My last 2 seeds Grapefruit auto by fast buds placed in paper towels for 36 hours tap roots were straight out placed 1 in a 15L pot and the othere in a 0.5L for now I left them for 3 days and they were both out a good 5cm they weren’t holding them selves up very well so Iv added some support for them Iv put a dome back over for the humidity see how they go things are looking good so far so I’ll leave it her for now thanks for looking 👍👍👍

Not a lot has happened for this week think they might be a bit far from light both are 10cm each Iv taken the domes off so let’s see how they go this week with a bit of light Iv got the light turned up full but Iv got these 2 about 90cm away for now thanks Emily from Vipaspectra for letting me try the new P2000 Iv been using it now for 3 weeks the plants on my othere diary are loving it 👍👍👍👍👍👍so I’ll leave it here for now thanks for looking.

Hi I’m having a problem with one of my babies Iv not used any nutrients yet should I start on a weak does other one looks ok any help would be appreciated 🙏🙏🙏🙏
that little seedling is looking hurt.
Its showing signs of stretching as if the light was not close enough.
and something that lookds like nutrient burning on the tips of the new leaves.
If the soil was coco was it buffered before hand? If not it needs a heavy dose of calcium and magnesium. But it may drown out the seedling if its just coir and nothing else like perlite.
If it was not washed before hand as well from a less brand, it will have a high salt content that could also hurt the seedling.
Was the coir fortified beforehand with some food for them to get zero nutrients so fair?
Coir is void of nutrients, so it needs to be amended.

It’s been a slow week I ended up with burnt tips because I hadn’t buffered to medium before planting in them so I put a weak feed in to try and sort it Iv started to get new growth with out the burnt tips so 🤞they seem to be doing ok under the new light turned down to 75% I’m hoping for a bit more growth now Iv got the ph down in the medium sorry it’s a short one thank mouse for the help this past week and Emily from Vipaspectra 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

It’s been a slow week not a lot of growth on either they both look as if they are getting taller so Iv move the light down to 14” to see if I can get a bit of action out of them Iv taken the first leaves off both that had burnt tips maybe alight defoliation is going to kick start the growing. still on light feed the coir has been warm Iv had the radiator too close so Iv moved it away a bit I’m still on a trail and error going on with the led I just can’t seem to the right distance were I am noticing a difference in the benefits to the led to HPS I no I didn’t get condensation with the HPS or need a radiator for extra heat. But I look at othere diary’s that use the same led and they look a lot further on at the same stage as me I no you shouldn’t compare diary’s but you do so it’s the start of a new week so see if anything changes so thanks for looking and happy growing

Needing help what is wrong with these 2 they really aren’t growing one looks pale and the medium is moist and not drying at all the other is showing signs of life but it’s growing slow I’m having problems with the condensation still and don’t no what to do?🤷♂️Any advice welcome
Given that is was stretching a lot in week one and light was to high, I think the good looking green plants are doing pretty good.
Stunted but healthy.
The yellow one maybe more hungry. Or have to much feed in the soil.

Still nothing to to say on the growing Iv taken one of the grapefruit out of the 15L pot not a lot of root growth Iv repotted it back in a 0.5L pot to see if anything happens it’s not looking too healthy so not expecting anything the other has got plenty of healthy roots Iv uped the nutrients a bit to 1ml PL so hopefully I might get a bit of movement sorry it’s a short one but nothing has happened 👍👍👍👍
And now we have 1 the other didn’t survive the transferring to another pot it wasn’t feeding so Iv got shut of it rip the other has been growing a bit it’s just not doing what it’s supposed to be it’s got plenty of roots that are just under the surface and I can see them at the bottom too so why isn’t she growing Iv moved the light up to 48” to see if it will get taller the light is at 75% power humidity is between 50/60% not a lot to report this time so thanks for looking
Autos are a tricky beast, but they do not go back into veg.
They do not require a light change to go into flower, that is known as a photoperiod.
This is how photoperiod plants got their name as they require the light change, and autos theirs as they automatically flower.
With autos being tricky they will enter their flowering phase right away if they are stressed at all in the slightest.
They also sometimes just do what ever they want as they are special like that. luck of the draw kind of thing as their genetics are all hybrid.
Something to help you avoid this.
Don't over water, over fertilize, use to much light, or transplant them.
All these things will cause them to be stressed and can make them flower early.

Well things are starting to grow but I’m not getting any taller have I got the light too close I’m at 60 cm on 80% Iv got buds but no stretch at the mo I’m in 2 minds to just cut my losses on this grow🤬😡😡😡
Well she has been in the green house for the past week we have had some cold mornings for the past week day time temp has been up to 20 in the green house but still not getting any bigger it’s a bit of a disappointment looking at the size of it I put another couple of seeds down a few weeks ago that have also survived the transition to the green house both are doing ok I didn’t want to start diary straight away just incase they didn’t survive but here they are loving the sun shine well that’s it for this week thanks for looking

I went with it even though I new I had fucked up I changed from HPs to led a couple of weeks in and it didn’t do what I expected I’m putting it down to changing hight all of the time because it just stopped growing I had a few issues early on but still no bush Iv got another 2 down on 5 weeks they are growing more than this but they have a few similar growing patterns but I’ll see as they grow Iv not weighed it yet so will do that when Iv dried it thank you all for the advice and support 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏4 days later and I end up with 11g😢things can only get better from that
