This bean popped super quick. Little over 12 hours for the tap root to pop. Then placed in soil and emerged 2 days later

After one week of growth she’s looking just fine. I added some root magic to one of the watering so hopefully there is a nice strong root system starting beneath the soil. I would like the humidity to be higher but heater really dries out the air so it’s hard for the humidifier to keep up. A problem of the past once it warms up around here

This little plant keeps growing. I’ve had the heat cut out a couple of times this week. Then tent got down to the low 50s for a few hours both times. Hoping there isn’t any stunting from that I’m expecting some big growth in the next week. The roots should have laid some strong ground work for the rest of the plant

This week the plant continued its strong growth so on day 19 I topped it. It was working on the 5th node so I brought it down to the 3rd. The plant didn’t seem to skip a beat and kept on growing. I also trimmed off the single finger leaves and the growth from that node set as I find that rarely gives strong branches. This week I will transition to a half gallon watering. The plant is starting to really suck up water so a solo cup isn’t doing it anymore

Another week gone bye. This plant continues to grow strong. It’s gotten incredibly bushy compared to the Atlas Top Gun next to it. I have the plants a full watering a few days ago and that was a mistake. It seems she’s not ready to be watered that heavily yet. I have some symptoms of overwatering and also nitrogen tox. I think the N tox if from all the nutes in the soil suddenly being wet and soluble. I also noticed today, day 30, that preflower has started!

Based on the way the flower heads are starting to form I’m saying this plant is no longer in preflower and is a fully flowering plant. It’s very squat and bushy, only about 9 inches tall. Some major defoliation and air flow may be required once the flowers start stacking. Topping the plant worked as planned. I have 4 “main” colas fighting for dominance

Another week gone. This week I had to tie the plant down pretty aggressively. It’s so short and thick that even with leaf tucking there was no light penetrating the top leaves The smell is starting to pick up. It’s nice citrusy funk

Another week gone. This week I tried to address the magnesium deficiency. After resetting the soil with a flush last week I think the plant is looking much better. I also defoliated a bit as I hit week 3 of flower. This plant is pretty small but is producing some really great smells

This was a scary week. I went on vacation for 5 days and was unable to tend to the plants. I used a single Blumat classic for each pot and as you can see it worked really well. The plants were perfectly watered This plant did a ton of maturing since my last post. It’s got golf ball sized nugs popping up all over (which is good since this plant didn’t really stretch). There has also been a ton of trichome development. A nice surprise is also the purple color coming through on some of the buds. I’m thinking the end product with be really visually appealing. Dark green and purple covered in diamonds

We’re in the home stretch. A little hard to see with the darkness of these leaves but the fade has started. The fan leaves are getting a nice purple color. I’ll likely be harvesting this plant in the next 2 weeks. Aside from the fade starting I’ve notice this plant is starting to take an extra day to suck up all its water. I’ll be scoping the trichomes soon for verification. Hoping for a good harvest!

Finishing the week out. I’ll be harvesting in a couple days. Trichomes are almost all cloudy with some Amber popping

This strain was interesting. It started out really strong and was a vigorous grower until flower started. Once in flower it didn’t stretch much. The internodal spacing was incredibly tight which made things a little difficult. The smell of this plant is really something else. To me it smells kind of like chemicals and burning rubber. A real stinker for sure. After a 10 day dry I ended up with 24 grams. I was hoping for more but this plant really didn’t stretch. I’ll give a smoke update after the cure
