Oct 04 - Oct 10 I didn't see much growth during the first weeks, maybe because of a couple of hot days when the temperature inside the tent reached 33 ºC. Also, LEDs might be too strong, next time I'll try a CFL for germination and young seedlings.

Oct 11 - Oct 17 Week 1 feeding chart for Advanced nutrients started on October 10. (last day past week) I'm letting the first two weeks from the feeding chart run for 9 days instead of 7 in an attempt to have the Voodoo Juice active for a longer period.

Oct 18 - Oct 24 Week 2 of the feeding chart for Advanced nutrients started on 19 Oct I let nutrients run for 9-10 days instead of 7, changed the water, and fed on the 3rd day of the week. Kush del Arriero: Super bushy, a lot of nodes, seems healthy Choco Cookies: Not so bushy or big as the other two. Got some oxide spots on two leaves, maybe nutrient overburn, seems healthy though. Banana Cake: Growing fast with big leaves and a lot of nodes, seems healthy,

Oct 25 - Oct 31 Week 3 of the Advanced Nutrients feeding chart started on 29 Oct, from now on weeks should be the normal 7 days. Let nutrients from last week run until the 5th day of this week. Kush del Arriero: Looking Bushy, not too tall. Choco Cookies: No other leaves presented the oxide spots, some new nodes appeared, but they're growing slowly, hopefully, the scrog training will help next week. Big leaves. Banana Cake: A lot of nodes, big leaves, long branches. Added SCROG net at 8'' (20cm) above the bucket, even though they don't reach yet that height; They do reach about 30 cm but from the bottom of the pot, not the bucket. Note: Had a major spill inside the tent because of an open valve after recirculating water on Thursday - water is not constantly recirculating because the 3/4'' hoses are too slow for it - the anti-spill base that came with the tent was a total saver.

Nov 01 - Nov 07 Week 4 of the Advanced Nutrients feeding chart started on 5 Nov. Started ScrOG training, no topping, no FIMing. Starting lollipopping next week probably. Kush del Arriero: Looking pretty bushy, not too tall, just reaches the scrog net, 2nd fastest in growth after BC. Choco Cookies: Big Leaves, keeps growing but it's the slowest of the 3 strains. Banana Cake: Fast growth, a lot of nodes, big leaves, long branches, at the current rate probably will cover must of the canopy itself.

How and when to properly do lollipopping? Is it a single or a multiple day process, what would cause less stress? I wanted to do it on more than one day, try a slow process, just remove from bottom to top whatever won't get enough light, any suggestions?

hey there Mopish, I do lollipopping in a single day, but when i do it the plants are much taller and larger than the ones you're working with. That being said you have the right idea about reducing the stress as much as possible. If you insist on getting it done, i would say wait a few more weeks in veg before you flip, and do it one or two weeks before the flip. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Nov 08 - Nov 14 Choco Cookies: showing some nutrient burn, I think it may be Iron abundance leading to a phosphorus deficiency. Nov 13: Flushing for a day with Flawless Finish to try n' get Choco Cookies back on track, the Kush del Arriero and Banana Cake look alright.

15 Nov - 21 Nov 15 Nov Planning it to be the last week of Veg. Had some trouble with the Choco Cookies, I lowered the nutrient dosage, to 2/3 of the manufacturer's recommended dose. 16 Nov KDA: This one is still super bushy, it has a lot of nodes, I did some very light defoliation at the bottom, I wouldn't consider it lollipopping, just trying to get better airflow. CC: Seems like the flush with Flawless Finish did some good on it, I see some new growth on the top and it's starting to stretch more. I won't lollipop this one since it has been under more stress due to nutrient lockout. I only removed dead leaves. BC: Not really that bushy as the KDA, I have done some very light defoliation, just removed some yellowing leaves from the bottom, but it somehow looks like is naturally "lollipoped" which, I guess is good for airflow but I would rather have a lot of nodes like the KDA. 18 Nov CC: It seems like the previously affected leaves have no new spots from nutrient deficiencies or abundances.

22 Nov - 28 Nov 1st week of flower 23 Nov No easily visible pistils. 24 Nov KDA: About 35% of the canopy, still growing bushy, but not as stretchy as BC. CC: About 20% of the canopy, no more signs of nutrient lock, but it did stay behind the other 2. BC: About 45% of the canopy, very stretchy, not that bushy. Added a 2nd Net to try and control the BC stretching. 26 Nov I can see pistils on all 3 of them.

