This was the slower of two started from seed at the same time, but the other one damped off and has been tossed.
Tent has been dialed in with a mini humidifier and heater + 2-3 min. exhaust timer on the fan.
A little lanky, but doing some leaf tucking and LST clips on the branches has helped her get some new growth. Some spots on old bottom leaves after starting nutes, but the new growth looks fine. Not as impressed with this one so far overall in veg. I am looking forward to see how she does in flower.
Blooming fast and tall but still lanky. Kind of concerned about how thin most of the branches are if the buds bulk up at all. Jacked up the nutrients this week and moved her into a brand new 4'x4' tent with a new light!
Buds are starting to stack up now! Cleaned the root system with Fox Farm Bush Doctor Sledgehammer because she was looking a little droopy and not responding well to the latest feeding. She is loving the new light and calyxes are swelling like crazy! It has a pungent gassy aroma. Check out those grenades! Already seeing some color change, but I've been keeping up with the feeding as she is still drinking a lot.
I have totally changed my mind on this plant. I originally complained about how lanky she was, but this bud structure is undeniable. Absolute bombshell! Trimming is going to be a breeze with so little leaf matter too. The leaf coloring gave me a small scare but I think it will only be another week or two until chop day so no worries.
Flushing now that the trichomes have a clouded out and buds are getting heavy. Should be another week or two until chop, but she is starting to show some great colors!
Lots of purple came in as the nights cooled off here. Just picking off leaves as they curl and die. Starting to see a couple amber trichomes but I want to give it another few days to finish some of the lower buds. Reeks of the most intense gas and has frosted out nicely! Gave her a little hair cut right before chop.
Grease Gun (Atlas Seed) @ Day 85 from germination. I cut her down today. She reeks of dank gas and is extremely resinous. The branching was impressive with this autofem hybrid cultivar, even if the colas were not super stacked. I admit I was a little put off at first by how lanky she grew in early flower. I completely changed my mind about this one... Check out this dense grenade top! She put out some amazing colors in the last two weeks of flower too. If I grow her again I will not flush so early, however. Looking forward to an easy trim job with this strain. So, what do you think?
@grinchgrower, Great Grow! I enjoyed following along! I wish I could smell that bowl on day 92. I can't wait to try out my Atlas seeds. Thnx for Sharing!
I am growing one of these right now using a 15 gal DWC rig I have been refining the last years. Its my first auto in water; we just entered week 5 of veg and I am scared about how big this thing might get.
