The vendor said flowering time was 55-65 days, this one is 61 days old so it hypothetically should be flowering soon but she's been thru some shit :/ holding out hopes for bubba gump

I am taking my words back, it's on all leaves and plants check pH and reduce Nitrogen.
Do you evaporate water or use dechlorinator ?? Chlorine can lock some notes, then huge problems starts slowly ...