29 Nov - 5 Dic I've been battling a little with high humidity, getting a better dehumidifier this week. Aiming for 40-50%. RH 29 Nov Kush del Arriero: flowers are starting to form, not stretching as much as the Banana Cake. Choco Cookies: some pistils showing, but I really don't see any flowers yet, must o the bud sites are a bit below the 2nd scrog net still. Banana Cake: stretching a lot, a bit too much I think. 1 Dec Added a better dehumidifier on the room, not the tent, the tent takes air from inside the room then pushes that air out of a window. So, trying to lower down the RH with a small bathroom dehumidifier inside the tent was useless when the "new air" had higher RH. So, I placed the dehumidifier near the intake fan and it seems to be working now. 2 Dec Rearranged the canopy, moved bigger branches to the sides, switch smaller ones to the center

Choco Cookies: It only has a few bud sites. Banana Cake: This one was growing a bit out of control, I had to rearrange the canopy last week, I lowered the RH to 50% and moved the lamp a few inches up, it seems like it's slowing down a bit.

Banana Cake: looking frosty, still a challenge to manage the height. Showing 2 cool mutations, some buds growing on the center of a couple of leaves and resin rails. 26 - Dec Some leaves are showing nutrient burn on the tips, is not light burn because some are far enough from the lamp. 17 Jan - 23 Jan 19 Jan Kush del Arriero: Looking good in color and size, planning to flush next week, hope those possible nanners don't develop enough, not removing due to harvest time being so close and this one being the one that will probably give me the best yield. Some buds and leaves getting purple colors. Choco Cookie: Still very small, hope they grow a little more before harvest. Some buds and leaves getting purple colors. Banana Cake: Small buds, decent trichomes. I hope that KDA won't cause much trouble to the other two plants, I hope I'm wrong about the nanners... Keeping my plans, finish with nutrients this Sunday and flushing for 7-14 days after that. I'll add a few more pics later today. Sat 22 Yesterday a friend with more experience in these things took a look at my plants, he seemed impressed by what I've accomplished on my first grow so far. He also confirmed that the weird things on the KDA buds aren't nanners... phew ! He also confirmed my plans for flushing tomorrow are good.

Some fan leaves are starting to look a bit too crispy and curly, they do have some trichomes, I'm 3-4 days into flushing. I'm not sure if the dry matter can "contaminate" the buds somehow, and don't know if I should do something about it, I'm planning to get some "bubble hash"

Hard to tell exactly - but anything that’s majority necrotic or dead tissue, I am removing. It’s just a risk of nasty stuff beginning to take hold and thrive on your plant. You’re in DWC - 3 to 4 days is a solid flush and she looks ready to chop. I’d cut her down in the next few days. Go thru and pull off any dead stuff before drying.. I don’t recommend saving any of that you pulled off for bubble hash or anything. Just trash it. Hope this helped. Good luck with chop

I liked the taste, loved that the sugar leaves are filled with trichomes but it's just too little of a harvest for the effort. BTW, math is all wrong on the g/watt The Bestva 2000w doesn't use 1400w it uses around 390w Also, I put 25m2 because that's the total size of the tent that I used, it doesn't mean that 1 m2 would need 4 of those lamps. Also, it draws half of that when only veg is turned on. So, the correct math would be - 185w * 56 days of veg (18h) - 390w * 70 days of flower (12h) - 10g dry material - Total space around 25% of the tent Veg cycle: 185w / 1000 = 0.185 kW/h 0.185 kWh x 18 hours per day = 3.33 kW per day 3.3 kW per day x 56 day veg cycle = 186.48 kW per veg cycle for the whole tent 186.48 * 0.25 = 46kW for the area covered by the plant Flower cycle: 390w / 1000 = 0.39 kW/h 0.39 kWh x 12 hours per day = 4.68 kW per day 4.68 kW per day x 70 day flower cycle = 327.6 kW per flower cycle for the whole tent 327.6 * 0.25 = 81.9kW for the area covered by the plant Total: 46 kW (veg) + 81.9 kWh (flower) = 127.9 kW per entire cycle for the area covered by the plant 10 grams dried / 127.9 kWh = 0.08 grams per kW --- Total Harvest Total Harvest = 11g Choco + 66g KDA + 46g BC = 123g Total kW = 186.48 + 327.6 = 514.08 123g / 514.08 = 0.23 grams per kw
