So I personally consider the 2 week period from soak until now is germination. I started these beans off by soaking them in distilled water for a few days. Then planted after a few days when they cracked. 1 of the Passion Fruit Punch did crack but I ended up damaging it. So it failed to take root. 2 Beans failed of the JOTI God's Green Crack (GGC) 1 cracked and 1 didn't so I was expecting 5 out of 6 but I'll live with 4. These are regular seeds and the rest are fem. So I expect to loose 2. Which is why I added 2 Sweet Deep Grapefruit by Dinafem. Very reliable and sweet. The last 2 were Blueberry Cookies by Dinafem. We all know of the Dinafem bust and how many of these strains will slowly dwindle. I can not for the life of me find these seed for sale. So I am hoping to clone and breed this strain out with my fellow growmies. It's a wonderful indica with an incredibly sweet and fruity taste to it. I only grew this once about 2 runs ago and it made a great impression on me. All of these strains I have grown. So this is why I am calling this my legacy grow. It's the culmination of years growing and selecting the best strains that have left a memorable impression with me. This is also a preview of things to come for my podcast Grow Nation on dopefiend.co.uk for season 3. For now just enjoy the nice stats and visuals as I take you on a journey through my own individual pallet.

So some of the seedlings are doing better than others. I like to have run off with my stuff so they are a bit stressed but a bit of over watering won't kill them. I'm keeping the watering to 7-8 days to let them dry out a bit. Seems to be doing ok but I suspect it will be about 2 weeks more in the cups and I will transplant once they are good and dry and stable.

So I do appologize for the lack of pictures this week as we are in a transition period. Over the course of a week or so I have transplanted all of our seedlings. First half was on xmas and I waited about 5-6 days after that first transplant. During the 1st transplant all were fed base and now I added in cal mag cause I noticed a few small deficiencies in the seedlings. All transplants had pro mix's mycrohyzine (spelling I know). The first batch seemed to really like it. The pictures you see are of my two biggest plants so far. They have adjusted well to their new homes and the first batch is now slightly bigger than the ones I put into tonight which you don't see cause I forgot to take pics of them. I usually transplant when I see roots coming out the drainage holes. All my seedlings had a decent amount of root zone so knock on wood all will make it. I was a bit concerned about the God's Green Crack as most of them seemed to be slumping quiet a bit. But as you can see the GGC in the pics has adapted well and is looking healthy. All the other strains seem to be doing well. I will be doing LST the rest of them once they have matured more. So far so good. Oh yea I almost forgot I got a new toy coming to my grow in the new year. :)

Well folks it's been about a week since transplant and the result has been ok. The GGC's seem to have the most problem. 3 out of the 4 are having a tough time with the transplant. I waited a few days to let them dry out from the transplant and I put 1.5 L just to be safe. Seems to have had an effect on one so I decided to do it for all of them. Then I tripped and injured my biggest GGC. I maybe had a clump full of soil fall out but it bent out the plant and exposed the roots. I managed to back fill and the plant is standing on it's own but only time will tell. Other than the drama with the GGC everything seems to be going well. The Passion Fruit Punch is chugging along well. The Sweet Deep Grapefruit despite being started late has really taken off. The Blueberry Cookies are looking just great and I think I will have some very healthy plants. Base nutes were upped. Getting some small run off but nothing official. Going to do that after my 2 feeds with no run off. Should be a good week next to do a bit of leeching.

After a rough transplant I am back on track with my grow. It seems the ggc are the most finicky of all the strains. Their transplant didn't go as well as the others. But they are starting to catch up and have shown signs of life and growth as we end week 4. I suspect that within 30-40 days I will be into flower. The PFP's are doing very well and I am happy of their progress so far. One was a bit stunted but is starting grow a bit better each day. The SDG are doing good and their training seems to be doing well as I was aggressive in starting the LST early on. Finally we have the Blueberry Cookies. I have to say that I am very proud to be growing these in my tent. I intend to try and breed their clones out as the Dinafem lineage is slowly going the way of the Buffalo. Oh yea one more thing. I upped my light game. It's not the SF4000 by Spiderfarmer. It's the PB 4000 by Maxsisun. It's pretty much the same light with slightly different samsung diodes and the same meanwell drivers. So far I'm pretty happy with it. Very bright and the pictures you see it is only at 50% with the hanging height at 36 inches from canopy. Much more efficient and cooler than my blurple lights the remote controll is really dope. They have got good reviews online even from Migrow so I decided to get one. I hear people complain about how hot quantum boards can be but I can put my hand on it and it's only warm to the touch. Not sure how hot at 100% but my daytime temps is very cool with it only getting into the mid 70s.

