11/22: planted 2 of each seed for 4 total seeds direct into medium in a small, 3 inch pot (solo cup size ish). 11/25: 3/4 plants are showing. I dug around and the seed hasn't moved at all for the last one, Girl Crush. I planted another seed in the cup since I don't think the other one was growing. 11/29: the final plant popped up today after 4 days. I was getting worried and almost planted a backup but luckily this girl popped up just in time. She's 4 days behind the other 3 but I'm sure she'll catch up quick. Will give everyone another water maybe tomorrow and probably start adding nutes after. Will use 11/25 as grow date since 3/4 plants sprouted that day. 12/1: The girls are 6 days old (I'll refer to the oldest age) while the baby has only been alive for 2 days. Haven't seen them really grow much at all since they sprouted a few days ago. Think it's time for a boost. Fed everyone for the first time today with tap water (1 gal w/ 1.5mL A+1.5mL B+ 0.5mL CaMg. EC = 850EC (base was 400) pH'd to 6.0).

Day 12: moved the 3/4 older plants into 3 gal fabric pots and into the grow house under the stronger light. Humidity is low but I'm scared to add a humidifier because of past PM. I watered them when I repotted with 1100 EC solution. Day 13: oops, realized the light in the tent was on the lowest setting. Set it to max about 14 inches from plants. Lights on temp went from 63 to 69 yay haha Day 14: looking bigger already. Humidity is still super low, 30%, but taking my chances with a longer veg period over getting PM again. If things go well next harvest I might start being nicer to them. Fed them some more of the 1100 EC solution. Using tap and ph'ing to about 6.0 Day 16: moved the last plant into their forever home today. They seem to be looking a little bigger today. Watered her with no nutes cause lazy and didn't feel like mixing any today. The other 3 got the remaining 1100 EC solution. Will mix a stronger batch for everyone tomorrow. Day 17: fed a little higher at 1400EC today. Plants were looking a little light in color. Tried to pH them a bit lower too at around 5.8. Looking bigger already after only a few days under the big light/new pots. Day 18: looking good today! Color looks a bit darker. Will be ready to try mainlining/first topping hopefully in a week. Still damp, skipped watering today. Growing their 3rd true leaves out now.

Day 22: topped the older girls in prep for mainlining. Seeing some possible CaMg issues. Been watering every 3 days just around the stem. I've started to water "out", away from the center the last watering or two since they seem to be getting more roots. I was a little nervous to top given the deficiencies showing up today but I knew I was under feeding them and luckily it seems to be just a CaMg issue (maybe, feel free to chime in) since the plant is getting more "green" from the upping in overall nutes (A/B). I did increase feed from 1600 to about 1700 today. Increased A/B and CaMg. Was initially only going to increase the CaMg but the leaves still look a little light green so I increased them across the board. 1700 seems high but my tap water already has a base of like 400 EC so it's really only about 1300 EC of nutes. Watered them to run off for the first time since transplant to the 3gals today. Didn't want the soil to stay wet too long but they seem to using more water now. Also ph'd today a little lower, about 5.7 pH to help with the CaMg. Day 23: the marks on the edges/corners of the leaves are spreading a bit towards the middle. I just upped their nutes recently so I'm trying to stay patient. I was phing a little high (like 6) cause I was used to being in bloom so I'm dialing it lower to about 5.7 now to help. I know topping didn't really help but I feel like they will turn around soon. Plants looked stiff, no curling leafs or anything. Other than the suspected Mg deficiency I think they are doing ok. Wondering if it might be too much light.. had it about 12 inches from leaves but moved it to about 16-18 inches. Day 25: seems the deficiency is getting stable. I don't seen it worsening since day 23. Watered again today a little higher at 1800 (again, seems high but my tap is kinda hard and these guys need it). pH at about 5.6 for this mix. Seems it takes about 3-4 days for them to perk up after a heavier feed. Will keep at 1700-1800 for the next week or so to see how they do. The new growths look fine. It's kinda hard to tell since I topped 3/4 of the plants but the 1 runt that is running a few days behind has a basically perfect set of 3rd leaves. The 1st and 2nd set are a bit rough but not as bad as the others. I feel like between weeks 1-3 the plants up their nutes needs so much that I can't even keep up haha. It's also been very dry here so I think they aren't growing as fast as I'd like in veg. I added a humidifier and they are chilling around 50% lights on now. Day 27: Fed today at 1800 w/ full dose camg (5ml/gal), pH 5.8. No deficiencies on the new leaves. Growth has been stunted the last few days from topping but they seem to be back to growing today. Def thinking there was some light burn going on before so raising the lights was a good call. Just gotta give them time to recover from topping.. and the light stress.. and the nute deficiencies lol.

