So, these are the rest of the girls from the phase #1 grow. Different strains so some started a little before the others, but that's ok. Come harvest time we'd like to have them spread out a little.☺️
The Granddaddy Purple from phase #1 got wiped out by trees coming down in the storm. It sucks, but as bad as the storm was I'm just happy we didn't lose more. Still have GP in the ground too so it is what it is, and we deal with it.😦
These girls are doing great. Recovered from the storm, had 3 days of sun, and it started raining again. That's ok. I'd rather have the rain now rather than later.☺️
Oh boy, we've got some buds now.☺️ They're putting on size, density, and getting frosty.❄️❄️ Performed some defoiliation, and lollipoping to get rid of some of that lower foliage. All is well.👍☺️
Pretty good week. Had a few days of sunshine, but not near as much as we were hoping for. Buds are putting on size and density. Sure smells good down by the line.☺️ Some of these girls are gonna be ready before the others. Happy about that too.☺️
Taking a lot of yellow leaves off the girls that are almost ready. Watching trichomes now, and with these colder nights I don't think it's gonna be much longer. Buds are frosty. Getting some colors now. Buds and leaves. Hoping the rain will hold off, but it's not looking good for later in the week.
This is the second half of the phase #1 summer...grow. As seen in photos, 2 different phenotypes. P.#1 was bushy with big long buds. P.#2 grew more like the sativa side of the family, and had purple leaves with high right buds. Darker flower too. So, p.#2 is still drying so will be back with smoke report on her. It'd be funny if this one has more of an indica effect.☺️
