Transplant went well. Very little stress noticed. Plant is responding to nutrients well. Plan to switch to 20:4 next week. (Switched on end of Day 21)

PPFD ~900 top of canopy ~600 at bottom. She’s steady at about 20-35 DLI. Might lower lights and add more darkness.

Didn’t get much pictures, I was out of town. Thinned a few leaves. Cut a branch or two. Pretty much just letting her grow.

Seeds are forming on a single branch. 🙏🏽 Hoping it’s just the branch I pollinated. I used some leftover MaiThai pollen. Interested to see the results.

Who thinks I should push her for the next 4 weeks? I think she can handle it. I’m talking Double nutes/40dli/large night swings 15°. She’s drinking about 3 gal a week. I’ve been going low and slow. But, she’s handled it so far. Lmk your thoughts, thanks 🙏🏽

Thanks for all the replies! I didn’t know this isn’t the proper place to reply to answers, and ask further questions. Forgive me I’m still learning how to use this site.

Keep doing what you are doing, doubling the feeding will not double the harvest but it will be the double trouble that could ruin your harvest. If she is growing so well, why would you risk ruining everything?

I would ease into everything. No sudden changes of anything. If increasing nutrients I would make a 25% increase and go a week to see how the plant reacts. If it still looks good add another 25%. After each increase pay careful attention to any sign that the plant is getting too much. The same for light. I would turn it up a small bit every other day until you get to your target illumination level. I take a week or two to transition from flower to veg illumination level. My plants handle 40DLI (or a bit more) throughout flower without trouble.

Ran heavy nutes with CalMag up until day 70. She’s now going through her flush. Soil still has plenty of nutes. Giving 5 gal of water after soil is dry. Soil is dry every 3-4 days.

She’s finished!!! Heading into my “dying” process. She received her last 18hrs of light. 6hours of darkness then 1hr of light. Pot is completely dry. Next is 72 hrs of darkness in pot. Edit* posted photos following first 72hrs. Next is 72 hrs of dark in water/SLF-100.

The higher the CO2, the higher the nutes you can do. On my 1450 ppm CO2 in budding stage with carbohydrates causing plants to run through nutes in hyperdrive so fast the roots can handle 15-35-65. If CO2 goes out, everything dead of root burn with 5 hours. But I may leave last 2 plants to stress to max to force hermi for 50/50 femenized seeds & bring in a female to pollinate for 100% femized on that plant. Stress is best way to get seeds & you cannot stress a plant more than forcing it a month past it's ultimate life span.

iiTzToastycommented3 years ago
@420Master, I haven’t got into co2, yet. Right now I’m growing with budget items in a closet. I plan to upgrade my equipment in the future. All my seeds are made from pollen; males or colloidal silver flipped. These were made from the feminized MaiThai pollen from a previous grow. I have read to stay away from stress induced pollen on females, as they have the likelihood of herms in the progeny. Have you experienced this? I let the purple haze go longer in attempt to collect the bananas for pollen as it was an auto. I failed. Next time I will just use silver to flip a selected female auto if I choose to breed with auto genes.

Nice job! I'm planning on collecting some pollen from some afghani regular seeds I bought to try some breeding, just waiting to work it into the schedule.
