Just two more weeks till 14 hour days and remove supplemental lights. On 4/30, noticed that she had a split branch. Yikes! Taped her back up with florist tape and duct tape. Looked back on the diary and saw that she split on 4/27. Removed the tie-downs on the split branches. She's strong, so I am sure she will heal with just a bit of TLC.

I am mainlining the girl for an outdoor summer grow. I'm planning on topping next on the 3rd node after the 4th node is a bit more developed. After topping, I will remove nodes 1 & 2. I'm wondering if it would help or hurt to remove nodes 1 & 2 while nodes 3 & 4 are growing?
If anything that energy will go straight to the 3rd and 4th node and only help. Personally I have no experience with mainlining but it's the same thing removing lower nodes increases energy in nodes above. So yeah, it'll help not hurt.
