This is the last grow where I only grabbed one photo and have learned that it takes four photos to turn the photos & videos section green and like you as much as you like it. This is the second pheno of The Crawl from Rocky Mountain High 719 genetics that we got as testers. The lineage is Crusty Weasel x Hitman OG (Crusty Weasel = GMO x Chem i95). Some super strong strains in this cross.
It's Valentines Day today so for all of you out there that have someone special that loves them I hope your day goes well. Make sure you hold on to love whenever you find it. Never give up on love.
Bruh.....this thing is stretching like a noodle. I remember coming across someone saying that Hitman OG is a stretcher but this is an understatement. This is the stretchiest plant I have grown so far.
Transplanted her into her final home. She's stretching so much that I'm going to top her and then supercrop with LST. This will be my first time having to supercrop the main stem.
Not a fan of her structure but you get what you get. I'd prefer to grow something like this in a tall ceiling room or out of a tent where I can let her grow taller. I feel that a plant really shines when she is allowed to grow how she normally would with minimal stressors.
Starting to branch nicely. Gave her a nice topping. I will be using some super cropping next week to shorten her even more. This is the stretchiest plant I've grown so far.
Gave her a good supercrop to shorten her up along with some LST work. She's a lot more vigorous than Crawl #1 was. She's going to go for one less week veg than Crawl #1 before flowering.
The final week of veg before the flip. As with any new plant I am excited to see what she will produce in the flower tent. Crawl #1 is going to be tough to be with her skunky terps.
Seems like the normal first week of flower for this cultivar. She's identical to Crawl #1 in her first week of flower. During this week I decided to take all of her LST off to make watering easier and to see how she stretches naturally.
Having to use a little LST to keep the branches separated. Not surprised since from seed all this plant has wanted to do is crawl through my tents roof.
All done with her stretch, now we see what she will produce in flower structure. She seems to be a bit more leafy than her sister. With a small pinch of her sugar leaves I can tell she's not going to be as good as Crawl #1 but only the smoke test will be the sure bet.
Not sure if I mentioned this already as it's been a minute since I last updated the Crawl #4 diary due to that photo issue I encountered but I am just giving minimal nutrients and additives for this plant. Her structure is just too stretchy for me to want to keep her around for my grow style. She seems to have an OG scent to her right when I give her sugar leaves a little rub a dub sniff sniff.
Since she goes to 9 weeks I stop giving these types of plants Big Bud after week 5. She's very frosty so far and very sticky but not as dank or loud smelling as Crawl #1 was at this stage.
Her terps are coming in and are definitely more on the OG side than chem or gas. Kind of what I wanted so excited to see how she turns out after her cure.
