Seeds all germinated very well. Little happened in the first two days, after that Nova and Euforia in particular really stepped on the gas. You can see, they want to grow.
Are now in normal seed pots.
I want do a experiment with this grow.
I wanted to minimize the stress of repotting for the ladies. However, I also realize that a plant that is too small will not work in a pot that is too large.
That's why I came up with the idea of dividing the pots into different zones that can be enlarged depending on the stage of the plant.
This way you can only water the areas that are used and it doesn't get moldy.
These are open at the bottom, so the roots can penetrate downwards. If a ring is then removed upwards, not all roots have to grow again.
Then I wanted to adapt the earth to the corresponding growth cycle in the individual areas with their respective Vördung.
That is why there is 100% BioBizz Light Mix soil in the innermost part with a diameter of approx. 7-8cm.
From about the 3rd week, the "pot" is expanded to about 14cm. With 50% LightMix and 50% BioBizz ALLMix. Softer transition.
Towards the end of growth, the range is then expanded to the 14L pot, which occupies most of the volume and contains 100% BioBizz AllMix.
Will it be something? I do not know.
The whole grow is watered with rainwater from the cistern. As soon as the first heads come, I slowly dim the light.
Start week two.
All came off the ground well. Take Rootjuice for the first time and I'm actually quite satisfied.
All look vigorous with succulent leaves. Especially Euforia is beautiful.
Now start slowly with the growth fertilizer.
Good start so far.
The 3rd week starts this Saturday, March 3rd. Everything is going well, plants are now growing nicely and node number 3 is coming.
Leaves already reach over the inner ring with a diameter of 8 cm. Will remove the inner rings for the next 1-2 days and give the roots more room.
I am very satisfied with the root juice. Plants look very vigorous and are a healthy green colour.
Better than the last time I didn't use root juice. (Sorry no pics) Reduce root juzice now and phase out later in the week.
Start slowly with the Bio-Grow fertilizer. For the time being only 50% of the specified maximum amount.
To further encourage growth, I adjusted the light to the needs of this phase.
Since the Sanlight EVO3 LED lamp emits a full spectrum, there is also a lot of light that the plants do not need during growth. (Red, warm white approx. 2700K light temperature)
That's why I dim the Sanlight EVO and add self-constructed LED modules, some of which are controlled by a microcontroller.
At the moment mainly cold white with 6500K, blue and RGB modules.
So I can slowly dim the individual color values in and out and very specifically adjust the light to the respective needs.
without the total amount of light becoming too much.
I've had very good experiences with it so far during the lmy last grow.

The 4th week has started. All four plants grow very well. It has very strong, large and healthy looking leaves and a dense, wide growth habit.
Euforia's sativa genetics are obvious. Grows tall and slender with thin leaves. Whereas ImperiumX looks more typically indica. She's fine and was about a week behind the others from the start,
but the growth is rather squat, bushy with broad leaves.
Afghan Kush * Skunk also really surprised me. Grows super fast and strong. A strong lady, that's already starting to smell good.
Since everyone had already grown over the inner ring with the leaves a week ago, I removed it and gave the roots more space.
The ladies now get a mix of 50% LightMix and 50% AllMix.
👽 Information about the "pot in a pot" experiment see week 1.👽
Removing the lock went very well. However, you should make sure that the soil is dry and you carefully cut open the plastic with thin scissors. Then the ring can be pulled out easily.
Since the plants were firmly anchored, assume that the roots had already grown down into the next layer and only the lateral part of the roots had to get used to the new conditions.
Just as planned. The stress was significantly less and there was only a brief stop to growth.
Therefore, fiming was applied to all four women 4 days ago.
I also did an LST and tied lateral shoots outwards.
Since the Euforia reacted very well and quickly to the FIMing, two leaves were already removed to illuminate the lateral shoots more.
As for the others, I'll wait a little longer.
Conclusion:
The "pot in a pot" system seems to work well, and the extra LEDs with cool white and blue light ensure vigorous growth.
Large, dense leaves, side shoots and a strong trunk.
