@SEGA_Y_Griega, I try to follow Ms Nebula's defoliation technique of cleaning them up right at the light switch, then again about 3-4 week later, but then I do a third one about a week or two from harvest. I grow in living soil so my defoliation is probably only half as much as it would be growing with synthetic nutrients. I always suggest others start with just removing the biggest leaves.
