Durban Sunrise into soil. She started sprouting on 10/28 but let her get a little further along and planted her this morning into the red solo cup.
10/31 - She broke soil. Nothing else really to report here.
11/2 - Watered an ounce or so. I've been using a combination of the cup weight and the little bit of soil at the bottom of the outer cup (what little there actually is from dumping soil into the inner cup) to determine when she needs watered. I gave it an extra day this time around, for a total of three days spacing between watering. I was doing every two before. So far, so good I think. Think that extra day probably helped as the soil at the bottom of the inner cup was still a little damp in previous attempts. It was still damp this time but much less so.
11/3 - Not much to report here.
11/4 - Day 5 - Still looking good. Nothing to report. If she keeps going, once she gets a good set of leaves, I'll transplant her into the larger 3G pot. Expecting that sometime between days 10-15
11/5 - Day 6 - The bottom soil in the cup taco is still damp, so I am going to hold off watering her another day. Otherwise, she is looking pretty good.
11/6 - Day 7 - Just added an ounce of water or so to the solo cup and the bottom soil was looking dry. So far, so good. She's green.