So as you may see of the nutrient info I have decided to experiment with the remo line of nutrients. I was given a sample at the Lift Expo and it was a small kit. Maybe good enough for one plant. So I decided to do an experiment. One Sweet Deep Grapefruit will get the remo nutrient line Plus Cheto Sal at 4ml per Gal and Microbial Mass at 4ml per Gal as well. The other SDG will have the regular emearld harvest line along with the fish shit every once in a while. Over all most of the plants have been growing at a decent rate. I'm liking that the square pots don't have me watering as much as the fabric ones. Don't get me wrong fabric pots are nice but they dry out quick. The PFP's are coming in very strong and will receive a healthy dose of the emerald line along with a boost from the Emerald Goddess additive that I decided to give a try. I will be doing many experiments this grow and I have to say I'm gonna have fun doing it. The new light is humming along great and is keeping my tent very cool. I recently upped it's intensity to 60% by the end of the first week from 40% when I first installed. My two blurple lights my temps would be hitting 80 but so far mine only peak at 75 when the furnace is going. Still doing LST and cutting off certain fan leaves. My only disappointment has been GGC 3. It's not really growing at a decent rate as the others. I might just toss it in the next week or so if it doesn't reply to a upcoming feeding. It's ok as it's regular seed and I got it for cheap.

So I took these pics a few days ago and for the most part things seem fine. I did not feed my SDG's this week so that's why your not seeing the remo line in my nutrient info. The only issue I really have are the GGC's. For some reason there super sensitive to the amount of water I've been giving them. As you can see some of these plants are a little slumpy. However most of them have since improved. I have one GGC that's not really doing to well and I may cull it. The only other plant that is not a GGC is the tall but lanky PFP that your see. Extreme vertical growing but there are barely any nodes growing out. It's so strange too I must have missed a feeding because it was becoming very faded until fed it. Then all of a sudden the growth just exploded upward. It's a fem see so I really don't want to toss it but I'll give it a few weeks to see how it turns out. Currently I am mostly watering my plants this week. Next week I'll be increasing the base to 1.5ml per L. Then I suspect after that I maybe able to flip. Give it 2-3 weeks I should be out of the veg process. I'll be taking some clones of the BC's and hoping that they will root. All in all I'm very happy with the way things are going. Got my light up to 70% now and temps in the tent are very cool.

Hi there. So this week has been mostly watering but I have switched back to a higher level of nutes. Maybe almost too high. My biggest plant has gotten a bit of stress as I think I over fed it. I should have put1.25 ml per L for my base instead I put 1.5. Lesson learned it looks healthy for the most part but a few leaves are clawing and I noticed a bit of tip burn too early. I'm gonna give it a nice watering next to see where it goes. As for SDG 1 it got it's helping of Remo nutrients and seems to be doing fine. The GGC's for the most part have settled down but are the slowest to grow. PFP seems to be producing well. The tall lanky plant has finally grown some nodes. The new light is great I now have it at 70% capacity and in another week or so will be full blast. Did some lower defoliation to keep pests at bay and promote top growth. Were in the final stretch of vegitation and I look forward to taking clones. Happy gardening everyone.

