I'm excited to start another diary under my Mars Hydro TSW 2000! This one is one of my diary of the month prizes from seedsman, L.A. Peyote kush. L.A. Peyote Kush is an indica-dominant strain bred by crossing the clone-only L.A. Kush with Peyote Purple. Peyote Purple is an S1 back-cross of Bubba Kush and is known for its high THC potential and its deep purple, almost black, appearance towards the end of flowering. L.A. Kush is 90% indica and takes 8 - 9 weeks to complete the flowering phase.
This indica offers some pronounced cerebral effects with a relaxing yet uplifting effect, leaving users sleepy and somewhat unfocused with heavier use.
The scent of mint pervades the grow room, while earthy tastes of menthol and pine have some diesel/chem notes. With THC between 19 - 21%, the effect is potent yet quite upbeat, and it is certainly no couch-lock strain. Uplifting, happy, physically relaxing, and mentally creative.
L.A. Peyote Kush combines the very best attributes of both parent strains in a pleasurably full package. Get yours from Seedsman today.
I'm am excited to humbly show my new tent. Definitely a work in progress and will have to work hard to get this thing where I want it. On another note this LA Peyote Kush is ready for a transplant. I had her too far away from the light in her first week is why she stretched. Now we're ready for a transplant this week. Temps and humidity looks great at this moment. Per usual we have the ladies under the Mars Hydro TSW2000. That light outperforms my 310w LEC next to her for sure, in the sense of color, bud density, and trichome production. Let's not forget about the absence of heat that the TSW2000 is putting off. I have a very good air conditioner and exhaust fan for this grow. So I probably don't have to put my driver's on the outside of my tent quite yet. 🙏💨
This week we transplanted into some Roots Organic 707 blend which we put in a 5 gallon fabric pot. We also mixed some mycelium in the soil. After a few days we then topped the young plant at it's 5th internode. I watered the crops after transplant and will they will not receive more water until the first 2 inches of soil is dry, which will take roughly around 7-10 days for the roots to expand and soak up all the moisture. By this time we will indroduce the first feedings of Roots Organic Uprising dry amendments.

It's been a good week. They received the first top dress of both Uprising Grow and Foundation @ 0.5 tsp each. Watered with dechlorinated water with PH set @ 6.4. since transplanting I've only watered twice. Mars Hydro TSW2000 set @ 18 in above canopy dimmed to 75% power.
Drop a like on my page 👇 and I will come visit your garden and share some love 🙏😁💨
The past week has been great. Temps staying in range dispite the 100°F weather we've been having. Been using a humidifier to keep the humidity between 65% - 70% RH. I have only watered once this week with PH set @ 6.4. The crops had great response to first top dress. My Roots Organic Soil came lightly amended and requires feedings 7-10 days after transplant, perfect timing for the top dress.
This LA Peyote Kush from seedsman is showing off great vigor, growing slightly faster and bigger than the other 3 next to her.

The growth this past week has been excellent. The four crops I have in this square meter space is filling out nicely. LA Peyote Kush has some nice size to her. They look as happy as could be in fresh 707 blend by Roots Organic under the mighty TSW2000 by Mars Hydro. They have just received they're second top dress of the grow cycle. We scratched in a 1/2 tsp of Grow & Foundation and have been watering with a steady PH of 6.3 - 6.5 about every 4 - 6 days the past few weeks. I plan on flipping these girls into bloom at the end of this week. That would give them a full 6 week veg so they have the potential to be some beasts.
🙏😎💨

Another great week in the books for the ladies and I. We did some defoliation this past week by removing big fan leaves blocking prime bud sites from light. I flipped the lighting schedule to 12 on 12 off on 6-26. They received just dechlorinated PH adjusted water this week and will be scratching in the bloom feedings in a couple of days. Each day I pop my head in to say good morning and notice amazing growth everyday. I'm excited to see what my cultivars can do in fresh Root Organic soil under the mighty Mars Hydro TSW2000

These girls are doing great after another productive week of growth. We have officially completed the first week of flower and starting to see some baby buds showing. We gave the girls a top dress with Worm Castings and Uprising bloom by Roots Organic on the 3rd of July. We also have been stripping leaves that are getting in the way of future prime bud sites. The only other chore we've done this week is more cleaning of the skirts. Watering about every 4th day with a half Gallon each.

We have officially finished the second week of flower for these beautiful cultivars in my 8x16 grow tent. LA peyote Kush is already putting on Frost and looking like it's going to be some dense flowers.
They have been receiving water every 4 days at about a gallon each pH adjusted to 6.5. we are continuing to do canopy maintenance by pulling leaves that are blocking prime bud sites. I am having to raise the light up a few inches every few days. We have about one more week of stretching left. I applied a folier spray mixture of 1 tsp organic neem oil to one quart pH adjusted water as a preventative for these summer days of growing.
Last feeding was Uprising Bloom and Big Worm by Roots Organic on July 4th. Next scheduled feeding will be on the 18th of July with a half teaspoon of Foundation and half teaspoon of Bloom by Roots Organic. Foundation supplies all of the trace minerals a plant could ask for plus supplementing calcium and magnesium. While Uprising Bloom supplies the crops with all of the Macro Minerals a blooming plant ever needs.

🌱We have officially finished the 7th week of flower. This LA Peyote Kush is looking fire. We only have about a week to go for this cultivar. The tricomes are mostly milky with some amber here and there. Very satisfied on how these flowers are turning out color, density, frost and nose all checked of the box 🔥💨

We are harvesting her at the perfect time for my preference. Her tricomes are a mix of milky and amber with little to no clear heads. She finished with beautiful magenta and burgundy colors. She has developed an incredible kushy aroma and am excited for the smoke report 😁💨
