15 Apr 22 - Starting germination today using the paper towel method and as soon as the taproot appears, I’ll move her to her 3 gallon fabric pot and the tent. Hopefully taproot will be out by Sunday.
Day 1 - She’s got a nice taproot showing today so she’s now in her 3 gallon fabric pot and the tent. Gave the soil a light spray of water and sprayed the inside of her humidity cover and hopefully she’ll be popped out of the soil in the next day or two.
Day 2 - She’s just starting to poke through the soil now and hopefully by tomorrow, she’ll be up and out with her shell off. Gave the soil and light mist along with the inside of her humidity cover.
Day 3 - She’s up, out and her shell is off now. I did take a pair of tweezers and removed the little film to get her opened all the way up. Gave her and her humidity dome a spray of water and back into the tent.
Day 4 - Just moistened the soil a bit today and gave her a foliar spray. Sprayed the inside of her humidity dome as well since the humidity is down on the house a bit.
Day 5 - Nothing much new today other than topping off the pot with soil. It’s normally filled from the get go but as the soil settles a bit, I need to add more. Gave her a light foliar spray and the inside of her humidity dome as well.
Day 8 - Starting week 2 today and nothing much to update other than giving her daily foliar sprays and keeping her humidity dome on to keep humidity up for her.
Day 9 - Just another spray from the FOOP Mist today and some water on the inside of her humidity dome. Not much else happening during the boring early stages.
Day 10 - Just another light spray of water today and some updated pictures.
Day 11 - Just some updated pictures today.
Day 12 - Just some more updated pictures and gave her a foliar spray and dumped about 100 ML’s of water about 2 inches around her base.
Day 15 - Starting week 3 today and nothing major going on still. Gave her about 150 ML’s of water today and gonna leave the humidity cover off of her for a bit so she can get some fresh air.
Day 16 - Looking decent still but decided to put her humidity cover back over her for a little bit longer. It’s just didn’t get as high in the tent as I’d like it. Gave her a bit of plain water today and gave her a foliar spray as well.
Day 17 - Her first little set of leaves have developed a lot of yellowing overnight. I did notice after I gave her a foliar spray yesterday, my lights never shut off so thinking it’s just nutrient burn instead of any sort of deficiency. I check the pH of her water and all is in range. No other leaves seem to be bothered so hopefully that’s it.
Day 19 - Gave her about 500 ML’s of water with some Cal-Mag today. She’s been a slow grower so far and probably because of she hasn’t been getting enough water so hoping the water she got today will get her going a bit. Normally I’d be getting close to starting LST but she may need a little more time before that starts.
Day 20 - Looking good after the watering yesterday and should hopefully be starting LST with her sometime this week.
Day 21 - The end of week 3 and went ahead and started her training today. Got her initial bend over done using a 4” garden staple. Gonna let her recover for a couple days and should be able to continue.
Day 22 - Starting week 4 today and she’s recovered from the initial LST. Letting her go to stretch a bit then will continue. Gave her about 300ML’s of water and cal-mag today as well.
Day 24 - Continued with LST today and gave her another tie over. Gonna give her a bit of water to hold her over a couple days while I’m out of town.
Day 30 - Into week 5 now and she starting to come along nicely. She grew quite a bit while I was away so continued with the LST and hopefully in the next few day, I can start tying out some of the lower stuff. I did give her a bit of water today as well and next watering I’ll give her the first round of veg nutes.
Day 31 - Tied out a couple more branches today and removed to bigger fan leaves that are blocking the lower sites. Other than that, not much else going on.
Day 32 - Just gave her a bit of water today and that’s about it. Letting her stretch a bit more before continuing with her training.
Day 33 - Did some readjusting to her pipe cleaners today and that’s about it. Will probably give her a bit more water tomorrow or Saturday.
Day 35 - The end of another week and nothing much to speak of. I did some slight adjusting to her pipe cleaners and gave her about a quarter gallon of water.
Day 36 - Starting week 6 and all looks good after giving her a quarter gallon or so of water yesterday. Tied out another branch today and that’s about it.
Day 37 - Nothing much to speak of other than a couple minor adjustments to her pipe cleaners and that’s about it.
Day 38 - All going good and did a few more adjustments to her today and gave her about 3/4’s of a gallon of plain water. Next watering, she’ll get a dose of veg nutes and see how she does with that.
Day 39 - A couple of minor adjustments today and that’s about it. Not a whole lot going on with her right now.
Day 41 - Nothing much happening with this girl other than some of the usual adjustments and such. She’s still got a good couple days before she’s ready for some water.
Day 42 - The end of week 6 today and nothing new to report. Gonna give her a gallon of water and bloom nutes tomorrow, looks like this is the start of flower.
Day 45 - Into week 7 now and gave her a gallon of water and her first round of bloom nutes. Also did a little bit of adjusting to her pipe cleaners as well.
