What can I say?
I am SO excited to grow some fast buds!
I have wanted to get my paws on these genetics since I discovered their existence.
That became possible when I won these seeds in a contest that was sponsored by the one and only.
Huge thank you to FastBuds for sending me these seeds and all the sick and deadly merch, I am so excited to see what these seeds have to offer😎
These little guys germinated super fast, they were popping out of the soil less than a day from planting.
Vigorous little guys.
I have them planted in fox farm happy frog soil.
First week they seem happy and ready to do some serious growing 😎
These grew so vigorously in the first week I repotted them at the beginning of this week, they took that in stride and just continue to truck right along, I introduced a little bit of Gaia green into the fox farm soil to kick them off into veg right
These puppies are 16 days old today; and I’d say they are thriving!
So far these have been relatively low maintenance.
Every few weeks I will supplement with some molasses to feed the critters in my soil; otherwise these are watch and grow.
These babies are 27 days old today, they were repotted into 3 gallon pots 8 days ago and their growth has just taken off from there.
At this point I can already see capillary roots at the drain holes at the bottom of the pot, these plants don’t mess around.
Yesterday I defoliated a bit for the first time with these (4 leaves off each plant), today I hope to LST a little bit for some optimal light penetration.
These plants have been no problems only peace so far.
I love ‘em 💜✨
They have exploded in growth in the last week; they seem healthy and happy.
This week I added an exhale bag to my grow tent, I have noticed a huge difference in growth and water consumption.
Very soon I will be repotting these into 5gallon pots and changing up their nutes.
This week they have had some molasses tea and fresh water for drinks.
These pants are incredible 💜
Today these ladies are 38 days old.
Last week we repotted them into 5 gallon pots, and changed up their nutrient mix; a few organic additives to boost bloom in a strong way, and a 50/50 mix of all purpose and power bloom.
The tallest plant is now 29 inches tall, the mid is 27 and the small is 22 inches.
They have a sharp, dank, cheesy smell, but it is still slight.
The individuals are very plain to see here.
These plants have taken everything I’ve given them with no complaints, they haven’t been divas anytime I have repotted, snipped, pulled or watered; all around really happy no nonsense plants.
I watered once really good after repotting; and once they dried out real good I watered them again with a molasses water mix, about mid week.
These plants are growing along really well, I’m very happy with their progress. ✨🌱
This trio of beauties just keeps on packing on the weight; the shortest has remained at about 20 inches since the beginning of the week; she is obviously working on something else 🌺
The middle plant stands 27 inches tall, and the tallest is now 33 1/2 inches tall.
Both have started to get hairy and bulk out their flowers aswell.
These ones smell incredible; a little bit fruity and a lot cheesy.
This week I have been watering with fresh water, a molasses water mix, and once with some soluble seaweed extract.
They are thriving, and they are so beautiful ✨🔮
These beauties just keep on thriving.
This week they seem to be packing on some good weight.
They are drinking very well, alternating between fresh water; and a water molasses mix.
They are all completely individual in size shape and colour, they all smell incredible.
Yesterday I gave the tallest a top dressing of Gaia green nutes as it looked like it needed a snack, they other two are still cycling what I potted them with.
All is well in the purple punch world
These beauties are doing well, this week we top dressed with a 70/30 mix of power bloom/ all purpose.
They are really packing on some heft, and they have a pungent berry cheese aroma, beautiful plants.
Our tallest has gotten a little yellow in the mid canopy leaves, so she’s getting some fresh water and some careful monitoring, buds good and otherwise seem healthy.
These three were watered with fresh water, a molasses mix and some soluble seaweed extract.
Slowly but surely we draw closer to harvest time 🌾
This week these babies worked on putting on some weight.
Buds are getting dense and heavy; they smell incredible!
Cheesy, purple kush under tones, more than a hint of blueberry aroma, dank and sharp.
This week we watered with fresh water and a water molasses mix.
I watched my shortest plant make quite a transformation in colour; she is most definitely more mature in the blooms then the other two, but she also started a little earlier.
Her purple/magenta blush deepens by the day.
These little beauties continue to impress me 💚✨
These plants are tremendous!
they smell incredible, cheesy and fruity, very blueberry and purple kush like.
These plants have packed on some good weight this week, they look great as we move closer to harvest time.
This week we watered with fresh water and a molasses water mix.
We are allowing these to munch up the last feed worth of nutrients, and slowly flushing them to prepare for harvest in a few weeks time.
Very pleased with these three 🥊
This week we are working on flushing these beauties; these plants have been awesome and harvest time is nigh!
we started out with a Flawless finish drench, let that sit for about six hours; after that I ran about 4 gallons through each of them and let them rest for a day; ive repeated the 4 gallons of fresh water flush every second day for about 6 days now ( 3 flushes) and we are resting at a TDS of around 75.
I look forward to harvesting these in the next few days.
Stay tuned 🌱✨
I am really impressed with these genetics!
This is my first fast buds strain and I must say that as a genetics supplier they are pretty honest about how their plants perform.
This trio was fast growing, hardy, and completely no drama.
I would say that my smallest plant was the best looking, with some pretty massive buds and beautiful colour, but all of the plants grew some nice, high quality buds with few popcorns, bound to dry into buds with some serious bag appeal.
This grow was an absolute pleasure and I can’t wait to taste these beautiful dense incredible smelling buds once they are cured up.
It’s gonna be really hard to leave these be and not taste test them before they are ready. ✨
