@CRiSPrGrow, Nah, sorry. It was just the lights. If you look at the prior week you will see the real colors.

@StonedWolf, Its the grow light I'm afraid. I think last week's pictures were taken outside of the tent. She is palish green with frosty, frosty buds. A little leafy imo, but that is probably the strain.

@bobo420, Again thanks! The yield was small, and there were only a few large buds, but it smells wonderful, and it it tastes like its been curing for months. All in all, I'm pretty happy.

Excellent training! I have been refining the 90-degree technique for five or six harvests now. You will probably note that the base of your secondary stems, their first nodes -- those will grow out to be sucker branches, yield little, and cost a lot of energy. They will also crowd the other branches enough that those will yield less and they will really be in the way. Hard to plan for now, but keep it in mind. Also any of the nodes that are vertical, the bottom ones have to grow real long to get around which turns them into suckers and the top ones will shade and block air so bad they're not worth it. I have cut many incorrect baby nodes off before finally figuring out which ones I need to keep for maximum yield. When I don't goof it, that is -- the LST will take the branches around in a twisting motion, causing the nodes' final orientation to be different. If you're careful you can get those bottom branches to reach the other side of the pot and really spread things out. Also, if the top of the plant runs over the side of the pot, you can always use a pipe cleaner to "ponytail" the top leaves shut 12+ hours a day. this will cause all the growth to go into the branches.

@Jaindoh, Good advice! I kinda saw that on my last grow. Some nodes just didn't mature. I'm noticing the same characteristics in this grow. I guess I will have to get up the nerve to trim them off. I planted the seed off center so that I could train the main stalk horizontally. That is helping me LST the other nodes like legs on an insect! My real criticism of this technique is the lack of working space near the soil. I train so horizontal, so soon that I don't have a lot of room to work. I'll LST the nodes out as far as I can, but you can already see that she's doing her preflower thing. I will only have a little more time before I have to stop.

@fayabed, She has been very easy to grow so far. Since she is already preflowering, I'm using her stretch to my advantage when doing LST. I hope I don't go overboard though and shock her.

@TreeTent310, Thanks! I'm projecting harvest around the last week of July or the first week of August. I guess I'd put this grow in for the August Grow Diary. I'm not sure how I feel about this grow. This is my first auto, and I think I should keep my hands off the autos. I might've stunted her growth by tying her down so much in the beginning. There is another grow on the diaries that is around the same age and strain as mine. He just let it grow, and we have completely different plants. I'll have to compare the two once they have both been harvested.

@bobo420, Thanks! She is starting to look strangely like my last grow. Bud formation is a little different, but the structure of the plant is really similar. I think it was my training methods.

Looking good man, She really shot up a lot in the last week. It's amazing how much growth can happen in just a day. I'm just catching up on your grow and read about the customs seizure. totally sucks, but good to hear Seedsman has your back. FYI, Mephisto Genetics now has distribution out of Colorado.

@TheOutlawBubbaKush, I happen to live close to Colorado! Good to know. I'll get on Mephisto's website and see if I can get any information. Colorado is really big on selling their own strains. There are several breeders near Denver. I've seen some interesting strains, but no autoflowers yet. Yeah, two weeks ago I posted for the week, I woke up the next morning and my girl had doubled in height. She has grown another 3-4 inches since then!

Patience is the key bro plus I had a look at your tent man nice set up but yea I'd fill her up!! If you don't mind handwatering a few more girls that is like I do!! I'd put four in there

@Ricks, 4???!!! Lol, yeah I could do that. None of the grows I've seen that are like yours seem to have any problems. I was really worried about crowding the plants. I don't worry about watering. I have to hand water everything, but I'm retired so I have plenty of time.

@Smokwiri, I remember worrying about the size of the buds on my first grow. Now I'll just sit back and let her do her thing. There are a few grow diaries that show this strain, and she seems to be developing along the same lines. I get the added benefit of a lot of secondary bud sites due to LST.

@Quexos, for an auto a bit long, but i have learned the hard way that autos are able to stretch their vegetative period quite some time when needed. but normally start to flower in 2 or 3 weeks. It's just 1 week longer, i hope the buds get bigger too :)

Another question i have to ask is why do i see people making their plants grow super short i always wondered is it a space thing or does it oroduce better quality tight buds?

@Nomad, Severe LST worked really well for my last grow, so I thought I'd give it a try on an autoflower. I've read that some strains do not like that much handling. I don't know if that is the case with this strain. She seems to be a little behind in flowering, but her vegetative growth is great. I will leave her alone as soon as preflowering ends and I start to see some actual flowers. I was training about every day, but now I'm leaving her alone a lot more. I'm training out a little bit to allow bud sites to get some light, but otherwise no more serious training.

