JohnnyBarrel Big Devil growing good. I wanted to cut the gelato,started with a malformation and growed slowly. So i start an other seed, an indica cycle 8 weeks (9/10 weeks for Bug devil). Approaching the end of the 2nd week the gelato is growing fast and looks like after cut apical bud: it’s cool.

JohnnyBarrel I’m more satisfy about this second session. I had more time and I started to understand some little things about growing Marijane. The result is not to bad with good buds size and glossy terpene. The general size of the plants was good controlled : the LST technic is easy way for a homogeneous culture and it’s really fun to change the form of the plant. I let one plant growing normally: this Sweet Afgani Delicious is really beautiful, I prefer this esthetic with a big top bud and a tree form. About Genetics: the 2 Big Devil Auto were very similar, easy to stretch, Remarquable bud swelling and good resin production. Weight 2x 95g (wet) - 39g (dry). Finally I had 2 little compact and bushy plants. The smell during flowering was not pronunced and i was expected fort a soft weed. Finally all the flavors appear after the drying process and the smoke test revealed a strong and calming effect Growing problems: lot of hesitations, some mistakes….learning process. - First I put not enough soil. The pot size is 7L but I have just 4 or 5L of soil. The roots have a minimal development . (Must insist on roots fertilization) - Second point I had serious problem to maintain a homogeneous temperature. It’s Winter and the grow tent is in a garage with low temperature. I started to used a fan heater on timer mod but it was always to hot or to cold with highly electricity consumption. I find solutions to stabilize the temperature at 20 degrees : heat mat (50x50-45W) + lighthouse ceramic heat 50W. - I change lamps three time during the session. Start with CFL 300W 3 weeks 👍🏻, buy a led 300W Niello (vegetation mod/flowering mod) using it 8 weeks 🤔 , finally I get a Mars hydro Ts 1000 ☝️🏻. The positive point is surely the quality of the weed : with complex aromatic flavours and taste. Even the multiples effects are mainly strong and différents for each. Strain. I. Hope the next sessions will be better in terme of quantity. With less precipitation and more attention: I will make it….✊

JohnnyBarrel Green Gelato Auto began with a sort of born injury like a natural topping, I keep it and she do the job. Not bushy like other plants, she developed essentially 2 dense and sticky buds with heavy smell. Weight 97g (wet) - 21g (dry). The light harvest is because of my inexperience but I had a satifactory result with a fine and tasty smoke.
