Hello Diary. Here we are at a new beginning, a new strain, a new diary. This time Do-Si-Dos Automatic from Royal Queen Seeds. As always on “Butterflies little Farm” there are two different strains. In addition to the two Do-Si-Dos plants, they are accompanied by one Purple Queen Automatic plant. But this diary is dedicated to Do-Si-Dos. LET'S START FIRST WITH THE FARM SET-UP: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BioBizz Light - Mix Pot - 11L Air pots Seed - Royal Queen Seed Nutrition - RQS Organic nutrition and BioBizz A FEW WORDS ABOUT DO-SI-DOS AUTOMATIC: Do-Si-Dos Automatic merges the best traits of the original strain with the efficiency of autoflowering genetics. Experience the indica magic and sweet and earthy tastes of Do-Si-Dos in a fraction of the time. Suitable for novice and advanced growers alike, this strain provides an easy and rapid harvest on demand. Following several generations of stabilizing the strain, Do-Si-Dos Automatic emerged as an indica-dominant cultivar with 60% indica genetics, 35% sativa, and 5% ruderalis. With a THC level of 20%, Do-Si-Dos Automatic clocks in as one of the strongest autoflowering strains you can grow. Not only that, but her crisp, sweet, and skunky aroma lifts the spirits before you even take your first toke. These earthy and citrus terpenes synergize with THC to create a stoned and peaceful state of mind ideal for quiet evenings in. This was a description of the pages from the team from RQS, I hope my plants will meet expectations. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 25/08/2021 Planting. Before each new planting, I first clean the entire grow box and prepare everything I need. This time I opted for air pots, although I was also very satisfied with the fabric pots. For the substrate I used Light-Mix from BioBizz. After filling more than half of the pot, I added toppings: Easy Boost Organic Nutrition - 50 gr., Bat Guano - 80 gr., Easy Roots Rhizobacter - 10 gr. and Easy Roots - Mycorrhiza Mix - 5 gr. I mixed the soil well with the added nutrients and filled the pot to the top. I soaked the soil well with water and put the seeds in a 5 cm deep hole. After doing that with both Do-Si-Dos, I also planted their roommate Purple Queen Auto and put all three pots in the Grow Box. Conditions on the "Farm" are not ideal, the humidity is much lower than 65% which would be ideal. But I’ll see if anything changes before I insert the humidifier. The lights are 35 cm away from the pots as recommended by Migro. 27/08/2021 The surface of the substrate dried out so I sprayed a little water to moisten the soil. 28/08/2021 Do-Si-Dos # 1 has sprouted while # 2 is slowly emerging but has not yet fully come out. Their roommate Purple Queen also sprouted. 30/08/2021 Watering. I regulated p.H. at 6.5 and watered each plant with approximately 0.5 liters of water. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.8 degrees and 40% humidity. 02/09/2021 Watering. I lowered the p.H to 6.3 and watered each plant with approximately 0.5 liters of water. The plants are still small so I’m probably starting to count the 1st day from tomorrow. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.7 degrees and 46% humidity. That’s it for now, I’m glad they both sprouted from the first try, so they’ll grow in parallel without falling behind. I wish them all the best. See you soon.

Hello Diary. We came to the end of the first week of vegetation on my little Farm. Both Do-Si-Dos plants grow nicely, the leaves are a healthy green color and have grown a little less than 10 cm. They are a little behind their roommate Purple Queen with whom they share a space on the Farm. Do-Si-Dos # 1 sprouted a little earlier so it grew 8.5 cm while Do-Si-Dos # 2 grew 6.5 cm. Of the nutrients, I added only 2.5 ml / lit Root-Juice from BioBizz at the end of the first week of vegetation. I regulated p.H with Plagron’s Lemon Kick, always between 6.2 and 6.5. As for the conditions on the Farm, the humidity is still low but I did not insert a humidifier this time. Watering is not so frequent, only twice in the last 7 days when each plant received about 2 liters of water. Let's see what the week looked like. 03/09/2021 - Day 1. Officially the first day of vegetation. Inside the grow-box, I turned on the fan to make the stems stronger. I measured the altitude to have a starting point on the first day of vegetation. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.5 degrees and 45% humidity. Do-Si-Dos # 1 Auto - Day 1. - 4.5 cm Do-Si-Dos # 2 Auto - Day 1. - 3 cm 06/09/2021 - Day 4. Watering. I adjusted the p.H to 6.5 and watered the three plants evenly with a total of 5 liters of water. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27 degrees and 38% humidity. 09/09/2021 - Day 7. Watering and photography. This time I added Root-Juice from BioBizz, 2.5 ml / l and I lowered the p.H to 6.3 I also measured the height of the plants where they were shown to have doubled in 7 days. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 38% humidity. Do-Si-Dos # 1 Auto - Day 7. - 8.5 cm Do-Si-Dos # 2 Auto - Day 7. - 6.5 cm That's all for the first week, for now everything is going well and I hope it stays that way. See you soon.

