I think I see Pistils and that means its ready to flower and showing its sex, that's a good sign.
If it is an auto it will be entering its flowing stage soon. I did not see any pistils on the previous weeks entry.
If you wanted to toss it into a tent and give it 12/12 it would start to go into flower if it was a Photoperiod.
Mistakes do happen and it sucks. Could always reach out to the breeder and ask what they think. Maybe they have seen this before.
I would not chop the plant it is looking healthy be it a bit stunted.