Day 47 - She finally seemed to stretch a bit after her watering the other day so did some more adjusting to her pipe cleaners. Nothing much else happening with her.
Day 49 - The end of week 7 today and all looks good. She’s nice and opened up and don’t have to worry too much about any fan leaves getting in the way of bud sites. This early into flower and she’s really frosty already. She’ll be ready for another gallon of water tomorrow.
Day 50 - Starting week 8 and gave her a gallon of plain pH’d water and cal-mag today. Other than that, just some more leaf tucking and one or two minor adjustments to her pipe cleaners.
Day 51 - Just some updated pictures and leaf tucking today.
Day 53 - Got a few newer branches starting to stretch a bit now so took some pipe cleaners and tied them out. Other than that, not much happening and still good on water until tomorrow, she’ll get a round of nutes.
Day 54 - All going good so far and nothing much new. She was ready for water so gave her a gallon along with week 2 dosage of flower nutes.
Day 56 - The end of week 8 today and all looks great. She’s definitely not gonna be a very tall or huge plant but it’s looking like she’s gonna be a very short and stacked girl. She’s already frosty as hell and looking forward to this girl.
Day 57 - Starting week 9 today and everything is going smoothly. Not much happening with her other than she may be ready for water tomorrow or the next day. Starting to get dry up too but still slightly moist a few inches down.
Day 58 - Giving her one more day to dry up and then she’ll get a gallon of water and nutes tomorrow. Other than that, a couple little adjustments and she’s all good.
Day 59 - Gave her a gallon of water with nutes today. Other than that, not much is happening.
Day 60 - All looking good, realized the light was only running about 60% intensity so dialed her up to 100% and see if that helps or hurts her.
Day 61 - Nothing much going on right now, other than removing a few dying leaves and some tucking. All looking good and the dial up of light intensity seems to be helping already.
Day 64 - Starting week 10 today and so far so good and she’s really starting to fatten up a bit. She got a gallon of water today along with a feeding of nutes.
Day 66 - All going good and fattening up nicely. Just did some leaf tucking and that’s about it.
Day 67 - Just daily pictures, not going on at the moment.
Day 68 - Nothing much to speak of again, still needs another day or two before she gets water but she’s looking fat, frosty and happy.
Day 70 - The end of week 10 today and all going good. She was ready for water today so gave her a gallon of plain pH’d water.
Day 71 - Starting week 11 and not a whole lot to speak of right now. She got plain water yesterday and will get a round of nutes next watering.
Day 72 - Nothing new today, just watching her fatten up. She should be ready for water and nutes in a couple days.
Day 73 - All coming along great and nothing much new to speak of. I’ll be giving her a drink of water and nutes on Thursday.
Day 74 - All looking good still and she’s actually getting close to chopping X probably another 2 weeks or so. Other than that, she’ll get some water tomorrow and that should hold her over until I come back to town on Monday.
Day 79 - Into week 12 and she’s finishing up pretty quickly. She’s still good on water for another day but she’ll only get plain water from here on out and the way things are going she should be just about ready to chop next weekend.
Day 80 - She got a gallon of plain water today and not sure how many more waterings she’ll get, she may end up getting chopped this weekend as well but I want to make sure she’s got enough amber trichs to my liking.
Day 81 - Counting down and she may get the chop this Saturday as well but not sure yet, I’ll see how she’s looking and decide then. Starting to get a decent amount of amber trichs and her orange colors in her buds look amazing in person.
Day 82 - Decided I’ll give her one more week and probably chop her up sometime next week or weekend. Want to give her a little more time to get some good amber trichs in her.
Day 84 - The end of week 12 and almost cut her but decided to give her one more week. Gonna give her some plain water tomorrow.
Day 85 - The start of week 13 and gave her a gallon of plain water today and she’ll probably get one more round in a couple days and then she’ll get the chop.
Day 86 - Counting down till chop day and may be in the next couple of days. She’s starting to foxtail a bit and want to cut her while she’s prime and it doesn’t get too out of hand. So she should be dried up in the next day or two and then I’ll cut her down.
Day 87 - Still just waiting for her to dry up before chopping. Looks like she’s gonna need another day or two so may be doing it on Thursday.
Day 88 - Chopping her down tomorrow since she’s just about dried up. Looking really forward to getting her dry and giving this stuff a go and also look forward to finding out from FastBuds on what this strain is.
Day 89 - Decided not to chop today, never really done it but just for the hell of it, gonna give her 48 hours of straight darkness and see if I notice anything different. I’ve heard it does and heard it doesn’t and since I haven’t really tried, figure why not.
Really smooth grow overall and not a giant plant by any means but definitely some rock solid buds, all over and virtually no fluffy stuff anywhere. She took to LST with no issues, just wasn’t a very big plant and could of just been a runt seed but I will definitely be trying to grow this one out again.
