Week 1 of flower:
Top dressed 1tbs grow, 2tbs bloom, 2tbs myco boost, 2tbs barley and 2tbs worm castings and of course recharge.
All watered in at 800ml
Week 4:
Top dressed 1tbs Bloom, 2tbs Bloom2, 2tbs Malted Barley and RECHARGE.
Watered in at 1l
*1 of the 5G showed intersex traits 🍌 and had to be removed.
Week 5:
Top dressed 2tbs Bloom2 2tbsMyco 2tbs Malted Barley and recharge.
These girls are really coming on/going out strong the resin “frost” is heavey on all every single one of them! Really pleased the way this cycle is turning out 1/2 way point.
Week 7:
Water only…
Wow these girls are really turning it on. The buds are swelling, smells are intense, the fall colors are coming in and the trichome development is fantastic.
Week 8
Water only at 800ml lowering the lights on temps to 22c (70f) let see if we can get the purple senescence this 5g has been threatening and we know the Velvet Octane will finish with.
Every girl is finishing nicely, FROSTY AF, and the smells are fantastic and sweet and slap you in the face the moment you open the tent. These girls are just getting photogenic so more to come next week.
Week 9:
Watering in at 700ml
Finishing beautifully. The smells are intense, fantastic senescence (fall colors),
Getting their swell on, trichomes are all cloudy.
This was the last run I’ll be doing of this girl she finished beautifully nothing bad to say about the strain. When I scroll down the yield increased exponentially
Unfortunately we lost one (intersex) but I feel this girl was the right one to move forward.
Fantastic smells very OG, beautiful purple in colour plenty of colour tbh and grows nice stacked buds.
Stinky, strong and delicious absolute 🔥
Smells of fuel with a strawberry and pine undertones. She has the most delightful exhale like and almost like watermelon candy. 🔥
This was the last time running this strain/retired and boy oh boy did she finish Strong. I never got her to be this colorful any other time and she tastes of a distinct orange🍊flavour.
@PotCasso, That a nice bit of onfo there mate. Im going to look at Amylase but malted barley is proving hard to find ... waiting for beanz so have a min... thanks dude. 👊👌👍

The malted barley is amazing, it provides Amylase and just pushes everything into high gear especially trichome production/development.
Look up Jim Bennet “klackamuscoot” I get my barley freshly milled from Living Soils Fertilisers but any beer supply store should have it. The more freshly milled the better.
@PotCasso, I think youre in for a nice festive but probably New Year sack of bud, and plenty of it... keep eye for hermies... grow looks really good, proper level canopy and youve clearly got the SCROG/training/defoliation & lights bang on. Like that matled barley touch.. going to look at it.. 👊 👊 😎
