This is typically caused by having to high of light intensity and to close to the plant. They are both Albino/Light Bleached and will also have trichomes like the rest of the plant, but maybe not as much as its not producing food in the white areas for the plant. Try lowering your dimmer or raising the light up a bit. using a light meter could help as well to find how strong it is at that level.
