AlexanderBeeswax Heard so many great things about Mephisto Genetics, so I’m excited to finally run one of theirs. Got a 10 pack of Pinot Noir in one of their recent drops, seen a lot of beautiful photos of this strain!
I’m germinating using the paper towel method, I pre-soaked the 1 seed for about 3 hours before placing in paper towel.

The 1 seed germinated 48 hrs later and I have a 2cm tap root, planted into a 2.4 Gal. air pot w/ humidity dome. Medium is 80% FF Happy Frog soil and 20% perlite.
Medium was pre-soaked with PH’d water including only Voodoo Juice.

AlexanderBeeswax For this run of Pinot Noir auto, I’m using the #3 size airpots (2.4 gal) with FF 80% Happy Frog soil, and 20% perlite.
It took about 48 hrs for her to break soil after planting. I’m not planning on watering for at least several days to a week, only a light spray 1-2 times per day or so.

AlexanderBeeswax This one is off to a bit of a slow start. Think she may have gotten a bit too wet after I got a bit careless with watering. Only seems delayed by a couple days or so, so overall not worried.
Current watering volume is about 350ml. per feeding. I will go up to 500ml as I see more growth, but that will probably be next week!

AlexanderBeeswax It’s now week 3 and this one is going along smoothly. Because she seems maybe a couple days behind where I would like, I’m going to let this one grow naturally without any topping or major LST.
Still watering 350ml. But will increase to 500-750ml. by the end of the week. Will continue to use Voodoo Juice until the end of this week.
