Shes growing beautifully asymmetrically with very tight nodes. Absolutely love the way this pheno looks so far.

-UpdaTED pics! end of week 4 - She has filled out nicely. The Fimming took well and she bounced back really nice. As I thought I cut her just before her growth spurt which worked out nicely. Ive counted 11 cola like branches that are all pushing upward and look like they will carry some nice flowers. I had to tie her down in certain spots cause she was screaming for the cieling lol deff see the sativa side in her.
She looks really short but assure you had I not tired her down she would be about 2 feet tall. I really like how shes coming along!
Can not wait to see her flower!
I love how excited cultivating gets me... I feel like a horny catholic school boy who is about to lose his virginity, lol.

I know its hard to tell cause of her thick wide and dense foliage but shes stretched wide open like a frog on the board pinned out in high school biology.
Honestly think the topping was the right decision based on her genetics and how I know her colas will form and grow. Shes going to grow similar to GSC and Green Crack.

The fimming and LST did wonders for her. Can not wait to see her beautiful flowers take form.. This is by far my fav time to watch them develop. Its simply amazing what literally happens over night in most cases... Anywho will keep you up to date for sure. she looks so damn gorgeous. This is where the yield will come into play with her unlike my other grow I let her go a lil wild. I have a feeling I will have to support most of these branches when her flowers develop more.
Started adding a bit of molasses to her watering cycle now that I see her develop with style and grace.
My buddy thinks I should have listed her as flowering. but I think Im gonna hold off wone more week till I officially agree shes flowering.
ooooo almost forgot if you actually include the mainline this plant would actually stand bout 20 inches tall. Woot!

7/25/2018 - Got the close ups today that I promised yesterday along with some decent trichome pics, lemme tell you how difficult it is to hold up a camera with one hand and the loupe with the other and manage to get a decent photo out of it, lol.... worth it though! some of them came out pretty groovy! Also decided to stake her cause some of the branches were getting kinda heavy. Do not want to lose any flower to my poor planning.
I am definitely going to be growing more GorillaGlue#4. It is an awesome specimen to play with. She sucks up water like a fat kid loves cake and grows like a champ! Little to no issues with her. Can not wait to see what her final flowers will look like! She is very smelly now! Not sure if its the molasses I've been giving her but damn does she stink! In a good way! Very sweet almost like mango with hints of diesel and jet fuel! :)
7/24/2018 - Shes coming along wonderfully! The numerous flower sites are starting to come together and form nice colas. She is going to be a yield beast I can see it already! Very happy I fimmed her when I did. Made for a beautiful bouquet of wondrous resinous long colas! yum yum!
Has been very tropical NewEngland last few days. I was worried bout my Kush plant being a indica wouldn't tolerate the heat and moisture levels. My kush plant is holding up so far. However this girl she seems to be thriving in it. GG4 is a sativa dom strain so makes sense. She has been extra thirsty lately also sucking up quite a bit of water. Her smell is starting to pop! Thank god I have that carbon filter. Really sweet with a hint of mango and diesel. Her flowers are quite beautiful! Have been giving her straight water with a lil bit of calmag and some Raw Molasses. Have deff noticed a diff in her over all flower density and structure! deff a big boost!
Will post some trichome and close up flower pics on next update! Keep on cultivating! THC & CBD saves lives! It certainly saved mine.

I flushed her and used some FlawlessFinish I picked up the other day... see how well this stuff works. I've heard nothing but good things about it from my buddy and a few other people I talk to online. She is coming along nicely! Had a bit of a potassium diff toward the end of last week but I increased her during feeding a few times and it seems to be clearing up.
She has been kind of a fickle lil devil... Has been really thirsty lately and sucking up potassium like a beast! Her flowers are starting to fatten up and the trichomes are poppin like crazy! oh and the smell!! OMG! The sweetest mango nectar smell that has ever graced my nostrils! 😷
Getting really excited about harvesting her! The molasses I've been adding to her regular watering is apparently really working well. My buddy who planted the same seeds round the same time I did. yea his girls are not nearly as fat and crystal laden as mine are and the only real difference is Ive been mixing the raw molasses into her watering since I first seen flowers start to pop. So must be that!
Deff going to apply that method going forward with all my grows!