It can go on like this.

The sixth week is almost over and the plants are all looking very good. 1.5 weeks after the fimming, they survived the procedure well and formed new shoots.
Two plants got four new ones toll grow, the other two plants will grow 2-3 plant shoots. Especially Euforia and Afghan Kush* Skunk reacted very positively and bud quickly and vigorously.
I decided to remove the last barrier and now make 14l of soil available to the plants.
They now get 100% All-Mix from BioBizz
The roots are big enough to absorb the moisture from 14L of soil.
👽 For information on the "pot in a pot" experiment, see week 1. 👽
To root, I gave some "RootJuice" with to the food for 4 days.
With LowStressTraining, the shoots are tied outwards until they have all reached the limit of the 14l pot.
Works well.
Since "Nova OG" had decided from the beginning to grow diagonally, it is now simply tied back in the other direction.
Almost looks like a bonsai tree with a wide canopy.
Very nice.
Would like to keep the ladies growing until week 8.
But maybe I do another Fimming by Euforia and Afghan Kush* Skunk again.
They Grow very fast and high.
ImperiumX was always a bit behind at first and has now caught up.
All four already have a distinct smell.
Charcoal filter switched on.
Going well.
Keep it up.
Greetings
Hello, everyone.
The ladies are now in the middle of the 7th week.
All survived the 6th week LST and defoliation well.
They are very easy to train and grow with their branches towards the edge of the pot and sometimes even beyond. Especially the indicas "Nova OG" and "Afghan Kush * Skunk" grow beautifully in width. Almost 40cm. Only in a few places the branches still need a little training to reach the edge.
Therefore, I will soon stop with the low-stress training, no longer bend the new shoots and let the plants grow upwards unhindered.
Depending on how fast they grow upwards, I'll probably start flowering in 2-3 weeks.
In addition, the last ring in the pot was removed about 1 week ago and since then the roots have had the whole 14 liter pot at their disposal.
I didn't notice any stop in growth afterwards.
👽 Information on the experiment "pot in pot" can be found in week 1. 👽
On the contrary. Switching to 100% BioBizz AllMix soil and the extra space for the roots has done them good. Have had a real growth boost since then.
ImperiumX in particular, which was always a week behind, has caught up incredibly.
Strong, dark green leaves with prominent veins. Under the microscope, or partially on the pictures, you can even see it glistening.
So far I'm really happy with the "pot in a pot" experiment.
In order to avoid the plants getting too much nitrogen from the fresh AllMix soil and so that they slowly get used to it, I dose BioBizz Grow according to the AllMix recommendation with only 1ml/l, although approx. 30% of the pot is filled with LightMix.
It's better to switch things over slowly, because they are definitely not lacking in nutrients.
They look very healthy and already develop a clear aroma.
In detail:
Nova OG (Indica Bonsai): Since Nova OG decided to grow sideway from the beginning,
I allowed her to do that, fixed her just before the edge of the pot and pulled her all the way back to the other side. In the middle fimming with four new shoots. Two were trained with fimming.
Result: Nova OG looks like a cannabis bonsai, with a dense, wide canopy and several shoots upwards. Leaves typically Indica, wide and strong.
ImperiumX: Always the smallest at first, now catching up quickly. The new soil and space for roots have made them grow very well.
ImperiumX has been fimmed once so far, with three new shoots. Though mostly sativa, she grows like an indica. Not sure how much she still stretches in bloom.
I hope more like Sativa, because ImperiumX can still use height. But she's already showing her potential.
Euforia (typical Sativa): Euforia grows as it should for a Sativa. Tall, slender, fast with thin leaves. It's just fun to train this plant.
She seems to like it, responds quickly and has great growth.
With Euforia you should be careful with the nutrients. When first switched from 100% LightMix to 50% LightMix and 50% AllMix, brown spots on older leaves. Not heavy, but clear. I then only watered it with water for 3 days, then 3 days with "BioBizz Heaven" and it was OK again.
