This plant is thriving in flower. It's got such an even canopy apart from the top. The trichomes are really developing a lot and the buds are starting to fatten up a bit. They seem nice and dense so far!
really nice nugs and pictures man. glad i bought a pack of this, can't wait to run it this year. hope to get the same pheno as you did. the mint terps definitely sound tasty and i'm looking forward to it
I've run this strain twice so far. It's a pheno hunt. My #1 was speedy af and tasted like Berries. Very little mint, very much sativa. My #2 was pretty minty, but had a rough grow. I did clone her and am smoking the clone now. It's actually quite an interesting and very menthol smoke. I cloned her again.

Lovely photos man looks beautiful. You killed it on this one for sure. If you got a minute check out my 200 light LED 7,000 plant diary & follow my profile. Happy growing man keep up the great work.
My last Mountaintop Mint harvest is almost gone. I've smoked the crap out of it. It's gassy menthol that leaves your mouth feeling like it had a cough drop 20 minutes ago. It gives me the munchies though. Be sure to cure it a good 6 weeks and you'll be really happy with it.
@CraftedFlower,
The cured buds smell like a cedar tree when you squeeze them. It's absolutely the most interesting strain I think I've ever smoked and I've been smoking for over 40 years now.

@Wanda, haha nice! I can’t wait. I’m pretty positive I got the mint pheno I was looking for. I’m guessing the smells will really start to show in the coming weeks. Thanks for the update!
The plant looks great. I am thinking about running Mountain Top Mint along with Garlic Budder from Humboldt Seed Co later this spring. I am interested to see what you think of the final bud. Enjoy the grow.
hey man, nice nugs so far.
I just bought the strain and I was looking forward to pheno hunting this summer. Do you know if it smells like anything yet? Sorry you got covid and I know you mentioned it fucked your sinuses.
your 5 gal bucket is sort of wasted as you could have vegged at least for another 2-3 weeks, and increased the number of heads in your canopy by super cropping and topping. I also think you over defoliated, but I'm not familiar with defoliating as much - I tend to trim the bottom 3rd of the plant only 3 weeks into flower.
Did you switch to flower nutes and are you still feeding it high amounts of calmag? It seems a bit too dark green to me.
