Il raccolto è soddisfacente circa 53g da secca.
Ho raccolto la verità dopo aver eseguito un trimming grossolano l'ho messa a seccare a testa in giù in una scatola.
All'interno della scatola c'erano 20 gradi C
E 60% di umidità cofizioni quasi ottimali.
Dopo circa 5 gg l'ho spostata nel barattolo e ho iniziato la concia.
Dopo circa 3 settimane ho assaggiato questa meraviglia!!!