Hello Diary. The second week of vegetation on my little Farm is over, at this stage there is not much action other than watching the plants grow. Both Do-Si-Dos grow nicely, the leaves are healthy lighter green in color, the branches form quite densely with large leaves unlike their roommate Purple Queen who is a few inches taller than them and the distance between the branches is much larger. They have grown just over 20cm which has more than doubled in the last seven days. The fan inside the grow-box blows 24/7 in order to strengthen the stabilizers themselves due to the effect of blowing. Watering is not so frequent, only twice this week when on the last day of the second week of vegetation I added a total of 10 ml of Fish-Mix from BioBizz to a total of 7 liters of water. Humidity is still just above 40% which is far from the ideal 60% for this growth phase. Let’s take a look at what the past week has looked like. 12/09/2021 - Day 10. Watering. p.H. with lowered to 6.3 and with 6 liters of water I evenly watered all three plants on the "Farm". Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28.3 degrees and 38% humidity. 16/09/2021 - Day 14. Watering, photographing and measuring height. p.H. I lowered it to 6.3 and in 7 liters of water I added 10 ml of Fish Mix from BioBizz. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 47% humidity. Do-Si-Dos Auto # 1 - Day 14. - 23 cm Do-Si-Dos Auto # 2 - Day 14. - 20 cm That's all for this week, the plants are growing great for now and I hope they will continue to do so. Thank you all for your support and see you soon.

Hello Diary. The third week of vegetation is over at my little Farm, and the flowering phase for both Do-Si-Dos begins. Plants currently differ in both structure and stage of development. Do-Si-Dos # 1 has grown quite tall, 60 cm in the first three weeks, the distance between the branches is much larger than with Do-Si-Dos # 2. Although # 1 sprouted almost a day earlier, I don’t think # 2 will still reach that height, for now it has grown 43cm in the first three weeks. Also the development of flowers in Do-Si-Dos # 1 is at an advanced stage than in Do-Si-Dos # 2. Otherwise both plants have a very nice appearance, the leaves are a healthy green color and they look happy and satisfied. Next week I will probably do a defoliation, I will remove the leaves and branches at the bottom of the stem. Watering is still not too frequent, every three to four days I water the plants with a total of 7 liters of water which I divide evenly into all three plants that are on the "Farm". Anyone who keeps a diary knows that there are two Do Si Dos plants on the Farm and one Purple Queen Auto that keeps them company. Given the amount of nutrients I put in the ground when planting, this time I’m not overdoing it with adding other nutrients. This week I once added an Easy Grow Booster tablet and once I added CalMg preventively. p.H I always regulate to a value between 6.2 and 6.5. Conditions on the Farm are relatively ok, the temperature varies around 27 degrees while the humidity is around 45%. There are now much more interesting days to observe, especially for photography. Here’s what it looked like last week. 19/09/2021 - Day 17. Watering. I lowered p.H. water at 6.2 and in 7 liters of water I put one Easy Grow Booster tablet. With that amount, I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27 degrees and 50% humidity. 22/09/2021 - Day 20. Watering. p.H. I adjusted to 6.4 and added 1.5 ml / lit CalMg preventively. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.5 degrees and 38% humidity. 23/09/2021 - Day 21. End of the third week of vegetation, photography and height measurement. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 49% humidity. Do-Si-Dos Auto # 1 - Day 21. - 60 cm. Do-Si-Dos Auto # 2 - Day 21. - 43 cm. That’s it for this week, honestly, I hope the plants don’t grow too much anymore even though it’s not to be expected :(. See you soon and thank you all for your support.