Day 28: oh gosh they came so far in the past week. They suffered from the lights being a wee too close and got light burn. Then had some nute issues. Then I topped the poor things.. but look how they are doing now! Will plan to start lst in a few days then the new leaves grow out a bit. Def look a bit over watered. I think the higher humidity levels means I need to water a bit less. I was surprised with how much they grew since yesterday. Will keep the CaMg at full dose since I'm not seeing any new spots now. Plants are looking a healthier shade of darker green now. Think 1700 EC, ph of 5.8 will be goal for now. Day 29: the runt looked so big today. She was over watered yesterday but dried out and looked great today. I topped her and then stripped her bottom nodes. I left another pair of fan leaves for now since hers were a bit smaller. The other plants are also looking good. No new deficiencies. New stems aren't long enough to worry about starting LST yet. I think they will bounce back quicker from the next one now that the lights/nutes seem figured out. Tent was about 58% RF when I came down. The humidifier is set to AUTO (40-60% RF). Day 30: TOPPED 3/4 of the plants (2nd topping). Still didn't need water yet. Increasing the humidity from 30% to 50% really changed my watering schedule. Day 31: WATERED with a new batch of tap (7ml A, 7ml B, 5ml CaMg) ~ 1800 EC + pH down = 6.0. Got about 0.25gal each. I am hoping they recover faster this time now that the humidifier is in the tent. Day 32: one of the GC (back right in the photo) is curling and showing N+ toxicity but still growing fine. Day 33: oops. One of the plants, BD1, has one of his stems breaking off. Noticed when I saw the wilted leaves today. I applied some scotch tape but now I'm a little weary to LST that branch. The way I had to tape it will make it tough to train. Sucks but we will see if he bounces back. Day 34: fml so the baby leaves coming out of the stem that broke off seem okay but the two big fan leaves coming from them are basically dried out. I tried retaping since the mother fucker moved over night. Maybe I can save the new growth but I'll have to chop the dead fan leaves off which will set back her growth ugh. I'll give them another day or two before chopping them off and calling them dead. Sucks. Anyways, I went down during lights off and the RF was 70% so I unplugged the humidifier over night to help dry them out a bit. Tent was at 40% this morning. Gave them a super light WATER (maybe 0.25L ea). Turned the humidifier back on and powered up the corner fan. I'll try and turn the humidifier off at night. I raised the lights about an inch since the plants have been growing.

Day 35: WATERED. I did a light watering yesterday but I feel like she needed more run off. Same, 7/7/5 phd to about 5.8. No deficiencies. The N+ toxicity seems to be getting better and the leaves are less curled. BD1 is showing more growth from her topping already. The broken stem isn't healing well. It's just in a weird spot so the tape keeps coming off and it's just not doing well. It's only been a few days and you can see how much bigger the other stem is so there would be no hope for an even canopy if I left it. The fan leaves were completely dry. I ended up just cutting the whole stem off. The runt, GC2 (back left) is showing some good growth on her stems finally. Took her a few days to bounce back from topping. I don't think I'll top them that young again. I'm not sure I'd lollipop them that young again either. Day 36: bigger than yesterday, that's for sure. The runt is picking up pace (finally). Humidity today was about 50% in the tent and looks good. Some of the lower nodes I lollipopped when I attempted to mainline are growing back which makes me think it was just too soon for them. If I keep plucking off the new growths it seems to slow them down so I'm just going to let them thrive for a bit. Day 37: I think I give up on mainlining lol. I think only one of my plants is symmetrical at this point. The plant that had snapped is recovering great. I think I have 2 stems on 2/4 of the plants and 5 stems on the other 2. Think I'll give it time to recover and top in a few days. Day 38: WATERED. Showing some light yellow at the tips, possible nute burn? I haven't raised the nutes in weeks so that's slightly confusing. Just realized I've been feeding 5mg CaMg which is a bit much so I'll go back down to 4mg next feed. Did some supercropping/bent the stems on everyone since I'm waiting a few days before topping again. Day 39: humidity is becoming more of an issue. I moved the dehumidifier inside and set it to 65% max auto (it never gets that high unless lights are off right now) and I have the humidifier plugged into the lights timer so it stays on 40-60% and then turns off when the lights turn off. Tent is comfortably at 70F, 50% RF with lights on right now. The humidity here is naturally going up and these girls aren't spring chickens anymore so I'm trying to keep their humidity a bit lower now. Haven't set up the reservoir/irrigation system since they are still bbs. I have a 20 gal tank but I'm probably going to switch to my 5 gal instead and just mix every few days. I had a 20 gal since I was out of town for work for a week last grow. Day 40: WATERED. Perlite was turning green from over watering but I'd rather they get some lower nutes in sooner. No idea why I started feeding 5mg/gal of CaMg so I went back to 3. Clear N+ toxicity shown by the darker green leaves but I'm not sure how much decreasing CaMg will help with that. Todays feed was decreased to 6.5ml A/ 6.5ml B/ 3ml CaMg, about xx EC, phd to 5.8. FIRST LST: BD2 (bottom right): 5 stems BD1 (bottom left, broken stem): 2 stems GC1 (idk, I think the runt in back left): 2 stems GC2 (back right): 6 stems There goes my even canopy lol. I think everyone is ready to be topped but I'll do a bit of LST first. Day 41: they are starting to smell. came down and half the LST clips got worked off. I can say all of them are doing great. I could definitely top them all at this point but I feel like they need some growth. BD2's stem has a hole in it from super cropping so I taped that up. She will be fine. I feel like the stems are so thick that it's tough using the training clips for. Will continue to adjust LST clips daily.