This time, when releasing the nutrient-rich soil, only watered with a little "BB Heaven" and "BB Rootjuice" and there were hardly any spots to be seen. After about 5 days, slowly increased the nutrients to the amount according to the AllMix fertilizer scheme and it was fine. Maybe, this was a reaction, because of a little change of the PH.
After the "FIMming", there came three new shoots. Two of them i was "FIMming" again, the third will follow in the next few days.
Afghan Kush * Skunk (The Surprise): This plant is only with me because I had spare space and friends entrusted it to me to care for. I'm glad I have these because I really enjoy them.
Grows fast, strong and uncomplicated right from the start.
Can be trained very well, really likes it.
After fimming also three new shoots. Fimming again with the strong two.
I am curious what will become of this one. 😏 She is currently the top dog.😎 Great aroma.
Technical / Lights: I hung the Sanlight EVO 3-60 a little lower. This runs at 90%.
In addition, the self-made LED modules have been improved and expanded.
The upper ones, which hang on the aluminum frame, got a Velcro tape glued on together with the frame. Depending on your needs and growth period, these can now be removed or easily replaced with other colors.
These are RGB type 5050 modules. So these will probably be permanent and I'm just changing the color from blue with a little red to red with a little blue in the bloom.
Along the outsides I have fitted strong cool white modules with type 5630 leds.
These hang clips for the corner bars that come from the 3D printer.
In addition, new and clean cables were laid.
I estimate that the LED modules give me an additional 50-70 watts of light. I will messure this soon.
Because the ladies are irradiated from all sides, they spread very evenly, even towards the corners.
So far everything is going very well. I hope it goes on like this. Now gain height and the flowering can come.

Day 58.
The flowering phase is approaching.
After the last defoliation, tie down and remove individual shoots, i just let them grow and recover for a week.
They have been trained enough.
They all have a nice, wide canopy, where the many shoots are well distributed on equal height. So later no single colas run ahead towards the lamp and all get enough light.
When working with the plants, the fingers are already quite easily sticky and the smell also increases.
Afghan Kush*Skunk and Euforia are the biggest. Almost 40 cm.
Nova OG and ImperiumX are the widest with the densest crowns. In addition, especially with Nova wide and strong leaves. Typical Indica.
It is very nice to see how the main branches have deformed by training and have grown in serpentine horizontal.
On the pictures, plants look smaler, than they are, because of the huge 14l pots.
What happens next?
I will now let the ladies grow about a week to make some height, so that the highest are about 50 cm.
Then I will remove the lower leaves, useless "popcorn buds" stems and cut out huge shadow leaves towards the top.
Then 4-5 days rest and
🙌 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁👏
It will go into bloom.
👽
Nova in particular can still use some height. Since she is indica, I don't expect a strong stretch.
According to the other grow diaries, the sativas Euforia and ImperiumX could not even double their height. That would then be 80-90 cm. Would fit.
If everything goes well.
I will illuminate the plants all around with LEDs, so that even further down still beautiful colas can develop and then i will probadly harvest the plant
step by step. But it is still far away from now. We will see what happens.
I was reading a lot about the different light spectrums and they´re influence on the different life phases of plants.
So if you iluminate plants during their grow phase with blue and coldwhite light, you stimulate them to grow dense, stay smaler, with a wide Crown and many new stems, and huge strong leaves.
Thats exactly what happened. Now the base is very fine, they need to rise up, before flowering phase.
This is what red and warmwhite light does. It stimulates the plants to rise up.
So i put out some blue light and increase the red and warmwhite light.
I measured the Power and for now i come about 80W LED+ my main lamp the Sanlight EVO 3 - 60.
Remember: The selfmade LED modules mainly should lead the plants to a certain direction and iluminate them all around to grow even in the edges of my tent.
They can not substitute the main growing lamp. And until now it works very fine.
Pictures Day 58.
Unfortunately, I only had an old, poor camera for the pictures. The beauty and color don't come across.
I will deliver new ones.
Added new Pictures. . Day 60.
To show how beauty and healthy they are, i put them out in the sun to shoot photos.
