This is my third grow, but first one in a tent, previously I did it on a windowsill with not that great results. Started with a 100W MH light, which generated way too much heat, quickly switched to 100W LED and it's perfect. Hoping for some decent yields, but also don't want her get too big, because of limited space. She's been growing quite nicely this week, no problems.

Started giving her a little bit of food, looking good so far. Day 18: Already seeing some pistils, wanted to do LST but she's just so bushy:) Growing pretty thicc instead of tall, even without any training, which I like very much.

Installed carbon filter, did some LST. She's beginning to stretch quite a bit. Day 24 she's already flowering, much faster than expected, but she's also growing super fast, so I guess we'll see how it goes.

Is this normal for autoflowers to flower this quickly (I looked at other auto diaries, they usually flower at week 5) Is there even anything one can do to affect when it will flower? Also, how much taller should I expect her to get?

Yep thats normal. As far as I know, no you cannot affect when it flowers with a autoflower. You can expect it to get double as tall, possibly more. It depends on the strain, phenotype and other factors as well, but I personally go by about double the height.

Is this something I should worry about in flowering phase? From what I've read it's below optimal, but much better than having it too high, but will it stunt growth considerably?

No, it will not stunt growth. In fact, cannabis will produce more trichomes in an arid (dry) atmosphere than it will in a humid one. In over 35 years of growing, in my country, I am yet to meet anyone who uses any sort of humidifier when growing indoors. Most Indicas come from the Middle East, places like Pakistan, Morocco and Afghanistan, places with nearly zero humidity during flowering. Most Sativas from the tropics are grown during the "dry season" when there is very, very little ambient humidity. Your plants will be just fine. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Pretty much stopped growing in height, buds are starting to thicken and a lot of sugar leaves popped out. Lots of fan leaves starting to turn yellow, I'm guessing she's got 'bout 3-4 weeks till she's ready for harvest.

For pretty much the whole time I've been adjusting solution PH 7 even higher to about 8 (thanks PH strips) Today I watered with PH 6 solution, but the weird thing - the runoff was 5,8. There's symptoms of deficiency(?) on some of the leaves. What should I do?

In the end I'm not sure flushing did anything, I also didn't fix the pH, runoff is still below 6, but the symptoms stopped after several waterings with calmag, so I think it was simply a matter of water being too soft.

I've been having some PH issues, since I used crappy PH strips the whole time. The soil got pretty acidic which caused what looks like a Ca/Mg lockout. Day 44: Gave the soil a flush with approx 4l of pure water of pH7, the runoff in the beginning was 5,8, in the end it was 6,2, so it seems I'm on the right track. I'll keep feeding her only water for a while, maybe even until harvest, since I wanted to start pre-harvest flush in 1-2 weeks anyway. I'll see how the situations unfolds in next few days. Day 46: Gave another 4l of water, cleaned off some leaves and tiny undeveloped buds downstairs (prolly should've done this much sooner.) Day 49: Looks like the symptoms still progress, maybe slower. Gave 2l water with calmag, runoff at 6,4

Not looking pretty, but at least buds are nice and fat. Starting to think it may actually have been simply Ca defficiency instead of pH problem, or maybe both, anyway I'll keep supplementing calmag every watering. Day 51: Gave one final dose of nutes and starting pre-harvest flush from now on

We're getting close to the end of our journey. The symptoms have finally stopped progressing. The damage is done, but I don't think it's very bad, although a lot of sugar leaves were affected, I hope it won't affect the buds' quality. Day 58: Over 50% of pistils turned brown (it doesn't show on the pictures, but trust me;) I'm struggling to differentiate between clear and cloudy trichomes though. She's also absorbing much less water now, about 1/3 less compared to last week. I think she may be ready at the end of this week, or early next week at most. Can't wait:)

I think my plant still has a week or more to peak, but here's my dillema: I've started flushing too early, almost 2 weeks ago, so how should I proceed? Should I keep giving her only water, or will such long time without any nutes be harmful, in that case should I give small dose?

I would just give it water it still has stored energy it's pulling from leaves. Don't wanna add a nasty chemical taste by adding nutes now. You can probably cut in next few days to week. If you have a jeweler's loupe. I look at several spots and when I have about a 90 percent cloudy to 10 percent amber trichromes on the buds, not leaves. Is my personal favor time to harvest. More amber trichromes the more couch lock. Enjoy 🌱

Hey there Don Costro, so basically for drying you're trying to dry it for a long as possible. The more time a plant takes to dry the more i has basically been alive that whole time producing some very interesting molecules. Usually in your conditions, you should expect around one week. the best is two weeks, 10 days is common, some people even try to rehydrate it after the first week to make it go longer. Basically when you chop you should already know what is your drying environment. So if it's dry like yours up to 40RH so you should water the plant quite soon before the chop. Medium of up to 60RH then it less water before the chop and 60+ it should be quite dry. A lot of factors go into it. If you're brave one day you should look for the "bud washing technique" it's much superior for the cure and drying times and takes a lot of the variability away. Hope this helps ! 🚀
the end.
