Rebelvette I am a new member but have grown a few times before. Now I’m getting into the science of it! I am only using TPS one nutes. I am having a problem of my rez going cloudy and smelly after 2-2.5 days. Have you had this problem? Suggestions? My H20 temps stay 68-72. Currently running 10ml/gal. I know the color is off on my plants. I way overfed them about 10 days ago for 2 days. Almost twice the strength it was supposed to be. Still recovering from that. The rez is my main issue right now though.
Edit - so I figured out with some much appreciated help that my rez did not have enough aeration and I need to run the circulation pump all the time. Upped air pump from 4w to 12W, added 1 more air stone (3 total), running vivosun 800 gph pump in rez 24/7 for circulation. So far this seems to have fixed it. I’ll keep y’all updated.

Rebelvette Everything is going pretty good since my mess up at week 4. Got my rez issues straight. Turns out it was just due to a lack of enough air. Had a 4w pump for a 10gal rez. Wasn’t enough. I got a 12w pump and that made all the difference. Solid pH for days and as clear as when I mixed it. Also added silica gold in the mix about 5 days ago. I’d say the girls are happy. Lol. I’m actually at week 5.5 as I write this. They are recovering nicely from what I can tell so I’m probably going to let them keep chooching for another week and a half at least before I flip them. Let me know what y’all think. Peace. ☮️
I have a question for experienced growers. I currently feed every 3 hours for 1 minute and that supplies approx. 600ml. I was thinking of switching to 15 seconds every hour which will supply approx. 150ml. Which schedule is better?
Less watering is more beneficial I believe.. stick to what your doing. You need to give what’s going in time to be drank or your just gonna lose a load of nutrient as run off. I wouldn’t have my irrigation going more than 4 times a day at the end of flowering. Good Luck bro 💪
I don't see much difference. Longer might be better to keep all roots moist, rinsed, and supply fresher. Would be my logic behind that. Good luck and happy growing 🌱
