Welcome to a brand new diary of automatic plant called Jack 47.
This is a cross of Jack Herer and AK-47, promising a strong high due to the 75% of sativa and nice body chill with the 20ish % of Indica.
both plants are plant that i grew separately so i'm quite curious to see the crossing of them.
The seeds were sent to me by @sweet_seeds a gift from a competition last year. Since then i have noticed that they have been discontinued so happy me to have a "rare strain" :-) :-)
I took 1 seed and placed him into a pre-soaked paper towel and then placed it into a ziplock back. 2 days later on the seed sprouted and he was transplanted into a 15 L fabric pot.
i have made a grave mistake and buried the seed under dense dirt so over the weekend when the other plant started to pop out i dag into the dirt and was able to make a clearing for her to pop out and she did:-) now, she is a bit slower than her sister due to 3 days of less light but i believe she will do great and will recuperate in no time
this week was the 9th till the 15th and the next update will be over the weekend so week 2 will be a short week which means that i will have one extra vegetation week in the diary.

2nd week of flowering is done, we can see nice flower formation on the plant. She was left to grow wild zero training and we can see her size in comparison to her sister
She is getting booster and flowering food. Once reaching week 5 she will get also extra Pk
Having reached START of week 3 means I can tend to her. She needed more care than the other project.
I've added 1g of green house feeding bloom and 3l of extra dirt.
During the spannavis expo I met company based in Basque Country called Lurpe. I had a very good experience with them and excellent conversation about organic feeding.
Therefor I decided to add their Tasty Flowers Top Dress.

It's been two long weeks. The last update was the beginning of week 3 and now we are at the end of the 4th week. The plant grew and gotten fatter by the day. I started to give them top max to see if this helps. The other plant is getting same food minus the lurpe so let's see the difference
Look at the size of her. Left untouched and untrained she turned into a fat monster of a plant. She is starting to fade away so I think 20 more days and she will be cooked
Sunday, May the 8th. this is the captain's log. we see on the dry rack multiple objects in different shapes and sizes. they seem to be coming in different shapes and smells
we should get closer to investigate.
The report of the encounter will be published later on. We need to analyse the results
The entire grow took 82 days from seed to harvest. The plant then dried for 9 days with 22c /60rh on a drying rack.
Finally it was jarred for curing. The curing process was roughly 2 months.
I store the flowers in Mason jars with boveda packs 62%rh.
