So these things ended up blowing up with new growth. Started flowering in the beginning of last week. I started flowering nutes. I have no idea what is happening to them but they look very unhappy and haven’t grown anymore since first feeding. I’m on the thought that it’s overwatering. It happened right after the first feed of flower nutes but have no signs of burning. I raised the lights and dimmed them down because I added another light to my tent, that didn’t help. I did a hefty watering 2 nights ago thinking they weren’t watered enough, that didn’t work either. The only thing I could think left is overwatering which is weird because I normally only water 2-3 days apart. Anybody have any advice? Just super droopy and unhappy looking and it stresses me out. I’m sure it’s already taken a toll on my yield. TIA. Thanks for tuning in. Stay smokey!!! 💨💨💨
Hopefully the mystery turns out to be an auto as well. It could surprise you and take off in the next couple weeks. Will be interesting to see what comes of it. Enjoy your grow!
@@Waylate, thanks. That was a picture from 2 days ago and now that I got them happy again she is really starting to stack nicely. And starting to get that pungent smell. 😁
Do you use all FFOF soil and then just those 2 other Happy Frog things for the entire grow?
If so and all your results look like this stuff, that seems so much easier than feeding them the FF Grow Big, Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom in FFOF soil. I'm a newer grower and I've been growing autos and I keep burning the shit out of my plants which obv affects the quality and size of harvest. Some autos can handle the stuff I've been giving but I've had quite a few lately that get burned like crazy. Even when I go light on the nutrients
@JasonMichael420, yes straight FFOF nothing else. I used the jump start but there is a veg one that’s called “tomato and vegetable”. But yes I used the jump start for veg stage and then I used fruit and flower for the flowering stage. Used as the directions state except only half or 3/4 of the recommended dose. You never use the full recommended dose on autos. You start lower and if need be add more. You don’t want to burn your plants with dry amendments as you cannot take them away but you can add them. If you add to much you have to flush your soil out which is going to be a pain in the tail.
@Virginia_Nugz_540, so did you use the Jump Start for veg or what?
And then you just started the Fruit and Flower when you're ready for Bloom to start?
You use straight FFOF soil with nothing else? No perlite, no Happy Frog soil? I was just looking at the back of the bag...do you follow the directions for the "established plants" schedule?
@JasonMichael420, yes that’s literally all I use other then the occasional recharge to feed the soil and epsom salt for deficiency’s but that goes without saying. I was actually super surprised how great this stuff worked and the best part is it’s all organic. No flushing at the end of the grow. I only used a 3rd of the recommended dose. So I think it calls for 2 tbsp per gallon which would be 10 for a 5 gallon pot I would only use about 7 to 8. Never use the recommended dose on autos.
Wow those are thick. My first sour diesel was blown over in a storm so I harvested it today - the buds are very loose. My second is still going. I thought the buds were a good size, but not near as big as yours. Incredible
@MamaJunebug, so the one still standing isn’t as dense as the one I just cut but the one still standing is bigger but it’s also had a root issue from the start so I think that has to do with it not being so dense. But yes the one I just cut had pretty decent size nugs.
@MamaJunebug, they are definitely beautiful. Very dense and frosty and taking their sweet time. I’m sure it’s for a good cause. Lol can’t wait to try them.
Hey! Happy growing my friend! I hope you do well and get some good results! I will come by sometime to see your progress! Keep on growing!
If you ever visit my page please say hello!
Peace & love L.S.T 🌟❤️🔥
They are looking great! And so frosty. I found Sour Diesel to be very hardy if nothing else. It is my first grow and, although taking forever, looks like it will be a good producer. I hope it is a good smoke!
@MamaJunebug, yes they are looking fantastic and frosty as well. I had 2 low Ryder autos that finishes up already and they were all planted together. These sour Diesel’s are just taking their sweet ol time and are rock hard. One is definitely going to be ready before the other. The one has about another week or so and the other one I’m thinking at least another month or so. She is going to be a monster for sure. Thanks for checking me out. Stay Smokey.
