7 Feb: Watered with a tiny bit of pH-Down, also 0.5ml Acti-Vera + 0.5ml Bio-Heaven. I plan to feed her 2L of this mixture (total of 1+1ml nutrients) for the remainder of this week. I will feed more if I have given all feed and the soil is still dry, otherwise no. I just now calculated that it would mean around 285ml of water per day for 7 days in a row, I think that is a bit too much. 8 Feb: I asked a grow question regarding if I should trim (defoliate) my flower. Thanks to everyone who took time to answer! In conclusion I will not defoliate my flower. 9 Feb: Watered 10 Feb: Today I started using nutrients and I deliberately decided to use the minimum amount possible. I will then see how my plant reacts and either continue with nutrients and slowly increase to "correct" dosages, or switch back to plain water for a little while longer. Also, if you look at the text above after "7 Feb", you see that I used nutrients there as well. However I used tiny, tiny dosages and I also shared the water with my other plant: https://growdiaries.com/diaries/133066-grow-journal-by-depplover49. The feed ran out in just 3-4 days and the plants seem to like it so that's why I had to refill my watering can today. 11 Feb (Day 29): Today was my best performance yet when it comes to mixing nutrients. I measured the pH-levels of the water, added one nutrient, checked the pH-levels again, then repeated until I was done. I also used two different meters since I believe they're both not really a 100% working. I am thinking about investing in a better one, these two were like $15 each and I heard that they can break after a while. Anyways, I checked the soil using both meters and the green one show 6.9 and the red one 6.9-7.0. I'm quite sure it's at 6.9 and my feeding mixture is about 6.5. I am hoping to be able to report a lowered pH-level in a few days (if that's how it works hehe). 12 Feb (Day 30): She is getting wider and bigger, her leaves are erect, she responds very well to nutrients and pH is 6.8-6.9. The green pH-meter is saying 6.8! 13 Feb: Damn she grew 7cm last night, a bit more than 2 inches.

Hi, so I planted the seed on the 6th of Jan and it sprouted on the 12th, approximately 144 hours later. The plant is still in "germination" stage, right? And it will be until... when? How to know when it enters vegetative stage? And flowering stage? What universal signs are there

If you’re referring to the diary weeks.. it really doesn’t matter. The minute the cotyledons open and there’s two leaves I call it first day/week of veg.. As far as flowering, with an auto, i would start the first flowering week when you start seeing pistils/clusters of pistils beginning to show up.. usually week 3 to week 6 from seed with autos.

Please see my last few images. The sprout is far away from the middle where I planted the seed. Is this an issue? Does it look weak/unhealthy?

Your seed is looking fine, and the position of it the pot be it not ideal is not a huge problem. Plus when and if you transplant this, you can centre it back into the new pot. FYI it is not the best idea to transplant autos. Best of Luck and Happy Growing

I have transplanted one auto before and it was successful. It was grown and harvested but was a different strain (Royal Dwarf Auto). I have packed the soil just right to allow me to turn the plant upside down and have a firm grip of the plant. Should I do this later, or now?

I feel like it’ll be less of a shock to do it while it’s just sprouting.. I don’t mess with autos often but most ppl say to start it in its final pot.. so waiting awhile would seem to be more of a shock if the roots start to build up around the outside of the container you’re in. At that point they’ll have to work to grow out into the new environment, but if you do it before that happens they would hardly notice.. that’s what makes sense to me at least

Please see my image for day 24 marked grow question 1: Is she in the early stages of flowering? Is this officially the end of the vegetative stage? If you were to estimate, then how long do you believe she has been in vegetative stage and how long she has left, if any? Thank you!

I looked at your day 24 image and she is starting to show sex. The Pistils or white hairs means its a girl. This also means showing that she will soon enter flowering stage. Showing sex is first part of maturating. Preflower she will start to stretch more and then enter into flower with mini bud sites. Good Luck and Happy Growing!

Firstly I want bud that is as potent as possible. Secondly I want a big yield. I have heard that trimming will direct energy to buds. Is trimming something I should do right now, judging by how it looks? Or should I just let it grow? I have plenty of space, so that's not an issue

Plants can not "direct" energy, all energy is used equally wherever there is growth occurring. All of the plants energy is made in/by the leaves. so......... Maximum amount of healthy green leaves = maximum energy production = maximum growth. or......... less leaves = less energy being made = less growth. If you want maximum yield, leave as many leaves as possible. Potency is dependant on genetics, but the healthier your plant, the better it is able to express its genetics. Forget trimming and concentrate on keeping your plants as happy and healthy as possible and they will do the rest. Besides, if your plant would not need those leaves, it would not grow them in the first place! Stick with 18/6 too, this is optimum for cannabis. Hope this helps, Organoman.

My plant is definitely in flowering stage now right? For how long do you think it has been in flowering?

Yes, it is starting to flower, probably 5-7 days already since the very first pistils. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Judging by how it looks, what is your recommendation for nutrition now when it is so late in flowering. Should I keep giving her bloom nutrients or should I just give water to "flush" her? Thank you

As an organic grower, you do not need to flush. The yellowing on your tops comes from light being too close. Raise your light. Despite I don't know about Biobizz and you don't provide any data on your feedings, I think your soil have enough to carry trough the last 2 weeks, since at this point plants don't need much nutrients, and they do not show signs of deficiencies.
