Hi @Dankdreamer! High relative humidity does not always lead to mold / bud-rot. But it's certainly having a negative impact on resin production. Indeed, buds tend to better develop trichomes in a dry environment. Moreover, RH should be decreased during flowering to prevent any pests invasion, some species reproduce very quickly in high humidity environment. My advice is to buy a dehumidifier as soon as you can, your buds will thank you with lot of sticky trichomes!! Hope this helps, keep us up-to-date and happy growing! 👊

Hi there ! I live on a Island and the outside RH can reach 80% easily , but when I grow outside it doesn't affect my bud ! But once inside , If the air circulation is not good , you can be sure that mold will attack the inside of the biggers buds ! Beceause Rh itself won't produce mold but fungie spore will get the perfect environement to thrive ! Defoliation can help but your C.C will be ready soon & I don't think RH could affect her right now , you can just wait & harvest 😀👍

Thanks the room is to small to fit a dehumidifier it gets way to hot with it in there. Same with portable a.c. I only have a 4 inch pipe through the wall for exhaust need to upgrade to 8 inch. Lol. Got a dehumidifier in the room with the intake vent but it's been raining for 2 weeks straight. Just glad I could do anything in the heat of summer.winter is coming gonna try a dwc again so. All is well. Thanks for stopping in✌️
