She's recovered nicely from an Iron deficiency, have to keep an eye on my pH.
I topped her and the resulting canopy is so far great. I'll continue Lst for one more week and then install a trellis for flower.
Day 35- first major defoliation.. Took off some huge fan leaves that were getting over grown.. N snipped any new growth i didn't want
Day 36- did a res change and added golden tree to the nute mix at quarter strength.
Day 37- she's recovered nicely from the defoliation 2 days prior. She was a bit droopy after.. Res change and addition of golden tree probably aided in the recovery.

it turned out to be an Iron deficiency, my ph was off. Shes bouncing back fine now. Not sure the cell phone photo showed the yellowing properly,

They're doing just fine buddy, no need to worry. If it gets worse I'd say maybe come back, but healthy, fresh growth could and should look like that on many strains.
If you have any reference material from where you got your seeds from, such as pictures, they can show you what the strain should look like under optimal conditions.

New growth always appears yellow their perfectly fine itโs actually a good sign you know their happy and growing keep up with what your doing looking good happy growing ๐๐
