Started the seeds in peat and transferred to small bags with the coco and perlite mix. Starting with a fertigation schedule from cocoforcannabis.com:
Day 1: Plant seeds in pellets and tap water in warmed hood
Day 2: Transfer to seedling bags with pre-fertigated coco/perlite: EC 400, pH 6.3
Day 3: Fertigate once: EC 400, pH 6.3
Day 4: Fertigate twice: #1 EC 459, pH 6.23 - #2 EC 464, pH 6.3
Day 5: Fertigate twice: #1 EC 544, pH 6.1 - #2 EC 612, pH 6.0
Day 6: Fertigate twice: #1 EC 702, pH 6.2 - #2 EC 772, pH 5.9
Day 7: Fertigate twice: #1 EC 851, pH 6.1 - #2 EC 902, pH 6.1

Sorry for the late follow up here and thanks for the responses! Since I posted this question, the discoloration has continued and all other potential issues have been remediated. So, I think I have to go with somaclonal variation. This seems to fit and growth is continues without issue. Thanks again!

I performed the first topping on day 20. Seems to be going well but for a little mottling on some leaves.
Lights at 80% and 22" ---

I think this mottled leaf coloration may be due to slightly high pH or just stress from the repotting over the last couple of weeks.. Most leaves are fine but a few look like this. Any thoughts?
Da an der Pflanze keine anderen Probleme auftreten, wachstum und blattfarbe in Ordnung scheinen, keinerlei nekrotische Flecken oder ähnliches zu erkennen tippe ich da auf etwas anderes🤔 Der PH wert schaut auch gut aus, wenn vielleicht minimal zu niedrig...
Auf einem der Bilder erkennt man, das auch ganz junge Triebe betroffen sind und die Maserung mit dem Blatt zu wachsen scheint. Ohne das Blatt jedoch zu schädigen, daher vermute ich Somaklonale variation.
Das ist eine durch ein Gefäßproblem in den betroffenen Blättern verursachte störung.Diese lässt sich nicht beheben. Es hat jedoch keinerlei Einfluss auf das Wachstum oder die Blütenbildung, wäre nur ein optisches Problem.
So wurde es mir hier im Forum erklärt.
Hatte das "Problem" mit meiner Fat Banana, habe auch Bilder dazu im entsprechenden Tagebuch.
Temps ran a little hot for a couple of days and repotting added some stress, so leaves are curing a bit at the edges. I expect this to resolve in the next couple of days.
2nd and last topping on day 26 - trimmed all growth below 3rd node - Lights at 85% and 20" - Keeping the EC on the low side for a week after repotting

The girls are starting to pick up the pace a bit now. Lefty was taller from the start and she's really spread out and much easier to train. Righty is very bushy and congested, so she's suffocating a bit. I'm going to let her grow out a bit more and then do some defoliation if necessary to open up some airflow and get light to penetrate more.

The pistil flip happened very fast and the ladies have begun to stretch rapidly, as well. The left plant is a bit longer and faster and growing. I've managed to train them pretty well, so I have 8 main colas on each and lower branches are filling in the center nicely.
By the end of the week, the plants were so dense, I needed to defoliate from the bottom up to improve airflow and light penetration. The girls are growing fast now.
Lights are now at 100% and 16" -

I defoliated the lower branches quite a bit at the end of the last week. I tried to keep as many leaves as I could while improving airflow and light penetration. I also kept all the bud sites intact. On the fence about pruning some of the secondary branches since most are getting a lot of light now.
In the meantime, the girl on the left grew nearly 10" in one week, while the right one grew maybe 2". I leveled the girl on the left with some books and now have the light about 14" away from both plants and running at 100% now.

I removed one of the plants and brought her outside since the lady on the left has grown so much. There just wasn't enough room for the 2 plants anymore. I've never seen a plant grow so dense and fast as the girl I'm keeping in the grow room. She's enormous so I defoliated moderately again on on 58 and pruned some of the lower branches that were budding but not getting much light.
All is good!

Trying to bring the humidity down but the summer weather is making it hard. It's running around 55% at the moment but I want to get it to 45% or lower. Temps are good no, though.
I will try to update things one more time and then I may be off for a while. Finally getting the back surgery I've been kicking down the road for a few years. Hopefully I'll have some good weed ready for the recovery :-) I'll post again when I can. Happy growing!

I loved growing this plant. It grew faster and larger for the amount of time it took than any other plant I've grown. I can't wait to see what's on the scale when she's dry. It took me nearly 8 hours just to trim it all. I only wish I had another couple weeks to let it fill in just a tad more.
I'm going to be taking a break from growing for a while now. I'm getting a long overdue back surgery next week.
