I would transplant into a much larger pot soon as possible, then wait until she has 6-8 nodes before starting with any training. At this age/size she needs all the energy she has, to go into becoming established, not going into trying to cope with LST. The lowest leaf breaking the tip off is nothing to worry about, it usually occurs because the leaf contacts the ground then rots away after a while. Hope this helps, Organoman.

You can! But I usually wait maybe a week from where your at to start LST. Check out my purple punch auto In my diaries. I have a video demonstration ☺️

Im currently having same issue. I am already at 6th node, very close spacing and bushy. I have been tucking some of the bigger fan leaves in. Once the little nodes get some length it should be less crowed . If I could go back, I would first top , give it a week or so and then start . But then again, LST is helping release the hormone auxin , which sorta does the same ? I am still learning as well. Take a look at mine

When the new growth gets more established you will be able to train it. If you want a little more stretch move the light up a few inches. Best of luck on the grow.

I’m thinking you are doing a great job! You are only on week 5— plant looks great. Some are heavy indica short bushy things. If you give it 1-3 more weeks of veg, and then flip—- she will be a perfect well trained beast. Time will allow you to pin more nodes down—- after the flip, the stretch will be money. Hi—- looks like a combo of over watering with a touch of nitrogen toxicity.

Nutrient burn from a bit too strong of a feed is very likely the culprit. It also appears your leaves are a bit dark, which is an N excess sign, or a phosphorus deficiency but likely the former. It could just be the strain as well.. if you’re in straight soil I’d so a few feeds with only pHd water til you have run off.. you’re still in veg so it’s no big deal

It’s usually a sign the plant was over fed. Doesn’t look too bad though. I’d water with out nutrients on her next feeding- then resume with her feedings a few days later when she’s ready for water again 🌱

It’s gonna start bulking up these next four weeks. You’re about only half way through flowering. Be patient. Around week 6-7 start inspecting your buds for milky tricomes.

They put on the most weight in the last 3 weeks. How big your buds get mainly depends on the genetics, but your lighting and nutes you use have a major impact as well. Make sure you're light is set to where you're getting about 1000 PPFD across your canopy. Maintain a proper VPD and PH. Trim any fan leaves blocking light from other bud sites. looks like you are nearing harvest window based on presence of amber trichomes, unless those pics are exclusively from top colas... top colas will mature faster. Google for varied opinions on what % of amber is right... more amber generally means couchlock / sleepy feeling. it has to do with the degradation that occurs in the THCa molecule.. it is a new chemical with different psychoactive properties than "THC". scope at mid level too... take an average... OR you can stagger your harvest. if the top colas are done, lop them off and give rest of plant a week or two more. The stress is severe, but there will be no time for it to grow male organs, even if it wanted to. Lower lights for new canopy height and come back later for the rest. Don't look at trichomes on leaves. those are irrelevant. Layers are added costantly... trichomes on buried calyxes are likely mature, so it's a bit of "art" to average it all out and choose. Trial and error to find your preference of early-mid-late harvest and anything between. Start with info from here and google, but then trust your personal preferences. Try a later harvest next time if you take an earlier one this time... When you know what you like, and you have seen it a few times, it becomes second nature.

Make she you watch carefully, I feel like you have only about a week left. Some plants if pushed farther than the recommended time will seed itself. BTW white hairs aren't an accurate way of judging when something will be done like chow is saying. Most people will harvest when the trichs are 90%cloudy with about 5-10% amber and about 70% of hairs being orange, I say that the hairs aren't a way to tell Because if it foe tails then she will throw new white hairs every day a

looks like its growing According to the breeders flowering time 8-9 weeks. I am still seeing some clear tops and you still have quite as as few white hairs I would have have to say 1 more week for a nice energetic head high and 2 weeks for a relaxing In the couch high. Happy Growing

Its all on what kind of high you want look at heads of the trics. The mature in the order of Clear = low thc Cloudy = highest thc Amber = degrading thc ***You can also get amber trics from damage. Assuming you are doing a 1 week flush. If you want a more head/energetic high then you want to start flushing when you see 80%-85% cloudy and 10-15% clear and 0-5% amber If you want a more body/couch lock high then you want to start flushing when you see 80%-85% cloudy and 0-5% clear and 10-15% amber Happy Growing

Its upto you brother and what kind of stone you want from the bud if you want it to be a head high rather than a sofa kick then i would advise flushing and chopping her in about one week though if you are growing for yield and that narcotic coach lock that most people like. Then I would advise letting them go another 2 weeks you will find plants tend to bulk up most in the last few weeks and if you chop early you can miss out on alot of yield. The way i see it is the trikes are just one part of a huge arry of things that need to be right before i chop a plant for eg. What does she smell like ? does she smell pungent enough to crop ? Look at the size of the trichs are they small with small mushrooms could they be left longer to get larger ? how many are there ? are there enogh trikes on the bud to justify harvest or would more come if you waited ? I prefer to crop when the trikes are slightly bending over with very large muchrooms though this does require a good slash of amber trikes i think to get a good splash of amber before you crop is probably the best though its completely upto you my friend its your plant best of luck :) 👊
