After last grow - Chemical Bride - I was so amazed with the genetics that for my next run I decided to trust once again guys from Green House Seeds!
This time one of the latest creations - Holy Snow (Holy Punch x Hawaiian Snow) - Mainly sativa with 10 weeks of flower period.
Germination:
5 seeds with 100% germination rate. 3 sprouted after 48h and remaining 2 needed almost a week - that’s why you can see difference in size.
Last run we did 6 plants in our tent, before that we did 9 and always landing with more or less same amount.
On this run, decided to go with only 5 0 one in the centre and 4 on sides with a plan to train them on scrog.
Ultimate plan:
5-6 weeks of veg - 10 weeks of flower
Topping after 2-3 weeks
Extreme Defoliation in week 5
Second defoliation on day 21 after flip
Nutrients - once again going with Green House Feeding!

Start of the week was bit stressful due to few factors - all seedlings looked a bit unhappy and I’m guessing it was due to pH issues.
After correcting pH and adding nutrients all plants started to grow much faster and much nicer.
On day 7 I’m almost sure that roots touched the bottom of the pot already - speed of growth is phenomenal.
EC this week around 1.0 -1.1 with two days of pre water in between.
Average pH 5.8

Quite steady week, all girls got around 6 inches each in past 6 days so we are on a good start.
On day 5 all of the went through topping so hopefully we will see branches going wild soon.
Just starting LST but the real training will commence in week 3.

Hello and welcome in Week 3 of Veg!
All plants are keeping same speed of growth as last week with 1inch per 24h as an average. Biggest is hitting massive 19 inches already!
Last 3 days only in water as from some reason I can see burned tips and don’t like it.
Plan for next week is first defoliation and first layer of net to start spreading them out.
EC on start of the week around 1.2 with pH 5.8 on average
1 litre every 24h per plant.
Temperatures slowly going up so temperatures during the night around 20C

This week was last week of Veg as we are running out of space - not a bad thing anyway
Girls getting thirsty and this week on 2 litres per plant every 24h.
They needed much more warmth so temperatures went up and suddenly all started to look more happy.
Tomorrow water only and full defoliation before flip to flower.
EC this week around 1.3 with pH 5.7 on average.

Last day of veg we went through heavy defoliation- everything below net went out. Last stretching and lights went into 12/12 mode.
More than 10 inches in 7 days and absolute explosion of side branching. Tent is bushy again and I can’t wait for next defoliation session in couple weeks time.
Probably next week I will start second layer of scrog net to make sure they will have enough support later on.

Those girls are not stopping! We are hitting 48 inches in height and shortly we will run of space haha.
Needed to remove stand from under the tallest plant to make more safe space. It’s day 14 so they can still grow for next 7 days - hope not.
We can see bud sites everywhere mixed with crazy amount of side branching.
Needed to defoliate quite a lot of fan leafs as it was getting really bushy.
On day 7 after defoliation - second layer of scrog net.
EC this week constantly around 1.6 with pH around 5.8.

OMG the stretching is finally over with stunning 51 inches on tallest branch. I was really panicking with roof space.
Plants went flat down after removing stands to help. Managed to pull lights few inches up and hopefully that will do.
Defoliation last week and one this week and we have absolute explosion of bud sides - specially on mid section between scrog nets.
This week on day 19 we stopped feeding to allow oxygen fully penetrate roots with EC1.8 on day 7 - that’s why they may look bit unhappy.

OMG those girls cant stop growing! Two branches basically touching top of the tent.
Amount of bud sides is amazing - specially in mid section of grow area. One from 5 plants looks like completely different phenotype.

We are now officially in “cruise control” mode with 5 weeks left on this one. A part from a massive stretching there are no issues with quite steady growth. I needed to bend two largest stems -one snapped but looking ok with extra support.
Plants are looking happy and buds started to get bigger and bigger every day. Looking at time we have left and amount of frost already - omg those girls will be frosty as hell!
Feeding this week - every 24h 2 litres per plant with EC around 1.7 and pH 5.8

OMG those girls are getting nice with buds absolutely covered with crystals. From what I can see we can definitely say that there are 2 different phenos - love this green sativa with very small amount of pistils. Can’t wait to try them.
We have 4 weeks left however I can see that some of them will be ready in three - oh well, more ripped and that’s never bad.

What a journey it was!
HolySnow is a all day smoke due to Sativa background. Buds are rock hard and smell beautiful. Very vigorous plant with quite bushy vegetative growth and big stretch after flipping to flower. We are talking about 200% - 300% in hight in first 3 weeks of flower so be prepared for enough space.
What a harvest it was! Probably the best plants I managed to grow.
5 plants - 500 grams of pure joy and rock hard nuggets.
Now it’s time to taste them!
