Well, I finally had it in me to try something that has made me very curious. As of 1/25 (1hr B4 lights out) I cut several nodes of grown topping this down to the 3rd node and removing all beneath. Officially mainlined for the first time ever. I think it went very well and im looking forward to how it recovers. I plant to top each side 3x total making a total of 7 toppings including this one last night. I want 8 colas!
** Took my first clone cuttings ever. 2 are smaller than they need to be and 1 is the main top and is a very good candidate. Hoping it makes it to rooting. The two smaller I just threw in for the heck of it. Added my blurple to the center of the tent for up to one week maybe. I have a Mars Hydro 600 to use in place of the blurple once I feel it's safe to change to a stronger amount of direct white light. No idea if that's a good call or not but this is what iv decided to try first. I woke up this a.m. to a standing/praying clone !?! Hoping that's a good sign. I used clones rooting gel and installed this into a DIY aeroponic cloner 3.5 gal bucket. So far this is a fairly nice setup.
***Plans to root this clone and stick it straight into a Dwc bucket to grow! I have a seedling I could put in my Dwc but I'd rather have a clone. Although I have no idea what the plant will grow like yet. It is purely a learning experience.
Haven't been feeding nutes since it's been transplanted but I will be this weekend begin to light Feed.
Very excited for this grow.
Stay tuned!
@dirtythen22,same here I have only ever smoked it before and very few times. I agree too she made me very relaxed, good to use in the evening! Very excited for this . She is mature now and should really fly through the next few weeks of veg before flip!
@exclusiveX420,
I look forward to the final outcome! i have only ever smoked this. never grown it. will be interesting to see what she's like! but for me she was good for sleep. lovely.
:)
@dirtythen22,in 2020 I was introduced to grease monkey. I can't recall having it prior to that time but it immediately became one of my favorites. Appreciate it. I just made a big move last night that I haven't tried before. Stay tuned for the update. 😀👍
@XII_XII_EarlyRaver,thanks brother. These grease monkey girls have all been great even the clones and early neglect of a few. Very easy growing. Doesn't mind lower temps. iv had some swings and everyone of them had cared less. Appreciate it 👍👍
@exclusiveX420, ok that makes sense to me , I was wondering would be he best time to judge the first week for the seedlings , I been having good luck with the seeds poping up really earlie so I’ve started them at day 4 /week uno a coulple times . I’ll judge mine your way now ! Best plants plants I’ve seen so far in earlie stages !! I will definitely be able to learn from you- thanks fellow grower💎
@CroNiCGman,not sure which week u ate replying on but the germination week is from birth up till day 7 above ground. I call it day 1 once it's about an inch tall and shell has fallen off. Week 1 of veg is week 2 of it's life so that's day 7-14( my week 1 post has 2 photos from day 16, was 2 days late posting but still the photos were current.
@CroNiCGman,😅 I made 3 clones from this a month ago. Kept 2. One is pictured in the Dwc pot. Dwc clone caught right up nearly. Another clone I put in soil a week later is finally growing some now it took a while. I'm not sure the best way to transplant a clone into soil from an aeroponics cloner. ps I can't wait to find more cool gnomes but the price on them went crazy high
Beautiful color coming through in these flower. Great contrast going between the colors of the flower & sparkling cake on it. Great work friend can't wait to see the dried, Cured finished product.
Awesome photos ! Some one give this guy a GD award 🥇, yo bro I’ve been tuning in since the gecko ,.. why don’t you hit my grow up for a change , I never see you ther. Hit up my purple urkle , it s just getting good and smells like clay and purple lilac flower
That’s dope show .. When I seen Mom #1 with the cluster of such nice buds bro ! Wow .. I knew you could do it , plants show great health indeed, looks like you have a fun project ahead 😆 cheers
