I coated the lemon pie seed in Prime Superior Seed coat and then soaked the seed in water for 24hrs then stirred the water till it sank to the bottom and let her soak for another 24hrs, then removed and wrapped it in a moist cotton pad for another 24hrs at which point she had a very well established tap root, I planted her on 10-31 and by 11/01 she was already above soil.
