Week 2 was a bit dramatic for us since 3 of our 12 seedlings didn't survive our brutal transplanting. We heard that we have too many plants and our pots are too big. Well, at least the plant amount sorted itself out. Luckily, the rest of them seem to be doing fine enough. Some obvious signs of transplant such as wavy leaves and one stunted/mutated leaf.
Some of the seedlings stretched too much so we had to give them some more growing media and a stick or two for support. We turned on the light a bit late at the mini tent, so maybe because of that?
We lightly watered the plants with a diluted nutrient solution whenever the root riot cubes seemed to be drying off. Some of our girls are growing much faster than the others. Our lights are at 40% intensity and they seem to be doing the trick. We are misting our plants daily with a diluted Nitrozyme&Superdrive solution.
The problem with thrips in the grow area continues and they have been seen in the grow tent. Thus, the plants have been sprayed with a bug spray once a week and two glue traps have been hung in the tent. We hope (pray) the problem goes away finally.