Hello Diary. The first week of flowering on my little Farm is over. This week I also did a defoliation on all three plants that are on the Farm, I cleaned the leaves and branches from the bottom of the stalk so it’s easier to water now, and I also improved the airflow. Both Do-Si-Dos have grown about 20cm this week so Do-Si-Dos # 1 has grown 85cm while Do-Si-Dos # 2 has grown 63cm so I put one pot under the pot to lift it closer light. As can be seen in the photos, the plants are also different in appearance, Do-Si-Dos # 1 is taller, with sparser branches and with much more developed flowers, while Do-Si-Dos # 2 is much denser and more reminiscent of a small bush. It is also slower in the flowering phase than Do-Si-Dos # 1. Along with them, that is, between them, there is one Purple Queen Auto on the Farm, but everyone who has been following this diary since before knows that. All in all I am pleased with how they are progressing, Do-Si-Dos # 1 is full of flowers and I hope that everything will continue to go smoothly. Watering is every third day, and from this week I started adding BioBizz scheduled for the flowering phase. I don’t add it with every watering, I’m much more careful with dosing. Conditions in the Box are good, the temperature is about 26 degrees while the humidity is about 45%. With the appearance of flowers, the scent intensified and became more and more intense. Here's what the week looked like. 24/09/2021 - Day 22. Watering. I prepared 7 liters of water, lowered p.H to 6.3 and then added 2ml / l - Bio Grow and 1ml / l - Alg-A-Mic. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.6 degrees and 47% humidity. 27/09/2021 - Day 25. Watering. This time I just regulated the p.H to 6.2 and with 7 liters of water I evenly watered all three plants on the Farm. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.4 degrees and 52% humidity. 30/09/2021 - Day 28. On the last day of the 4th week I did a defoliation. I removed the leaves and branches from the bottom of the stem after which I photographed the plants and watered them. p.H I lowered to 6.2 and added BioBizz as scheduled for the first week of flowering. 2ml / l - Bio Grow and 1ml / l - Bio Bloom, Top Max and Alg-A-Mic. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.7 degrees and 42% humidity. Purple Queen Auto - Day 28. - 87cm That’s all for this week, thank you all for your support and see you soon.

Hello Diary. The second week of flowering has ended at my Little Farm and so far so good. Along with the two Do Si Dos that is between them on the Farm there is also one Purple Queen who currently dominates alongside the two of them. But Do Si Dos doesn't lag behind her, especially # 1 who is more advanced than sister # 2. It’s been a week since defoliation and it seems to have suited all the residents on the Farm. I also changed the light mode to 18/6 this week. Do Si Dos # 1 it had grown almost one meter, with a very pronounced main cola, until the surrounding branches reached that height. The flowers fill up nicely and have started to be covered in trichomes that give it that snowy look. The scent that has now started to spread when I open the box is much more intense, sweet fruity. The leaves on Do Si Dos # 1 are beautiful healthy dark green, while on Do Si Dos # 2 some leaves have started to fade and take on a more yellowish color. Both plants have developed differently and do not look like plants of the same strain. As for watering additives this week, I added BioBizz additives to one watering. 1ml / lit I added Bio Grow, Bio Bloom, Alg-a-mic and Top Max. p.H I regulate to values around 6.3 and Plagron's Lemon Kick helps me with that. Conditions on the Farm are satisfactory, the temperature is around 26 degrees while the humidity is slightly lower than 50%. Here’s what it looked like last week. 03/10/2021 - Day 31. Watering. I adjusted the p.H to 6.5 and with a total of 7 lit I evenly watered all three plants on the “Farm”. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26 degrees and 46% humidity. 06/10/2021 - Day. 34. Watering. This time I added BioBizz: Bio Grow, Bio Bloom, Alg-A-Mic and Top Max, only 1 ml / lit each. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 45% humidity. 07/10/2021 - Day 35. Photographing for the end of the second week of vegetation. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.9 degrees and 47% humidity. Do Si Dos Auto # 1 - Day 35. - 92 cm Do Si Dos Auto # 2 - Day 35. - 77 cm That’s all for this week, I’m looking forward to the coming weeks and thank you all for your support. See you soon.

