Very happy with the Grapefruit Auto by FastBuds. I put her through alot of stress being my first grow with over feeding, over defoliation, and bad ph, and she continued to grow resiliently through it all. Shes has great terps from grapefruit and citrus smells, to gasy dank smells. Very nice looking plant as well. Definetly would recomend to first time growers who might make a couple mistakes along the way because of how resilient she was. Would definitely grow again, actually would really like to grow it again with the knowledge I learned from this first grow🤘
I believe Dutchpro have very good nutrients, being a first time grower though I couldn't really find reliable info of how much and when to feed plants and when to just water. No fault of Dutchpro, they provide a scheduele for their nutrients, I just didnt know how to translate it to my grow at first so I ended up feeding her way to much at the beginning of my grow which led to ph issues and alot of other issues. But as far as I could tell when I added the nutrients like silica I noticed stems getting stronger and thicker, or the explode I noticed buds starting to ramp up growth. Everything seems to work as advertised from what I can tell. Cant wait to use again with the new knowledge I have.
Extremely happy with the way this grow turned out😁 Despite all the obstacles I put her through, from way over feeding at the begginging, to over defoliation, to ph issues in the soil she continued to prosper. Now she will dry for 2 weeks before she goes to cure. I ended up wet trimming before I chopped her just cause it was easier for me to get all around the plant that way. Very grateful for everyone on here helping with questions or just checking out my grow. I have gained alot of new knowledge from this grow. It makes me excited to get started on my next grow🤘
CalMag deficency? Deficency starts on lowest fan leaves. Starts as a shiny spot in between veins that later turns yellow, eventually spreading to whole leaf causing it to die. Uping CalMag in feed and spraying her with CalMag water mix. She responds well at first then spreads.
Continue to see deficency or burn in leaves. I have fed her only ph water for 2 weeks and it continues. I asked for help before, everyone just tells me what they think is wrong and not the reasons why. If you have an answer it would be appreciated to know your reasoning. Thanks🤘
I think your plant is hungry man , 2 weeks with no food in perlite will have it feeding off herself for food . I always feed within 24 hours of a flush especially in veg .
You might of had a ph issue in the past that will still get you a few damaged leaves a fair while after you’ve fixed it .
Pull those sick leaves off and get some food into her .
Hey @MEGAtv,
Thanks a bunch for growing our Grapefruit Auto, and sharing this diary with us :)
You have some really nice photos here!
We hope that it was a nice experience, and that you enjoy the harvest
Hi MEGAtv,
I was curious as to why you let the plant flower for so long? Aren't auto flower pretty fast compared to the more old school strains?
cheers!
@MEGAtv, ahh, PH issues, I understand, that can be easy to mix up when starting.
Can I make some recommendations to maybe try one of your next grows?
I would look heavily into soil research and look for ways to have 'correct' PH longer from the start before messing with nutes to balance the PH. That is pretty advanced growing you are attempting when
using grow mediums with little to no start nutrients and then attempting to get them dialed in correctly with no error without extensive experience in growing weed specifically and better yet, strains specifically.
I use FoxFarm soil as they work really tough to get the PH correct in each bag and also it contains things that keep the PH dialed in pretty well.
Of course lots of other high end soils will be fine tuned this way, it would be your choice.
Just trying to ease some beginner struggles. Remember, PH correct soil, then you can add nutes more gently as the plant needs it, instead of over feeding too soon.
Cheers! Nice grow!
@QuickBricks, I was feeding her way too much at first so struggled to get her ph where I wanted it after that. So by the time I got the ph where I wanted it to be and flushed as much as I wanted to, it just ended up being a little later then i would have liked. I put her through alot of stress, but im happy with how she turned out and I learned alot from this grow and cant wait to see how the next one turns out. Thanks for checking it out🤘
@Rangaku, a couple years ago we got some Grapefruit and my girl loved it. Smelled and tasted just like a grapefruit. Excited to see how this grow turns out🤘
@sugar_leaf_daddy, thanks, I been slackin on posting but I'm gna be uploading the past few weeks growth within the next few days. Uploaded a new week just now🤘

Thanks for your reviews and using our products! unfortunate to hear about the overfeeding but also happy that you have learned and adapted because of it! We're all learing!
Looking forward to seeing more!
