Regenwurm This first week is not satisfying for me. The color of all the ladies is too light, and growth seems stunted in my eyes since they're too small for 7 days. The problem hasn't been identified yet, as I'm using Advanced Nutrients for the first time and autoflowering seeds for the first time. The energy-saving lamp I've been using for years (with small pots of 1 liter) wasn't good this time since the seeds were placed directly into the large pots, resulting in poor distance and lighting. This wasn't an issue with photoperiod plants since I always repotted twice. So today, I'm switching to a 250-watt metal halide lamp. Let's see what next week brings. Since I only water with rainwater, I also bought cal mag from the Advanced Nutrients range today, as this could also be a factor. I started with the fertilizer on day 5 with half of the feeding schedule... is that okay? I can rule out temperature and humidity as a problem since the values were good.

Regenwurm I figured out what the mistake was in week 1. Beginner mistake, too wet.... Just watered too much, pots too heavy! Since then, I've only watered once with 50% of the recommended nutrient amount from Advanced Nutrients week 2. Switched to a 250 Watt MH lamp, reduced the distance of the lamp to about 40 cm. I haven't activated any active intake yet. The plants have recovered well, I would say that the development is now normal. The climate conditions like humidity and temperature are optimal. Since week 2, I've added a minimal amount of Cal Mag. Since this is the last grow with this setup, I hope for a good harvest..... Peace

Regenwurm Once again not satisfied! The ladies are super super slow in development compared to all the photoperiod strains I've grown in the last few years. I don't understand what's going wrong here. Normally, I would start over now and kill these ladies 😁. But due to a move, that's not possible and time is limited. The climate is fine, substrate as always, the two parameters I'm testing for the first time are the fertilizer from Advanced Nutrients and autoflowers... with one lady, the first signs of pre-flowering are visible. If the ladies don't grow a lot more, it's going to be a disaster. If anyone has a tip, feel free to reach out. Temperature between 21 and 24 degrees Humidity between 50-65% Fertilizer amount 60-70% of the recommendations according to the feeding schedule. In my eyes, the ladies should be twice as tall and wide. The idea now is to flush for the first time, which is usually a good thing. See you next week... Peace

Regenwurm Day 35 This week was pretty okay compared to the previous ones. I'm satisfied with the vegetative growth from week 4-5. The side branches are finally starting to show a bit more. However, I think the harvest will be small since I just messed up in the first 2 weeks! The pre-flowering has started, and soon the light will be changed to 400 watts HPS. The ladies are also a bit hungrier now, which is good 😁. I watered them with drainage for the first time this week, and they liked it. The climate conditions have been great, just like the last few weeks. Peace

Regenwurm The ladies are doing quite well. They are getting hungrier. The growth is going well, and I hope it continues at this pace for another 1-2 weeks. What's interesting is that the Blackberry and Purple Lemonade look more like a Sativa, while the hybrid Orange Sherbert, which has the most Sativa in it, looks like an Indica! We'll see... The Blackberry and Purple Lemonade are about 1.5 weeks ahead in development. The climate is still optimal; they really like the bloom light, as mentioned. The active intake is running constantly during the lighting. Since the plants look very healthy, I will adjust the nutrient amount minimally or not at all. Watering intervals are about 2.5-3 days with 2 liters each time. LST is only done sporadically now; they should grow now, minimal defoliation.

Regenwurm This week all the ladies (especially the orange Sherbert) were defoliated. The Indicas tend to get over-fertilized quickly even with just half the amount of the feeding schedule using rainwater EC=0.0... so I reduced the fertilizer amount a bit! The Orange Sherbert are about 2 weeks behind and are now forming endless buds. Unfortunately, I have to fertilize the 2 plants differently from the Indicas since the ladies utilize the nutrients differently and are at a different stage of development. Next week, I'll have better pictures without the NDL lamp lighting. No issues with the climate, everything is running very well. Watering every 2 days with 2 liters per plant. Active intake and active exhaust with negative pressure in the room during the 18 hours of lighting...

Regenwurm Nothing extraordinary this week! I increased the power to 550 watts today. The climate is perfect, overall development is okay... the ladies are thirsty and can't handle more nutrients... interestingly, the indicas are more susceptible to too much nutrients... for the same start, the development is very different! There's always some defoliation since there are too many leaves on the Orange Sherbert... Until next week ✌️🏾

Regenwurm This week there were slight signs of nutrient overdose. 1 day later I flushed immediately, and now everyone is doing well again. The trichomes of the Purple Lemonade and those of the Blackberry are milky/cloudy. Just 2 more days of Bud Candy and Overdrive, then I'll flush with Flawless Finish, and then it's harvest day for these ladies. The oranges are just starting to really kick in; I think they'll take another 3 weeks.... Of course, I water depending on the plant with different amounts of nutrients and for each strain. Climate is very good.... See you next week!

Regenwurm The Purple Lemonade and the Blackberry were flushed with Flawless Finish 2 days ago until the EC value of the drain was at 0.3-0.4. After flushing, I wait 7-10 days to harvest depending on what the trichomes say. For the amount of nutrients I specify, I stick to the nutrients that the Orange Sherbert gets. They are slowly getting a bit thicker and maturing... I had some light stress last week since the HPS was only about 30 cm away. I've now increased it to 45 cm. The climate is good for the Sherbert, but I would like to lower the humidity further for the other 2 ladies.... 🖖🏽

Regenwurm Today was Harvest Day for the Purple Lemonade and the Blackberry! After 10 days of flushing with Flawless Finish, I only watered once more with half a liter of water including Flawless Finish. It was a beautiful autumn. Let's see what the scale says after drying. This information will come next week or later. Now there's space in the tent and the Orange Sherberts still need time. There are slight leaf burns due to a deficiency (I initially thought it was light stress... it wasn't... or over-fertilization... it wasn't that either) and I'm no longer addressing this issue at this stage. The humidity is currently around 35-45% RH. Temperature between 19 and 26 degrees. I think I should stick with this amount of nutrients.

Regenwurm Was more susceptible to care compared to photoperiod plants. Yield was rather disappointing, but it was also my first grow with autos.

Regenwurm Like the Blackberry.... They look great, and hopefully after curing they'll be a treat, but I'm disappointed with the harvest.... However, that was to be expected from the start.

Regenwurm The two ladies were flushed with Flawless. After flushing, let them dry out and now continue watering with Flawless until harvest day. It will be about 10 days without adding nutrients. The EC value after the first liters of flushing was measured at over 2.0... very high for my standards. None of the trichomes are amber yet. I want to avoid that because of the effect. Harvesting with only cloudy trichomes is the goal. Compared to my statements from the first weeks, the Orange Sherbert are probably the most productive from this grow.

Regenwurm The harvest took an extremely long time and was not pleasant to handle.