Hello Diary. The third week of flowering, the sixth in total since the beginning of the vegetation is behind me. The plants are already full of flowers that fill up nicely and take on a more intense scent. They have stopped growing in height, since last week only Do Si Dos #2 has grown a few inches, so I hope they will focus all their energy on developing larger flowers. As seen in the photos, Do Si Dos #2 started to turn yellow, the leaves started to get brown spots. It’s amazing to me that they have the same treatment and develop differently. We'll see what happens next. Prompted by those yellow leaves, this week I added a Cal Mg supplement, and one tablet of easy bloom booster. Conditions on the "Farm" are good, the temperature is around 25 degrees while the humidity is a little lower than 40%. This is what it looked like last week. 09/10/2021 - Day 37. Watering. As always I prepare 7 liters of water into which with Plagron’s Lemon Kick I regulate p.H in this case to 6.0. I also added a CalMg supplement this time, 1ml / lit. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 40% humidity. 12/10/2021 - Day 40. Watering. The procedure is the same as three days ago, only this time I did not add CalMg, but I inserted one easy bloom booster tablet. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.8 degrees and 38% humidity. 14/10/2021 - Day 42. Photography and observation. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 38% humidity. Do Si Dos Auto # 1 - Day 42. - 93 cm Do Si Dos Auto # 2 - Day 42. - 81 cm That’s all for this week, see you soon. Thank you all for your support.

Hello Diary. The seventh week is over, the fourth week of flowering and the first signs of the plants are slowly maturing. Although it is still too early to say since I have not yet checked the appearance of trichomes with a microscope but the leaves have slowly started to fade, some have turned yellow but I always clean the leaves that are affected by these symptoms. I mostly mean Do Si Dos # 2. The scent is more and more intense, you can feel the sweetness of the citrus scent, while with their roommate Purple Queen is more sweet and fruity. So when I open the box it becomes a real fragrant rhapsody for my nostrils. Conditions on the "Farm" are excellent, the temperature is about 26 degrees while the humidity is about 40%. Here’s what it looked like last week. 15/10 // 2021 - Day 43. Watering. As every time I prepare 7 liters of water in a bucket, I adjust the p.H to a value between 6.0 and 6.5, in this case 6.2 and then add nutrients and supplements as needed. Since it is still too early for me to predict how many more will bloom, I decided to add food to them one last time and then water it only with water. I added BioBizz on schedule for the 4th week of flowering. I also added 1ml / lit CalMg for better food absorption. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.6 degrees and 39% humidity. 18/10/2021 - Day 46. Watering. p.H I regulated to 6.3 and with 7 liters of water I evenly watered all three plants on the "Farm". Temp / Humidity on the farm - 23.3 degrees and 40% humidity. 21/10/2021 - Day 49. Photographing and watering. After the photo shoot, I watered the plants as I did three days ago. p.H I regulated at 6.3 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26 degrees and 43% humidity. That’s all for this week, starting next week I will start photographing the plants on a black background as they will look the most beautiful visually. I'm really looking forward to it. See you soon

Hello Diary. The eighth week is behind us and the plants are growing faster than I thought. If we compare the photos of both Do Si Dos we see that they look different. Although they have the same treatment from the beginning, Do Si Dos # 2 has started to turn quite yellow, the leaves have started to get brown spots. The only thing that comes to my mind is too much water, I didn't force myself with nutrients so over feeding is certainly not an issue. But Do Si Dos # 1 is a real beauty, almost 1 meter tall, full of flowers that are hard and sticky to the touch. The scent is not as intense as that of their roommate Purple Queen, whose scent is so strong that it prevails that we will only get the right taste after drying. The flowers are full of trichomes so I will be following their development more closely next week. Watering is standard, every three days, but from the end of the seventh week I water only with clean water with regulated p.H between 6.0 and 6.5. Conditions at the Farm are similar to last week, great for this flowering phase. Here’s what the eighth week looked like. 24/10/2021 - Day 52. Watering. I adjusted the p.H to 6.3 and with 7 liters of water I evenly watered all three plants on the Farm. I stopped adding nutrients and supplements and the last two weeks as usual I only water with clean water. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.2 degrees and 41% humidity. 27/10/2021 - Day 55. Watering. Procedure as three days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.1 degrees and 39% humidity. 28/10/2021 - Day 56. Photographing for the end of the eighth week. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.6 degrees and 38% humidity. That’s it for this week, we’ll see how things develop, I’ll monitor the color of the trichomes every two days. It is certain that the harvest will be earlier than I expected but we will see how much more. See you soon.

