March 7, day 83 (f23), I am excited to start this week off by debuting a new light: the Mars Hydro SP-3000!
My old quantum boards were doing decently, but were showing their age. With no coating or lense over the actual chips they were not as durable as I would like them to be after a few years of use.
The SP-3000 is very powerful and perfectly sized for my 4x2 tent. This is a light that is suitable for professional grows, and you can feel it in the excellent build quality. I am really pleased to have a dimmer, but I am starting it at full power as I am getting into the middle of the flowering cycle. This light is so powerful that I may have to dim it down slightly depending on how the plant responds to the greater intensity. The buds themselves are getting chunky with lots of resin/trichome production (love to see it!) ๐ฟ
March 8, day 84 (f24), the buds are really starting to swell! The Malasana cookies is taking up about 7sqft of canopy, and is transitioning well to the new SP-3000 light.
March 13, day 89 (f29), buds are coming along well in terms of trichome production, but need to ripen and get chunkier over the next few weeks!

Whatโs up growmie! I found you under the Jacks Tap search. I switched from megacrop to Jacks Tap and the plants are way happier so far. Good luck ๐๐ผ
@Cheeba_Inu,
Yep! Theyโre looking much better, think theyโre going to be monsters ;)
Yeah, the Jacks works well with my well water which is 150 ppm and 8.2 PH from the artesian well.
Thanks man
@GrowersParadise, they are both good nutrients, but I am really enjoying the Jack's Tap for my water. The low 'P' is great when you have to add lots of phosphoric acid as a ph down. Your plants are starting to look nice and thick, happy growing! ๐๐ฟ