Greetings

Week 9:
Beginning of the flowering phase.
The Plants are since 3 days in the flowering period.
About 3 weeks ago i noticed a slight yellowing of the younger leaves of Euforia.
This became more and more intense until additional brown, mosaic-like spots appeared, especially on the younger leaves.
After about a week, the other plants also showed their first symptoms.
See picture 16.
When researching the Internet, the symptoms looked like a manganese deficiency.
In addition, I felt that the plants were lacking in nitrogen.
This could be seen especially in ImperiumX, which otherwise always had deep green leaves with deep veins and now had more yellowish, green leaves with flat veins.
The pH value went towards 7. (cannot be determined so precisely with a color test)
The assumption was that the nutrients in the ALL-MIX soil were slowly depleted after 9 weeks.
Also found posts on forums where growers had the same problem with pre-fertilized ALL-MIX soil. The nutrients contained last up to about the 10th week.
After that, increasing the fertilizer brought an improvement.
That's why I adjusted the amount of fertilizer to the LIGHT-MIX soil.
This actually just means increasing the GROW fertilizer.
From 1ml/l to 2ml/l.
That was the solution.
The plants became greener again, no more brown spots and growth started again.
You could see that very clearly at the ImperiumX in particular. She now has deep green leaves with distinct veins again.
Nutrient deficiency was the problem.
I must have misunderstood the fertilization scheme.
I always thought there was enough fertilizer in the soil for one life cycle. But after 9-10 weeks this is apparently used up.
https://www.biobizz.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Nutrient-Schedule-EN_2021-Microbes.pdf
Update day 7 of flowering:
New pictures.
Everything is going well. Plants have no problems. Growing very well and showing early signs of
Blossom. Everyone started stretching.
Since they had now recovered from the lack of nutrients, I removed a few more leaves.
Their high is between 46cm and 58 cm.
And Afghan Kush*Skunk surprised me again. She was the last to show signs of nutrient deficiencies and has also recovered the fastest and is bursting with energy again.
Light:
The light was adjusted to the bloom. Additional warm white and reddish light.
The light spectrum is intended to imitate late summer/autumn and give the plants an additional bloom boost. Measured the power consumption of the additional LED modules.
Approx. 75 watts. I can't say what percentage of it arrives as light.
In any case, I notice a positive effect. Due to the light from the side, the plants all around show good growth and even crowd into the corners of the tent.

The 3rd week of flowering.
After upping the fertilizer on the ALL-Mix two weeks ago, the problems with yellow leaves and brown spots are pretty much over. Info see week 9.
All have made the transition to flowering well. The buds are growing and the first trichomes can already be seen under the microscope.
The light is very well received. The plants spread evenly, right into the corners.
They grow without quickly stretching to the light and the thin shoots associated with it.
For my second grow, I am very satisfied.
In detail.
EUFORIA: Don't know what to think of her. Grows nicely, fast and evenly, the buds are really good too.
But she is sensitive. A princess. The first to show signs of nutritional deficiencies and the last to recover. It remains exciting.
Height: 62cm
NOVA_OG:
Nice indica. Does what an indica is supposed to do. Grows small, wide and bushy, broad leaves. Most trichomes under the microscope.
Smells very strong.
Height 50cm
IMPERIUM_X:
WOW. What kind of colour. So if color is an indicator of strength, then hello.
Grows very vigorous and bushy. strong leaves. Actually more indica. But it is sativa dominant.
Now comes the flower stretch. Mega citrus scent. Very own. Due to the dark buds, the trichomes can hardly be seen. This is going to be exciting.
Height 48cm.
AFGHAN KUSH * SKUNK:
My surprise guest. Belongs to friends of mine and I take care of him.
An old school strain and not so over bred. Grows unstoppable, strong, healthy (last plant with yellow leaves and immediately recovered) and is the absolute boss in the tent.
That's why I say "he". Had to do right to train the "boss" to leave the other place. I'm very excited to see what comes out of it. Don't know the kind.
The "boss" is really fun. Smells a little odd like litter box.
