CRT + LSD DWC 2022

I decided to aggressively defoliate this week, mostly just to see what would happen. The plants took about 4 days to recover, and then came back to life. I'm still not convinced it really does anything, but I do feel the lower bud sites are looking stronger. I did a 90% defoliation. No other defoliation this whole grow besides a single topping in Week 3. I also had to add another 200W spider led light to help get more light into the newly defoliated canopy so those lower bud sites would wake up and soak in the sun. I'm running out of height though for the LSD plants. They really stretched. The Critical Mass plants are about half as tall. One is quite runty, but the other plant is very healthy and has many good looking bud sites. I'm excited to see how that one turns out. So far I've been pleasantly surprised by the ease of managing two very different strains sitting in the exact same 40 gallon bucket. So far they have played nicely. Time will tell, but I'm optimistic I can harvest them when both are mature. I do think this will go at least to week 9 or even week 10 before flush.