8/8/18 - Completed my second flush today. Dropped a bunch of ice cubes around the base. Seeing if that will make any difference. I read it increases THC production cause it tricks the plant into thinking its winter. So we shall see what happens with that. I've got about 45-50% red hairs in total so I am thinking one more week and she will be ready to harvest. Taking my time no rush. Just keep checking my microscope every day. She does look beautiful however!
The smell... omg! the smell is delicious! sweet pungent diesel with a mango hint and very tropical! Notice she smells a lot more when the lights go out. Not sure if anyone else has had the same exp?
I gave her one final feeding of FlawlessFinish and Molasses. I think I mentioned this in a previous update but my friend is growing the same seeds pretty much the same way but is not using flawlessfinish or molasses and the difference is very substantial. My flowers are packed with double the resin and almost triple the dense hardness. So if anyone was curious whether or not those two supplements work. In my exp they work rather splendidly.

8.15.18 - Have been flushing her for almost 2 weeks now. Starting to lose color in her leafs that are left. Totally removed all water/sun leafs only thing left are sugar leafs. Started adding some coconut water and molasses along with the flawlessfinish to her flushing schedule. Going to drop the molasses and coconut water on the next flush and than FlawlessFinish on the second flush. Last 2 -3 flushes will be straight water. Than I figure two maybe three more weeks and she will be ready to cut down. Perhaps even sooner that that. Have been checking Trichomes and hairs every day and trichomes are standing straight up and are full of cloudy white yummy goodness not a single amber or clear one at all. Have about 35% - 45% red hair coverage and the smell! oooOOO the smell is quite fantastic and rather splendid. She is sticky icky and covered in crystals. Going to be fun trimming her when the time comes. 😀😎👊👊👌
Her flowers seem to get thicker and denser every morning that I check on her. i clipped a single branch off her just to do a test dry and cure. was a smaller branch but still weighed up at 26.5 grams(wet). Anywho I am very pleased with this grow so far. We will see what happens come harvest and cure time. YAY! So excited for this one! She was quite the pleasure to grow I highly recommend www.growerschoiceseeds.com GorillaGlue#4 Auto Seeds for anyone interested in growing a great sativa dom auto plant. Was very easy to grow and maintain.
Also keep an eye out cause I will be starting up quite a few more grows in the near future as I am hooked on my green thumb again. Will be investing in a larger tent for photoperiod growing and keeping this one for autos. Got my hands on some GDP photo seeds and auto seeds. Really looking forward to that grow.

Update 8.31.18 - Came off with a cunthair over 3oz YAY! Not to shabby all things considered... so now they cure for at least 6 weeks and than off to the presses as they say! lol Will definitely be growing this strain again in the near future! for sure!

@adam69, deff get flawlessfinish and I use Budcandy and/or some raw molasses works just as well. If you Fimm or top them aslong as its after the third node and a lil bit before the preflower stretch your good cause it will be plenty of time to recover and that preflower stretch will help... but deff start using the raw cane molasses before the preflower stretch. about two weeks before flowering begins... the starches sugars are really good for the stretch and ive personally seen a much larger and better growth spurt during that stretch when Ive used the molasses as opposed to not using it. I ran an experiment with a control group of plants and deff noticed a big difference with the molasses. otherwise man looks like your off to a great start and remember keep it simple lol basically do not over think its. If you think it wont work do not do it....
I usually go into every grow with a solid game plan and will not defer or change last minute quick decisions are what usually kill a crop... or severely damage it and stunt it... so keep it simple!
I LST'ed the crap out of her to get her short and bushy... she would have been alot and I do mean alot taller had I not LST'ed her lol Thanks for the kind words!

No problem! Also I only got 2 out of the 3 I ordered to germinate so not bad on the break down really. They are a bit fickle but one they get going... as you see for yourself.. mine has really taken off for an auto ist rather large
Ive seen so many people do it and they make it seem so easy but I’m worried about messing up and suffering yield, I just want the most I can get out of these genetics with what I have
@XpectResistance, love the saying and thanks for all the help I really do appreciate it, I know a good amount about growing medicine but I just haven’t really looked into the FIM technique or low stress training that much, honestly I started with just topping one plant here and there and some defoliation and with the other plant I mainlined it but that plant ended up being a male (last “season” it was just two bag seeds so I expected at least one of them to be a male if not both) I mainly stick to minimal training and some topping and some nutrients, the bag seeds were just to get a little bit more experience because before that I ran a white widow auto and ak47 auto grow but that had like regular light bulbs and tin foil so it was very ghetto and I only pulled a half off of each plant, at least with the last one (the female bag (mystery) seed) I got almost 2oz but it was very light and airy and it smelled like hay even after I cured it but when it was grinded up it smelled like diesel, I think it was airy because I didn’t give it any potassium during bloom because I didn’t have any nutrients other than calmag at the time. hopefully this grow will be better in the end thanks to you, I’m glad the growing community isn’t full of asses, so far I’ve only heard from helpful and respectful people and I’m happy, I thought I would get more crap because of my bad setup but so far no one seems to care they all just wanna help me get better and I’ve even helped a few people too so I’m glad I started coming here and with the people here I don’t ever really feel like I’m talking their ear off with the subject because they like to talk about the same thing

