CD1 to to be put in auto pots tomorrow. Will top water for 2 weeks till roots established. Under KIND XL 1000 for 24 hours for one week. This is my first grow. My wife medicinal user. Open to any growing advise. May 29th planted CD-1 into autopots with 50/50 grow stones and coco mix.
Day 7 watered and lowered ight to 40 inches and set to 40/60/60 24 hour added Roots Excelurator and Algen Extract.
June 8 watered autopots from the top. Looking good.
June 10 watered
Just finished week 2. New to this how long should they be in veg stage. Also when should they be topped? Will probably turn on autopot reservoir at end of next week.
Last week for top watering going to activite gravity reservoir at end of the week then the watering will be automatic just have to fill the reservoir once a week. Going to top CD-1 at week 4 after res has been turned on.
June 14 Day 18 Fim CD-1 plants today.
June 15th Day 19. Watered plants look like a little stressed. Hope they make a quick recovery.
Not much new to report. All CD-1 plants are still recovering from Fimming. June 19 Day 23 transplanted the 2 cd-1 that were in 1 gallon tio 3 gallon smart pots. Filled Autopot Reservoir turned on Autopots. Autopots doing well. Did a little LST training bent tops over and secured with plant wire and clothes pins.
June 28 Added Scrog Net and removed auto flowers from the tent. Just Candida under Scrog. New to this we will see how it goes. I welcome any information how to properly scrog not sure if im doing it correct. Was going for 1 more week in veg then flipping to flower. I think im going to hold on in the Veg cycle till i have filled my screen. Having a few issues with the autopots they seem to overwater. I am having to turn the valve on and off every few days. I did not use clay pebbels in the bottom just used 50/50 mixture of growstones and coco. next grow will add pebbles and maybe the air stones.
The scrog net is starting to fill up nicely. Might be full by the end of the week. Things really starting to take off now. I ha.ve flipped to flower see what happens.
When I setup a scrog should I fill the entire screen before i switch over to flower. This is my first grow want to make sure im doing it right? How much more will the plants stretch in flower.
Looking good man! the plants can double or triple in size from start of stretch to end of flower. But in a scrog or an LST grow expect maximum of double maybe a little less.
You can flip them now and add in another net above your current if things get out of hand. DONT remove any branches or leaves until after the 3rd week of flower once you flip to 12/12 this can really slow the process and give you an uneven canopy which will render it useless!
July 9 flipped to flower. Kind light is now 100% red 100% blue 100% white. July 10th i decided to take a few clones to preserve the Candida strain. I was told it was ok to do so by local shop. I hope the plant growth is not stunted to bad. Looks like there was no slowdown from taking the clones.
Going to add second scrog net tomorrow to help keep the height under control. I will continue to tuck branches till the end of the next week. If anybody has any ideas or suggestions please feel free to contact me and let me know? This is my first grow and dont really know what to expect for height in the next few weeks till the stretch is finished and the buds start to really develop. Im loving the Kind Xl 1000 led light.
Start of week 2 flower. Cleaned up some excess growth so lower bud sites not covered up and added second scrog net to keep height under control. I will continue folding and tucking till the end of the week. Seems to be coming along nice. July 18th no flowers yet but good growth. July 22 flowers starting to develop. Plants have doubled in height. I figure the stretch should be over soon.
Not much to say just added a few more pictures. Things are going well. It should be a high yield. I will raise the light to 32 inches after week is over. maybe by keeping the light lower i can control the stretch until its finished. The plants are drinking 45 liters of water and nutes in 5 days. I have also added bud XL to the reservoir.
Start of week 4 flower. The stretch has stopped. Bud XL has been added. Reduced humidity to 45%. Besides the unexpected stretch things are going well. I welcome any comments. The Autopots are awesome. Next grow I will be adding the air domes.
Added Top Booster. Things look very good. They are starting to get frosty. I need to add another net to support buds as they swell. Next time i will only veg this strain for 4 weeks as the stretch was more than i planned.
I also added Top Booster for this week. Just got Bluelab PH pen and PPM meter. I found i was running the PH high at 6.4 adjusted to 5.9 will see what happens. I ran Top Booster for 4 days then dropped nutets to 75% and added shooting powder. Ph spiked from 5.8 to 6.2 but will stabilize in a few days.
I will run shooting powder for the last 4 weeks then flush for a week before harvest.
My plants are doing well. I would like to add another net to support the buds as they expand. I this ok to do at this stage of flower? I have also added Top Booster to the mix i will be adding Top shooter as well for the last weeks of flower. Should i defoliate at this stage?
All and all pretty happy with this grow. Added 20l of fresh RO water with Base Nutrients at 1.2 EC then added shooting powder at the strength of 14 grams. I will run this till the end of the week.
Nothing new just some more pictures. Can anyone tell me how much longer i should let these go for? Seed breeder says 9 week flower time. The tricombs still look clear to but i can see some amber as well. Help is appreciated.
No Nutes just flushing with PH Ro water. They are almost ready going to flush for 2 weeks. Great group here thanks for all the help. It was pretty easy mostly problem free. I just had some light bleaching and fox tailing from the light being to close and the heat getting a bit on the Hi side. I have already clipped a few buds and dried them. Only one to say about this strain and thats WOW!! Pain is gone with no high. I inspected and chopped a few of the tallest buds there was some light bleaching and lots of amber Trichs.
Is there any CBD experts out there? I have a grow with Candida in week 9 of flower. I am flushing for 2 weeks with PH RO water. Should I be adding anything else to the water? Candida says its a 9 week flower I am going to let this go for 10 weeks then chop.