Day 42: okay so these LST clips aren't really working. They worked better when I FIM'd and I had thinner stems but with topping the main stems are just too thick. I found out that I'm moving to a non-legal state and that this might be my last grow for a while so I wanted to at least try SCROG once before I closed shop and this seemed like a fine time. First things first, I set up the irrigation halos and put up the net. Think we are looking at another 2 weeks until flower but we will see how antsy I get. Day 43: very light water (like 1/8th of a L each plant, I needed the watering pail for my house plants lol). Day 44: TOPPED the 2 runts to help them catch up. Day 45: WATERED (7/7/3, about 1700 in hard tap. phd to about 6.0). One of my tops got too much LST and broke off for my GC (back right). Great. I regret even trying to mainline. Pushed back my veg so much. I definitely wouldn't train this much again so soon. I think I'm going to give up on trying for a uniform canopy at this point and just flip them in a week. I'm going to be moving soon so I really can't sit around for these girls to veg forever. I'll just take the smaller yields. Day 47: TOPPED the other GC (Back Right) to compensate for the broken top. Did some super cropping. Defoliated some stray branches that were trying to grow from the 2nd node. One of the BD (see pic) is having some weird colors. It suffered from CaMg toxicity (lowered CaMg last week) which explains the thin leaves so maybe the color is from just getting back on track, idk. What matters is that I've got way more tops growing today than I did a few days ago which is very encouraging. They all measure about 10 inches tall which is great. Can't wait to defoliate them and get off all those terrible leaves at the bottom that had deficiencies/light burn. Looking to flip around day 55-60.

Plants were getting way too much CaMg and I lowered it down to 3ml/gal last week so my grow had some nute issues. Any idea what is causing the weird dark green/light green stripes on my one plant?

Looking over your diary your CalMg is only 1ml/gal extra. nothing crazy and only for that one week. If you where worried you could flush out your plant and just start over. Regular dose is 2ml/Gal for that brand. According to some feeding charts your PPM range should be looking in the 650-800 range for early veg and mid to late veg around 1050-1300 PPM is calculated in three different ways where as EC is just one value, convert ppm to ec - EC x 0.5 | EC x 0.64 | EC x 0.7 = ppm https://manicbotanix.com/ec-to-ppm-conversion-chart-2/ This chart shows you the three reference points. so 800ppm ranges from 1.2-1.6 EC Hydro is new to me so use that information as you will. but that does not seem to be the problem. Also Sensi grow has a lot of calcium in it as well. 15% in grow b's formula. I think calmg might be over kill in this grow and not needed of if it is. at much much lower concentrations. https://www.advancednutrients.com/products/ph-perfect-sensi-coco-grow-bloom/ Your also under feeding with sensi grow. its advertised at 4ml/l in weeks 4 and 5 of veg. Over all, drop the calmg and increase your seni, before feeding do a flush and clean out your medium. But Im not that skilled in liquid nutes so double check my numbers. Best of Luck.

It still looks like magnesium deficiency.. did you buffer coco? If not, that can cause your feeds to lose the available calcium and magnesium (among other nutes) immediately because of the charge the coco has if not buffered properly..

Day 49: WATERED, about 1700. Plants are really looking better in color after lowering camg a week ago. They were looking dark green/blue with N+ clawing and now they are looking much more "green" and healthy. I was worried only a few days ago that I didn't have near enough tops to go into flower but now I'm feeling fine. Lots of new growth since topping/SCROG. Will give her a week of good solid grow time before flipping her into flower. Just SCROG for now. Day 51: looks good. did some tucking under the net. Day 52: WATERED, about 1750, 5.8ph. Plants are about 11-12 inches now. Going to try and water every 3 days max now. Fed each plant about half a gal today and there was run off. I'll be excited to cut off all these ugly leaves at the bottom once they flower a bit. Just waiting a few days for them to thicken up a bit before going 12/12. Day 55: WATERED, 1750, 5.8ph. lots of great growth. noticed the leaves towards the bottom turn brown/start to die on almost all the plants. A bit concerning but they were the leaves most heavily affected from deficiencies so they weren't very pretty to begin with. I planned on cutting them off a few weeks into flower. Accidentally tore the runt in half but she's got tape on her. I think almost every plant has tape on them somewhere at this point. These plants have definitely seen their share of HST.