@adam69, As far as when to FIMM... I always do it the exact moment I see the third node pop up. That night, right before lights out, I snip her. I find that is the optimal time during her growth cycle and time of day to FIMM. She snaps right back from it within a day or three at most. Also it is well before her preflower stretch which again allows her time to recuperate and will not stunt her stretch pre flower.
I know it feels like your doing something wrong by cutting that top growth but trust me you get over it after your first time and you see the growth spurt on all the secondary branches and how much the plant pops afterward... get over that lil gut feeling really quick, lol...

@XpectResistance, I’m not gonna lie I searched your name on here on YouTube yesterday hoping to find a video on how you did it because I’ve been looking to do the same thing to my gg autos but I’m just not exactly sure how, like I don’t know when to do them F.I.M and I don’t know which way to do it because I’ve learned one where you just pull half of the top off (like the side half) and one where you pull the top half of the top off, I think I found one video explaining it in somewhat detail but I couldn’t really follow too well
@adam69, I LST'ed her and tied her down. I had her spread wide open right before flowering. About two weeks into flower I tied her upright to the bamboo and garden stakes cause I knew the buds would get very dense and heavy so I needed support... and well she just kind of came out pretty close to perfect like that! I agree though she does look very sexy indeed!

@CRiSPrGrow, This seed took almost 2 weeks I actually went and planted something else in its bucket only to have to transplant it when this guy finally decided to pop up, lol. However, my other grow the seed came up within days of planting it.
I do not follow the paper towel method I find it puts the seedling and taproot at too much risk. I just plant the old fashion way. I have not had much trouble with germination.

first I grew in my homemade soil mix with the main component homemade compost/worm garden Ive been working on for awhile now. Combined that with 20% perlite and two cups store bought cow manure into my main grow bucket(7 gallon cleaned kitty litter bucket).
As far as nutes. I ran a very light feeding regime of AdvancedNutrients 3 part(Micro, Grow, Bloom).
I applied two OrganicTea feedings. One during veg and one at beginning of flower.
Also began applying Molasses and coconut water last week of veg and straight thru till harvest.
Flushed with PH'ed water/ AdvancedNutrients FlawlessFinish/ Coconut Water and Molasses

I know this was 6 months ago, but did you have to flip her at all? I’m growing the same strain from growers choice, and another grower commented saying after 7 weeks, he ended up having to flip to 12/12. I did some digging and it turns out a bunch of people said that their gg auto seeds never flowered until they forced 12/12, with a bunch of others saying Growers Choice has a bad reputation for this. I’m just curious because this is my first Auto grow, and I would be so disappointed if it turns out they aren’t even Autos
@XpectResistance, I FIMmed the three of them because I read that thing in the link you posted and it explained it perfectly and if I waited just a couple more days it would’ve been “too late” they were already just barely popping out the fith set of leaves so I decided to just go for it and hope for the best, I feel like I topped two of them instead of FIMing but I won’t find out until later I guess, I didn’t want to top because of the stress but if I did it would not be too big of a deal for me but it would be a little upsetting I guess because they would take a bit to recover and autos don’t have that time to lose, I’m trying to make sure everything goes right this grow but it’s hard when doing new techniques and I’m also hoping to start using some of the advanced nutrients line up later on once they start flowering but that’s if I can get enough money for them, I want 7 but that’s probably unrealistic so I would like to know the basics I should have, I have cal mag (knock off type stuff) and some knock off micro nutrients and the fox farm trio, I want bud candy, bud ignitor, big bud, bud factor x, overdrive, and flawless finish and I’m also wanting some voodoo juice But idk if I’d be able to get that for this grow