So this is it. The final week of veg. My 2 largest plants just hit two feet so I had to flip. My largest as you can see is a heavy feeder. It dominated my grow and I didn't step on the gas hard enough for it. So it is a tad deficient but I fed it the day I took these pictures. With both Chito Sal and Microbial Mass. Along with my standard Emerald Harvest line up which you see in my nutes info. SDG 1 got it's final grow feed this week with the Remo line and is looking very healthy. The GGC's are regulars and are doing ok. Largest plant is just about up there with my largest plant of PFP. But being that they are regs I expect to toss 2 plants within the next week or so as soon as I can sex them out. My new light is now at 100% brightness and so far so good. I did some defoliation this week along with Cloning my Blueberry Cookies. There barley into 1 week so I didn't bother to put up any pics of them. Hopefully I can get them up to my grow partner up north and we can produce some seeds with this along with a harvest for my buddy. I got 12 plants in my tent and 8 clones on the go. For the first time I'm actually at my plant limit so this is kind of exciting for me. Hopefully in another week or two my clones will have rooted. But for now I'm just going to enjoy the stretch and see how these ladies perform in flower.

Welcome to the end of week 1 of flower. I have good news and bad news. The bad news being that it looks as if 3/4 GGC's were males. :( Bad luck I know. However the one surviving GGC seems to be doing well and is so far all hair and no balls. Fingers crossed I will have at least one GGC. The PFP's are also doing well. I have two that are fairly tall and with one being slim and the other being bushy. That's the thing about growing from seed you don't get consistancy sometimes. All of them are on the same feeding schedule and line so I guess since the big bushy one is a bit faded I didn't feed it enough during veg however it seems to have stabilized and I'm confident it will harvest. The two SDG's are doing well and growing at a similar rate considering there one two different feeding schedules. I have yet to feed flowering products to SDG 1 as it has yet to require any feeding just yet. I switched up my base nutes to bloom at the end of week 1. I normally wait that time so that the plants may adjust. Last but not least the Blueberry Cookies are doing well and the cuttings I took from them a week ago are doing ok. Hopefully by the end of week 2 they will have rooted. Yes I am aware of my un even canopy but I'm not aiming for yield. Thankfully it's just the two plants that blew up so I doubt it will be much of an issue. So far plant count is down to 9 but I think this will be a great quality harvest as these strains taste sooo good.

So we have completed week two of flower and we just started week 3. Did some lollipopping to clean up the bottoms of the plants so there is better air flow, My last GGC is a female and is very compact. My two biggest plants now dwarf the rest of my canopy. So I keep them in the corner away from the light as the clearence isn't all that great and the lower canopy is at 24 inch clearence. Clearly this will effect my yields but I don't care that much. Really looking forward to harvesting these top quality strains. By the look of it I will have plenty of PFP to go around plus the BC are coming in great. Let's not forget about the SDG"s with one being fed remo nutes (but not this week). Both seem to be doing very well especially the SDG with both remo and microbial mass and chetomass being used. So far so good. Hoping my new light will add to the weight of my harvest but I gotta say my day temps are nothing like the blurple lights. It's staying 5 F cooler in my tent now with this new light. So on the plus side my terpine's will be intact and strong.

What on earth have I done. Not too happy that my canopy is very uneven however I am proud of the fact of the 2 monster PFP's. These plants are getting huge and I hope that entering week 4 the stretch will stop which I am confident it will. I have 1 SDG being fed remo nutrients. So far this system has worked out great. There is a side by side shot. The bigger plant was grown with Remo nutrients + Microbial Mass and ChetoSal. Fantastic growth but I am yet to be convinced of switching systems. But it's nice to know that if Emerald Harvest goes under I have a Canadian alternative. I also fed my 2 biggest plants tonight the day I took these pics. I gave them the full Emerald Harvest line up plus a feeding of Microbial Mass and ChetoSal. The reason being is that the one SDG that is getting that treatment seems to be emitting a smell ealier and stronger than her counter part. So I figured why not I was about to run out of the MM anyways. Hopefully I will see similar benefits. My lone GGC is doing ok it has some nice nodes to it but is very dense and small. Not too happy with the way it turned out. My BC's are doing just fine but are not heavy yielders. Over all this run has been fairly successful. Comparing different nutrient line's is an interesting process and a way to maybe save a bit of money.