hey hey CBD is much the same as regular canna, usually you want to let your babies run a little longer than what the breeder tells you, you're probably okay with a 3 week flush. For sweeter smoke add molasses it s cheap and it's bio ! good luck !
Pretty easy to grow. I think the yeild was pretty good as well.

You’re killing it man! It’s safe to add another net although I don’t think you need it. When you see plants that the buds are falling over off they’re usually not under a net, and they’re stems are all stretched out and “lanky” The net helps strengthen the branches. Your branches look well capable of hoding fat buds IMO.

PH'ed water during flush should be all you really need. I know there are flushing products available, but plain water is really all you need. Especially if you allow for about 20-30% runoff. Good luck 👍
I am going too be using xl bud and top shooter ,
But the reason I've messaged you is if I was too follow there nute chart I would be feeding much more than the 15ml of each into 6ltrs That I am , as if I try too up the feed too 16ml there leaves start too get brown spots on the leaves , is this normal? And should I just carry on with the feed increase when That happens??

I would keep it at the 15ml if thats where the plants are happy. You will soon be adding other nutes the soil must be way different than the coco i used. I am a new grower and cant really answer the questions about the brow spots. Why dont you ask the question on here im sure you will get some excellent answers. Sorry cant help out out more.
Yay finally found someone using all house and garden, can I please ask you ,
I am using soil a and b H&G I've found there instructions of uses hit and miss some nute charts are completely different? I am 3 weeks into flower and am feeding 15 ml of each a and b , but every chart I've seen says I should be feeding double that at this stage ? But if I try and up my nutes by 1ml my plant gets brown dots on the leaves ? Should I just ignore the recommended feed and stick too the 15ml of each? Or is there a way or raising the feed without harming the plants ?? Is there any tricks on when too work out when too up the feed and by how much??

When i first started this grow I was just following there feed charts. With the Coco AB i never fed over 3ml per litre of RO water. I then bought bluelab ph and ppm pens. I feed the plants to 1.5 ec with base nutes and then i would be at 2.0 to 2.3 ec after i had added the other nutes. I think the HG feed chart is based off RO water and that has EC of 0.
