It's a good time to start Lst.
Fix the bottom of the stem,no order to not move too much the bottom part and the roots.and then start bending the plant gently.
You have to already have in mind a shape,keep it always in mind and bend the plant in orther to achieve it.
instead of removing leaves,bend them aswell!

When I grow I keep doing LST till it enters flower and I then stop mid flower.
Sometimes things need to be move aorund a bit to make sure they all get good airflow and light.
Your plants are doing good and you could continue on for another week or two maybe even 3 or 4.
All depends what you want out of it and when it enters flower.
If they where my plant's I would keep using LST once a week till preflower then leave it be. Only small adjustments.

especially during bloom as it may lead to issues you don't want

Today starting 1week flowering its seem all going in right way parameter its good
Day 32 i think i have bug eat some leaf so i decide to use neem oil , i think i hace little bit nitrogen toxicity so tomorrow i will give only water
Day 34 After i give only water plant its seem starting stay better,the nitrogen toxicity begins to decresce , the leaves beginsto look up and the Grow appears to accelerate
Day 35 today i give only water again and ec output its fixing 1.7 so its not bad , next watering i will give half nute .
Day 37 only water today again , plus i give vita race 5ml/l npk 0-5-8 for potsassium and phosporus by spray on leaves , i hope next one i will try give some nutes for flower stage
Day 37 night yesterday i give only water its seem the nitrogen toxicity its gone so tomorrow i start give nutes 2/3 dose.
Day 43 today i give only water + bactomatik . plant its seem growing good and vigorous
Day 46 starting 7th week .i think plant start flowering well buds its come more big and i see resin and some trichomes i open branches for more air and light in bus .tomorrow i Was thinking to give superguano on soil top.
Day 51 buds are getting fat
Day 60 i defoliating a bit hope bud will grow bigger , i think 2 week again before harvest but we will see
Dat 65 continue defoliating and bud are bigger and hard like rocks
Day 68 buds continue get fat, trichomes are trasparent then i think i need w8 1 week or 2 again. Plant have a lot Ping pong balls bud hard like rock im so happy and i dont see time for Smoke it
Day 72 i think its time to flush i see some amber trichomes so in 2 day i will chop

Here this week or next you should defoliate and get a bit of light up in there. they are bushing up nicely!
Anything with a nice stem is a good leaf to take off!
