After a wee break and a slight downsize, I'm back for a new run :D
These are Sweet Seeds Autos, Red Poison and Sweet Cheese XL
Seeds went onto moist kitchen roll between two plates early am on 27/07, tap roots pipped through today, so into the soil they went - before I remembered to take a photo! The taproots were only about 5mm long at this point but I like to plant them asap. Using biobizz light mix in 7 gallon square pots, straight out of the bag with no presoak(v important). Moistened the area where the seeds were planted and I'm using humidity domes only until the seedlings surface.
I missed this :')
Looks super nice. I’m growing a red poison on my page as well right now, and I’ve noticed some of the same genetic traits you noticed on the leaves in veg. Yours looks bigger than mine tho xD.
@Muntjac, I sure hope so, everyone I’ve seen on this site who’s harvested this strain says the smell is awesome even if they don’t always get the color. Looks like you definitely popped a pretty purple pheno tho
@anonymousSoftwareProduct, Hiya! Thank you for the kind words, and for letting me know about your similar issues. I checked out your grow, and it's interesting because I also saw similar traits popping up for another grower, alongside normal non-twisty leaved red poisons. I wonder if a batch of seeds got overheated or something like that(maybe our plants are very close siblings? Kinda fun to think about it like that, at least :D). Either way, the flowers are coming along rather nicely despite the janky leaves, so I reckon you'll have a really good time with your grow regardless. You'll freaking love the smell they produce.
Thank you very much for trusting our strains, and sharing your experience.
And thank you very much again for the score of 8 out of 10!! 👏😍❤️
We hope you enjoy the harvest 👌
Sweet smokes!