@Quexos, lmfao i know im the same way the autoflower im doing is literally the first plant i let grow naturally because i didnt wanna mess anything up but its looking like its producing nicely but next time im gunna fiddle with my autoflower and see what it can do

86o F, at 10%RH sounds like a fruit dehydrator, friend. Even Phoenix and Vegas are about 25 on average. Hopefully your reading is off. She wants it more humid! Best wishes for a great harvest

@growdoctordc,That is pretty cool! I'm sure that is true with most plants that can adapt to a wide range of climates. I wouldn't be surprised it there are a few old school growers in my area that have done just that! It probably wouldn't take many generations to produce seeds that are acclimated to a particular climate. However, for my practical purposes, I think buying a new RH% gauge might be the way to go. I even took out the batteries to reset it after reading your post. Zero change in humidity readings.

@Quexos, There is a perfect method to counter either low or high humidity long term, and it works because cannabis is so damn adaptable. But you must start with regular seeds because you will need a male’s pollen. Cannabis exhibits what botanists call relocalization, which means a hybrid will express more sativa or indica traits as needed to meet environmental demands. And it will do that in only one generation, if you can get them to grow to maturity. In essence, you’d be creating your own personal landrace. Pretty cool, huh

@growdoctordc, I think my RH readings are off. We had rain on Sunday and my phone said the humidity was 46%, but the gauge said 10%. It was pouring outside most of the afternoon! There was no way it was only 10%! It normally reads 10% all the time, despite a swamp cooler running in the house, and a humidifier running 24/7 in the grow tent! I haven't noticed any ill effects and this is my 2nd grow with the 10% meter. I probably should buy another one though so I have better growing data.

seedsman is truly world class customer service. i always opt for extra stealth option, may cost a lil more upfront but ive never had a pack seized also livin in southern california. (sd). gl, royal queen seeds are bomb. checkout the fox farmer on here, he grows lots of their stuff, rocks it!

@Nomad, I'm just looking to spread the plant out so I can get some of those secondary nodes exposed to the light. She doesn't seem to mind. Some autos really don't like bondage. I can't imagine why!😈

@Jack_Greenstalk, I ordered the extra stealth. That was the only reason they resent the seeds I would suppose. I'd bet that I could order from Seedsman for the next 10 years and probably not have another shipment seized. I'll look at Fox Farmer. Thanks for the heads up!

How do you like the nutrients youre using? Im finding now that i believe it or not saw better growth using advanced nutrients rather than humboldt nutrients line.

@Quexos,seriously someof the humboldt products are like syrup lmao gets a lil sticky. AN definetly made feeding super easy and thats what i liked about it.

@Nomad, Its hard to tell so far. I have only fed a few times. Autoflowers really mature fast and feeding about once a week messes with the feeding schedule. I've only actually fed her 3 times since seed. I did like AN a lot. Their pH perfect line really made feeding kinda brainless. I did notice some nutrient overload towards the end of flowering, but that was my fault for pushing the nutes hard. I think to make an accurate comparison, I would have to grow a photo and use the Humboldt line. AN was also easier to work with. Humboldt products are a little messy!

One of my girls “Sheila “ is not as large as it was last time, but the buds are like rocks- so kind of a toss up. I try to make 1 thing every harevest, having the smoke is a must but there are so many things these plants can do- we need to explore. I am going to make a tincture out of “Chelsea “ since she is a CBD girl, and with “Sheila “ gonna make moon rocks🌚🌚🌚🏻

@ChefDan420, I was reading your comments. Next thing you know, you will be telling me you are building sustainable housing out of the stalks after harvest! Leafly just had an article about making salves and lotions. I might look into that as well. I like your idea of gummies though. They looked really easy to make. I guess I need to do some reading. I have some Blue Dream CBD seeds that would be perfect for these kinds of things! Next grow!

This looks nice. I think its a good idea to train autos to an extend. I have my blueberry 420 auto and it will not produce more than 15 gram and i did not train it. still have 4 seeds of it so i will compare with training later. And i guess it depends on strain as well.

@PureMedicin, I trained this plant to increase the bud sites. I think I stunted it a bit. Some strains really like to be handled, others want to be left alone. Blazeit420 is growing the same strain, and its the same age. They fundamentally have the same structure, but his yield is going to be double I think. I have 1 seed of this strain left. I'll try it again in the fall, and just let her go nuts. That is the only way to know.