It is really something wild when you grow from seed as opposed to cutting. My two monster PFp's have finally stopped stretching.. The big bushy one seems to been a very very hungry plant. I also noticed that part of it was a bit pale. Now at first I thought it might have been a nutrient issue but the other half of the plant was fairly green. So I put two and two together and figured out it was light burn. So I took my rope ratchets off to where the light almost is at the roof of the tent. It really can't go any further up now that it's just on hooks that are attached to the over head bar. So at the lowest point of my canopy is 26 inches and at my highest it's 17. Not ideal but I'll settle for it. My tallest plant is also suffering from wind damage but it will solider on. My GGC actually looks happy today and is developing some nice frost on. Tricomb development has really come a long way this week which I am happy about. Flowers are starting to slowly bulk up with brown tips starting to form. Humidity is under controll. Most it will spike to is 55 or 57 and bottom down at 45. Temps seem to peak at around 78 F so I'm super stoked that this new light of mine is cooler than my blurple one. All in all a good week. Closing in on the flush and you know what that means.

This week was a very good one. The buds are starting to pack on weight and really get their trcombs developed. In one of my larger plants I snapped a really nice shiny bud. But I am trying to rehabilitate the stalk but I may need to cut it off which is a pitty because It's a nice golf ball sized nug at only week 5. But other than that there was no real drama to speak of. With the exception of the GGC. Very temperamental plant but she is producing. It's really a corner plant that I'm gonna have to save for special occasions only. The breeding project of the Blueberry Cookies is coming along. My partner says 4 out of 4 cuts I gave him are growing well. I eased up on the king kola as we are closing in on the flush. You may also see that I added nature's candy in the remo line up. I made a mistake last week and put it in then but not on grow diaries. Enjoy the pictures.

Ok so these pics were taken at the start of week 6. Resin glads are nice and cloudy with some slowly starting to turn amber. Once I see that I start my flush. My big plant in the back middle got the last feed. After that I am leeching my plants as most of them are a solid green and they need to have a fade to them so they burn clean and nice. Grow diaries does not have my brand of flush solutions so I used a different brands. Only real issue I've been having is the humidity. Winter is over and things are melting which means moisture is in the air. It's not that bad I can sometimes get it down to 50% but it's been spiking to 60. Nothing too crazy but I'm only a short distance away from harvest plus I have great circulation in the tent. I wish you guys could smell my tent as soon as I open the things boom.

Well here we are the final few days of growing. It looks as though I will be having a great harvest right now. The plants even the small ones seem to have put on more weight than when I was using my blurple light. The plants seem happy and are fading nicely. Things are a bit frostier and the hairs are more brown. My big two are doing well even the middle one has put on some more frost in the last week and is purpling up as you can see in the pictures. I also had 1 branch break off my large PFP. So I decided to trim it up and dry it. So we at this point are on cruise control. Humidity is staying just at or below 55%. Not going to post for a little while so I can review how the smoke turned out. Anyways happy spring folks!

A truly fruity experieince. Passion fruit punch has always had a soft spot in my heart. My last harvest it clocked in at 30% thc. I have yet to test her but after smoking it I'm sure it will be in and around the same percenatge. Had 2 big ones and 2 mid sized one. Averaging from 2-3 oz per plant. I haven't done a formal weigh in this harvest. But I got 9 oz's of it.

Great harvest quality wise. However sometimes quality does not mean quantity. Having and un even canopy can hamper the smallest harvest.

By far my best tasting strain of this run. Sweet and light just like a muffin. If you find this strain try and save it because I am. Only got 3 offical seeds left and I hope that the seeds I get from the cannafem are stable.

Sadly soaked 6 germed 4 and 3 were males. Bah hum bug. Barley got an oz off of the 1 plant was a corner plant and not that big. Hoping the rest of the seeds are female and stronger cause this strain can be fantastic but alas it wasn't in the cards for this run.

The great sweet deep grapefruit turned out fantastic. I used remo nutes on one and it turned out bigger than the emerald harvest stuff. Used chetosal and microbial mass. I am definetly using those products again because the smell of this stuff is incredible. Sweet citrus smell that over powers you. Got 5 oz's off of 2 plants very very happy.
