A little more work went in this week. The limbs got too fat and were bunching up in the corner of the tent, so I had to string some of them up. I did a 8gal flush (even though it should be a 3:1 ratio to the soil), and only watering with ph water. I've noticed that some of the side buds look a bit more larfy compared to the big chonker sponges in the center. I'm not sure if this is due to the limitations of my light, or if it's a result of inconsistent canopy height from the stretch. During veg I had them very uniform, so next run I'll attempt to utilize my trellis more, and perhaps monitor my day/night temperature differential a bit closer during those 3 weeks. Trichomes are taking color. I've seen a few amber, and it's about a 50/50 milky/clear across multiple branches. Aroma is still funky citrus and fuel. The fuel is very present on contact. I've purchased a little gear. Got a trim bin, some gloves, a pair of curved scissors, and a scale so I can provide data. Just trying to stay patient until the plant tells me when it wants to die. I'm ready to Jackie Chan chop that thing down. But again, trying to be patient. So, here's my plan for the coming weeks: I'll be shooting for as many milkies as possible with 2%-10% amber. I'm going to hang it whole for as long as it takes to get a good snap dry trim till my fingers smell funny, then jar it up. I'm getting excited. See you next week.

So my ac is on the fritz 1 day after harvest. How rapidly will terpenes break down in 80-90 degree heat? such a bummer..

On the plus side, that is them finished stretching. Took me a while to get used to the stretch, but not all is lost and everything is a lesson. This will be epic, now following to keep up with your grow bro. Keep the faith! 💩✊💚💚💚

@Jobbie, It's been exciting to see the flip because ive been nursing a green plant for 2 months. I expected pretty much what's happening because of my research (watching lots of mr. Canucks & others on yt) but I do find myself just sitting and admiring my work here and there. And there's the excitement to seeing what kind of phenotype I have. It's like opening a kinder egg. It's a really cool plant because week to week it's so different than the last. Not looking forward to trimming, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Calling me bro is fine.

@pund3r, also apologies, I have no idea what gender you are and called you bro. I'm super excited for you, my first grow was a complete mess because I did not research and just listened to others. Has it been exciting? Better or worse than expected? I was surprised by the stops and starts where for a few weeks there is nothing to do, then there's hours of work in a few days.

@Jobbie, hey, thanks bud! This whole grow has been a learning experience, and thankfully I did a ton of research to not be a complete noob. I planned to flip these nearly 2 wks sooner, but my clones kept dying off. If i had, I think I would have had a little more mercy from the stretch. rapid rooters took my clone success from 0% to 100%. next run ill have the knowledge of not only how much they stretch, but exactly how long they need to be flowered. If this is the worst of my failures in a first grow I'd call that a success. There's still time to mess it up though lol. I'll do my best! Thanks for the support!

@love_2_grow, Thanks! It's my first real go at it, so I'm trying to learn what not to do. Pretty sure I topped a little prematurely, and hit her early with nutes in amended soil and got a little burn. Hoping my mistakes are small ones in the future.
