CheefDunnoNothin I actually germinated 2 of these Bruce Banner Autos from Sweet Seeds, but only one of them germinated. For some reason in creating this entry on GrowDiaries I couldn't figure out how to change it to 1 of 2 seeds germinated.
This time the paper towel method worked better than the makeup pad method.
I like growing just one plant but I try to germinate two seeds using two slightly different methods just in case one doesn't germinate - and I'm glad I did!
A friend of mine requested a Bruce Banner strain, so I figured I'd give this one a shot from North Atlantic Seeds.
I've ordered seeds from them on 3 different occasions now and they've made it quick and easy every time.
It is still very hot here in the desert so she faces some high temperatures (max 87-88 in the tent even with fans) for a few weeks, but then it will start to cool down to temperatures I think she'll prefer.
Wish me luck!

CheefDunnoNothin Things are looking pretty good.
The first two leaves wilted a little (not just the cotyledons which would be expected), and I suspect it is because I didn't PH the water for the first few days.
It looks like things are turning around because all of the new growth looks fine.
Just going to keep doing what I'm doing and maybe start with some LST next week!

CheefDunnoNothin Things are still looking fine to me.
The weather is cooling down here in the desert for the autumn and I'm not seeing the in-tent temperature spike above 90F (which I never like to see).
I upped the Calimag a little bit because of some light color between veins (which I have gotten with every plant in my setup with Coco Coir so far - some worse than others).
The plant seems healthy and although she is not very tall yet I expect to see enough growth this week to start Low Stress Training (LST).

CheefDunnoNothin I started with some Low Stress Training (LST) this week.
She seems rather short compared to my last 3 grows... I'm not sure if it is the strain or just a short phenotype.
Otherwise she's looking good to me, so I figure I'll keep on doing what I'm doing.

CheefDunnoNothin She is starting to flower.
I am still doing a little LST and also starting to do some leaf tucking.
Increased nutes (FloraGro and FloraBloom) a little bit and she's now taking .75 gallons of water a day instead of the .5 gallons she got each day for the past couple weeks.
She seems short to my eye for some reason but in looking at my past grows she isn't any shorter than they were at this point.
She seems healthy, so I'll keep doing what I'm doing.

CheefDunnoNothin Started adding a little liquid koolbloom this week since she is flowering.
She is very bushy and has almost filled the tent.
She seems healthy so I'm not planning any major changes - will just keep doing what I'm doing.

CheefDunnoNothin This week I upped the liquid koolbloom a little and also started feeding a gallon a day instead of .75 gallons a day. After taking these pictures I took off some of the lower leaves/buds that weren't getting much light so the plant could focus on the rest.
Of my 4 grows so far she seems the largest and appears to be one of the healthiest, I think helped by the weather now that we are into the Fall instead of the Summer where I cannot keep temperatures low enough.

CheefDunnoNothin She still seems healthy and is huge/has filled the whole tent.
The only real changes that I made this week included upping the Liquid Koolbloom in my nutes and doing a little defoliation on the bottom part of the plant where light wasn't reaching the leaves/flowers.
I always start with RO water and then add nutes to that.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the flowering goes & what the buds start to look like these new few weeks.
CheefDunnoNothin Things are starting to get colder - this is the Desert southwest so it isn't too bad but the space heater I have in the tent is coming on from time to time.
That reduces the humidity each time it happens but the plant is already large + with a gallon of RO water with nutes each day it isn't drying out too much.
I'd rather it be a little colder than struggle with the high temps like I did this summer.
She still looks good to me and is starting to get pretty frosty.
She's pretty much stopped growing vertically which is welcome news to me since I don't have much more height in the tent to work with.
We have another month to go which is a lot of time to bulk up on the flowers and buds.
Compared to my prior 3 plants I think she looks pretty good for 8 weeks in, so I continue to have high hopes for her.
CheefDunnoNothin Had a little trouble posting on GrowDiaries on Saturday, trying again today.
Nothing really new this week except I flushed once just in case there was any nute buildup & because some of my leaf tips were looking a little damaged. Otherwise the plant looks great and healthy to me and the buds are coming in nicely.
Thinking I'll probably be able to harvest by early to mid-december.
CheefDunnoNothin She has some burned tips on sugar leaves but is otherwise looking pretty good to me.
I'll start flushing in a few days and then she'll get chopped in about a week and trimmed on December 10th - with less than two weeks to go, the end is in sight!
Will take longer to really get a handle on this strain, but after cheating and trying it early before curing completed it was a very nice pleasant effect and I have high hopes!

CheefDunnoNothin Bruce Banner Auto was pretty easy to grow and had a good yield.
So far the effects are pleasant and it seems like a success, maybe my best yet!