Hello Diary, It was the last week of growing Do Si Dos on my little farm. As can be seen in the photos, the leaves have started to turn yellow, the trichomes are mostly milky and here and there which brown and visually the plant looks ripe for harvest. 65th day from the first day of vegetation, a total of 74 days since they sprouted. The last week passed in anticipation, every two days I took samples from the flowers and looked under a microscope. Along with Do Si Dos on the Farm was one Purple Queen plant that I thought would ripen earlier, but it turned out I harvested them the same day. I didn’t photograph Do Si Dos #2, the plant turned completely yellow and the leaves turned brown and it wasn’t worth the effort to harass and photograph. The last watering was 5 days before harvest so she drank all the water available to her. This will speed up the drying process. For the first time I am drying the plants in a herb dryer sent to me by friends from RQS, which will help me a lot in drying. The dimensions are ideal for my needs, in my 120 cm X 60 cm grow box, two dryers fit next to each other. The conditions on the farm are more than excellent, the humidity is about 40% while the temperature is about 25 degrees. Here's how it looked last week. 30/10/2021 - Day 58. Watering. As in the last 10 days, the watering is with clean water. I only regulate p.H at 6.3. With 7 liters of water, I water all three plants on the farm evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.1 degrees and 38% humidity. 02/11/2021 - Day 61. The last watering. p.H I lowered to 6.2 and now 7 liters of water I watered all three plants. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26 degrees and 41% humidity. 06/11/2021 - Day 65. Harvest. Although a few more days later, the harvest came unexpectedly early. I thought it would take at least another week, but under the microscope, here and there I see a few brown trichomes so it’s time to cut. Mostly after the last photo shoot, I removed all the larger leaves so I have less to do with trimming after drying. I cut branch by branch and put it in a herb dryer which I put in a grow box, turned off the lights and left to dry. Since the whole plant does not dry out in one piece, I believe it will be ready for trimming in about 10 days. That’s all there is to my experience with growing Do Si Dos. Now the most important part remains, and that is the quality of the smoke :). Given the appearance of the flowers and especially the scent, I am really looking forward to that testing. See you soon.

I had two Do Si Dos plants on the Farm and although they had the same treatment, they did not react equally to the environment. One developed ideally and eventually grew into a real beauty while the other plant started to get yellow leaves which gradually started to get brown spots. The harvest was the 74th day since they sprouted, three weeks of vegetation and six weeks of flowering, an extremely fast strain. I did not do any training on the plant except defoliation at the beginning of flowering. Do Si Dos eventually developed hard compact buds with a fruity citrus scent. With a THC percentage of 20%, this indica strikes quite hard after just a few smokes, while the feeling after smoking is peaceful and relaxing but they can still be communicative or do something creative. After dry trimming, I put them in jars where they matured for another three weeks. The taste of smoking is flowery - earthy and a bit of a citrus note. The yield in the end is satisfactory, from Do Si Dos # 1 I got 65 g of dried flowers while from Do Si Dos # 2 I got 49 g. I recommend Do Si Dos to all indica lovers, whether beginners or experienced growers. Thanks to the RQS team for creating this great strain and for their support and advice. Thanks a lot to James.

Hello dear growers. What to say at the very end other than that this was another enjoyable trip. Do Si Dos Auto was really not demanding although I think it had ideal conditions. The second plant did not end as well as the first, but in the end I am satisfied with everyone. Although I thought it would take them longer to ripen for the harvest than their roommate Purple Queen, they finished record fast, so the harvest was for both sides at the same time. I think this time I dosed the nutrients and supplements well and in the end rewarded me with such delicious buds. This time the drying process was different than usual. I got a herb dryer so the drying was in it. I didn't take into account that it would dry faster in it, so they were inside for 12 days and dried up a bit. After that, I put them in jars where they matured for another three weeks. The taste after ripening is earthy with a floral note and the effect is quite strong, the body goes into a totally relaxed state while the mind is still active, such as now as I type this report. Thanks to RQS for their support, most of all to James and everyone who followed this trip. See you soon.

Nice grow my grow of this strain by a different breeder was very similar, I had two do really well while the third struggled and they were all in the same room same nutes. Autos can be finicky and sometimes is a mystery what you get lol