Day 56: Changed lights to 12/12. I know I said I was going to wait until day 60 but they just seem to filling up the net nicely today. Rearranged their net and tucked them in for the night. They look good. Humidity is a bit higher naturally now and now that we are going into flower I took the humidifier out. Counting about 12+ colas on each plant now (gotta double check the runt) and they all have thick stems. Day 57: WATERED, 1750, 5.8pH. UPPED nutes from 7/7/3 to 8/8/3. New growth looks a bit light. Tucked. Day 59: plants are still pretty heavy. Been dry the last few days here, humidity has been around 45% lights on. no signs of sex yet. noticed a good stretch last night so I think things are ramping up. Day 61: noticing growth not being as amazing since pulling the plug on the humidifier. It's honestly a bit tough to tell with the SCROG. I was going to water the plants today but they still felt pretty heavy. I'm still hand watering since they haven't been very thirsty. Day 62: WATERED, 1750, 5.8pH everyone except for the runt. I took the tape off of the runt from where I split her in half DX she's made a full recovery. I think I'm watering less this grow because of how cold it is. I'm a sucker and plugged in the humidifier today. Humidity is low today, around 40%. Should be in the 50's once the humidifier gets going.

Day 63: plants seem happier after just one day with the humidifier. Accidentally broke a stem and taped it together on BD so I think we will be fine. Think I need to wait to train when I water and the stems are more flexible. Just not used to this cold watering schedule. Will stop tucking the BDs (front 2 plants) since they seem to be filling up their canopy. Day 64: WATERED the runt. LOLLIPOPPED. Plants are doing well. Day 65: WATERED everyone else. Looking much better with the humidifier on. Day 66: forgot to fill up the humidifier until this afternoon so it was a bit dry this morning for the babies. Looking lush. The snapped stem might be getting better.. tough call right now but I'll leave it taped. Using a SCROG net has made LST sooo much easier compared to tying down each individual branch with plant ties. They haven't skipped a beat since their lollipop 2 days ago and are growing fine. Day 67: it's been 10 days under 12/12 and I'm noticing some lady parts on the big BD (bottom right corner). Day 69: WATERED, SWITCHED TO BLOOM NUTES after 11 days in flower today, 1700EC, 6.0 pH (Bloom A 7/ B 7/Big Bud 3/CaMg 3 per gal) and set up IRRIGATION DRIP. Filled up 5 gal in the reservoir and set it to drip 1 min, 2x a day. Day 70: oh boy, 3 minutes fed about 4 gallons of water over the past 24hrs. Would need to lower the pressure to each halo so the drip is slower if I wanted to keep it at 2x a day. Feeding once a day for one minute should be more than fine for now. Noticing some light green on newer growths, hopefully the switch to bloom nutes will fix that. Babies looking big, going to stop tucking for now. Been growing taller the last few days.

Day 71: WATERED (about 2 gals across everyone), 1750 EC, 5.9pH. Just noticed some hairs on the older GC. Nothing yet on the runt but she's about a week behind so no worries. God this is going to be a long ride. Canopy is now full so no more tucking. Day 73: LOLLIPOPPED & removed SCROG (was just a pain in the ass to lollipop without removing it and now I'm too lazy to put it back on. Canopy is pretty far from even because of the runt but oh well. This will hopefully be the last time I defoliate/lollipop. Moved the light up a few inches. The runt finally started to show some baby hairs today. That stem I snapped last week on the big BD never recovered so I pulled it off. Plants are still very wet so no water today. Day 75: WATERED (w/ R/O for the first time) came out to be about 1500 EC, 6.3pH without adding any pH stuff. They started using more water in the past week or so.

Day 77: WATERED, 1500 EC, 6.3pH. Think they are done stretching, been at 21 inches tall for a few days now. Buds are starting to develop on everyone, the runt is about a week behind just because she sprouted later than the rest. Humidity has naturally been lower but I set the dehumidifier a bit lower so now tent RF during lights on is in the 40s now, not 50's. It's still so crazy this plant is 11 weeks old and just now flowering ugh. Day 82: WATERED, 1600 EC (about half r/o, half tap), 6.0 pH. Was out of town for work and these bbs got dry. Mixed up about 8 gals in reservoir in advanced that I'll pump out over the next few days. Had to raise the light about 2-3 inches. The runt is only a week behind everyone else in germination but is so much smaller. She's going to be mostly larf. Been super dry here lately. My dehumidifier wasn't even full after 5 days.