Height proud 65cm
Update week 11:
i added a few pictures of the lights setup. For the pictures i dimmed the Sanlight EVO3 LED to 70% power, so that you can better see the color of the extra illumination.
Added a double side warmwhite module in the middle. It is hanging between the plants. About 20W power. But it is getting quite warm, so i hab to protect the leaves with a grid from getting burned.
They seem to like it. Plants grow wide and light is shining to the sides.
GroW_o_MaT
Week 6 of flowering is over.
Everything is going well.
The stretch is over.
The plants have stopped growing vertically in the last week.
On tall plants (Euforia and AfghanKush*Skunk), beautiful, large and hard buds develop all along the shoots. Partly 35cm long.
The uniform development of the buds works very well, since the plants get enough light even on the lower floors thanks to the side lighting. With a bit of luck, these individual buds will grow together into a large 30cm monster bud.
Resin production is also good. The buds and sugar leaves are shiny and everything is already very sticky.
Many trichomes can be seen under the microscope. Most milky and some already brown. Notably, the indicas NovaOG and AfghanKush*Skunk are the furthest along here.
I will probably flush these two in about 1-2 weeks. By the start of the 9th week of flowering, these should be ready for me to harvest.
Euforia and ImperiumX will probably need a week longer.
The buds of ImperiumX have almost continuously grown together. The largest will probably be 20-25cm long.
They are very firm and develop a very strong and idiosyncratic smell. After turpentine and diesel.
👽 I'm very excited to see what it will be like.👽
NovaOG seems to form the most trichomes.
You can see that under the microscope and it also shines the brightest.
The fertilizer was increased according to the fertilizing scheme.
My BioBizz TopMax is empty. I change to GreenBuzz BigFruits.
Greetings and happy growing.
GroW_o_MaT
I'm very satisfied. 402 grams of wet buds. That could be over 100 grams dry.
I have 4 plants in my 0,64 m² tent, it only had 0,16 m² space for its own.
The result will come in about 2 weeks.
Only two more left.
They are finished now.
I already flushed them and i will harvets in 3-4 days.
NovaOG:
My Indica plant. I grew her because of her strong, relaxing body high.
To improve this effect, i waited a bit longer, until the most trichomes had a milky color and the rest being more brown than clear trichomes.
It has so much resin that it has a silvery sheen.
Her buds are the thickest of all four plants and are nice and hard.
All of the growth was typical of an indica.
Look forward.
ImperiumX:
That thing is kinda alien-weed from outer space.
Looks absolutely strange and emits a very unique, almost turpentine and citrus scent.
The buds have grown nicely together and become firm for the last 15cm. Although not as thick as NovaOG.
Despite being sativa dominant, her grow behaved like an indica. Small, bushy and thick, deep green veined leaves.
The stretch wasn't much either.
It is very difficult, to see the Trichomes, or their color under the mikroscope, because everything is so dark.
But the harvest will probably be quite good.
I will harvest her witch more clear than brown trichomes, to improve her sativa-like, energetic high.
greeting
Euforia.
I still don't know exactly what to think of her.
She grew very well like a sativa, responded very well to training and got almost as tall as Afghan Kush*Skunk.
In addition, she has developed gorgeous, firm and larger buds than Afghan Kush.
It will definitely be a larger crop when dry, than Afghan Kush. It's only 8 grams heavier now, but I left fewer stems to hang on the big buds this time. So I think there will be more.
It also smells wonderfully of vanilla.
BUT.
Euforia was always a bit touchy, like a little princess. If something didn't fit, she showed it immediately. See from week 9 nutrient deficiency in the ALL-Mix soil.
She was the first to get brown spots and had them the longest.
The leaves often had a slightly greenish-yellow hue and the veins weren't that well defined either. Kinda very delicate. Very different from the deep green, veined, thick leaves
by ImperiumX, or NovaOG.
But whatever.
Everything went well. She grew great and the yield is also bomb.
Euforia had a flowering time of 65 days.
Now I'm looking forward to the first euphoria.
