta over the same day it sprouted and had to replant it. It stopped growing for 2 days but it's back now.

@Dean1, I run Rapid Rooters in Happy frog soil that I reuse after every grow. I do buy a new bag sometimes when I get low. And I run DWC hydro buckets with just clay pellets and the rapid rooter in the bucket. I have not tried coco at all. I do hydroponics for yield and speed, soil for full flavors.
